A good tip I wish I'd known before, valid for almost any ab exercise performed on the floor: nothing should be able to pass under your lower back, not even an ant. We tend to cheat and arch our back a bit, that releases the tension from abs. If you focus on keeping the tension always on abs, the back will be parallel to the floor at all times (hence, nothing passes under). like at 6:20 where your lower back is very slightly going up a bit, but then gets better when you modify the ab exercise in the next seconds.

Amazing content guys! Great job!!
The most precisely informative video about ad training in internet's history
Wow, tried hollow body crunch, it basted my core faster than any sit up or crunch. Thanks for the info.
Cheers.
I think now is a good moment to optimize my abs workout
Surprisingly, the S and A levels are probably the best and easier exercises to do, as you don’t rely on other muscles that may be fatigued, say after a chest day that relies on chest, triceps and shoulders. Or fatigued legs after a run or leg workout the previous day. Awesome video
no you are wrong. you need great strength in your upper body to even hold yourself up while raising your knees. if you have inflammation there in the joints, you will be in sharp pain. this video isn't all that its; made out to be.
that’s the point
how is thst surprising, this isn't a difficulty chart
@@potbellyfatguyfromnewyorkcityif you consider that "great strength" you have never worked out in your life
Simply the best core video on RUclips
I came to watch this video to work on my physical fitness, but thanks to the clear pronunciation, it’s also useful for my English language training as a Japanese speaker.
1:48 I thought I was an animation vid
this is actually a very good idea for a video there is alot of bro science about ab workouts
Truly knowledgeable. I was sweating after only 15 minites. Activation was totally felt.
What an awesome video. Thanks for this. I can skip a few time wasting e options now.
A nice variation on the dead bug I learned is to squeeze a physio ball as hard as you can between the stationary arm and knee (make sure it's large enough to allow you to maintain form) while extrending the others. Adds whole extra level of coordination and activation for me.

I just can't do the reverse crunch without arching my fall. Any tips?
Edit: Forget it, I thing I got this. Still not perfect, but I'm working on it. For anyone who is struggling, focus on keep the tension to mantaing you back straight
