Hey I’m 15, 6’2 and had a starting weight of 49Kgs since I started this workout. I never met a person who hasn’t called me skinny yet, a few times I cried myself to sleep because of my skinny body. This summer I decided to change that. I work out to this video three times in a row everyday. I have gained over 5kgs of muscle and can see my six pack. Hopefully I can start getting my arms big so I don’t look skinny haha Edit: Back again, I stopped doing this video that regularly and focusing on gains. Bought myself adjustable dumbbells and for the first time a few months ago. Now I’m training more on arms and chest because this video got my abs into perfect shape. I've been doing his 20 min ab workout, I was doing pretty much more than average, so I thought it will be a good time to increase the difficulty. Chris made this a unforgettable day 🙂
Great workout Chris!! I am definitely gonna try these exercises. IMO they could lead to great results only if combined with a structured meal plan, because we all know that diet is the most important factor if you want to have a six-pack. Personally, I followed a meal plan from website called Dietarize, and after 6 weeks I lost a lot of body-fat on my stomach. And I can even see some "shades" of a six-pack 😎 The best thing is I don't have to go to gym (since they provide you with a home workout plans as a bonus), and I can eat food I like!! 😘😘
I gotta say these are some of the best exercises I've ever done. But I'm starting to thing Chris Heria sleeps in the plank position it's so natural for him 🤣
Just finished this for the first time (with sloppy forms ofc). It was hard ngl, but I'm glad I pushed myself. Definitely add this for my routine. Thank you, Thenx. Thank you for being my motivation, Chris!
@@Naruto18904you cant lose fat in a specific body part as you lose fat all over your body at the same pace, your abs will only be visible if you lower your body fat percentage but what this workout will do is build muscles on your abs which will strengthen them and make them stick out of your skin more

@@dannyyboiii_3670 Everyone can do it. If you are a beginner, you can reduce the intensity (basically the pace of your exercise) and the time (30 sec instead of 40 for each exercise). This summer I decided to change that. I work out to this video three times in a row everyday. I have gained over 5kgs of muscle and can see my six pack. Also my arms have grown much larger than they were. I’m going to keep this up for a long time. Thank you so much Chris and I’ll keep going till Im as strong as maybe you lmao
Edit: what’s up guys it’s been awhile, i started at 49Kgs and now I’m 57Kgs. I got noticeable arm muscles and abs. I’ve been doing less intense workout on my Abs and put more into my arms. Hopefully I can start getting my arms big so I don’t look skinny haha
Edit: Back again, I stopped doing this video that regularly and focusing on gains. Bought myself adjustable dumbbells and for the first time a few months ago. Now I’m training more on arms and chest because this video got my abs into perfect shape. People are now calling me jacked instead of skinny. Actually becoming very happy with myself for the first time

Best abs workout in youtube.
Wow, six-pack after 6 weeks. I need to take a look at this site. Thanks for recommendation!!

Did you get abs
@@Naruto18904you cant lose fat in a specific body part as you lose fat all over your body at the same pace, your abs will only be visible if you lower your body fat percentage but what this workout will do is build muscles on your abs which will strengthen them and make them stick out of your skin more
This was the workout I done for my 6 pack abs and it made me not want to give up looking how my core got stronger

Should I do this for a beginner?
@@dannyyboiii_3670 Everyone can do it. If you are a beginner, you can reduce the intensity (basically the pace of your exercise) and the time (30 sec instead of 40 for each exercise). The important is to build discipline and to keep pushing until the end of the video :) eventually you'll be able to do all the exercises full time and pace!
