1:44 Chair sit ups (20 reps, 10 each arm)
2:25 Plank up & downs (20 reps)
2:50 v ups (20 reps)
3:31 toe touches (20 reps)
4:00 crucifixes (20 reps)
obliques:
4:43 russian twist (20 reps, doing both sides is 1 rep)
5:33 plank knee to elbows (20 reps, doing one side is 1 rep)
6:05 side plank raises (10 on each side)
6:38 side boat hold crunches (10 on each side)
7:12 switching mountain climbers (20 reps, doing both sides is 1 rep)
lower abs:
