You two together are fun to watch! First video was fun to see you going outside of your comfort zone. This video is great so far! Hopefully more collaborations in the future!
It's cool to see your first video together with you saying we're definitely going to do more of these. Cut to a year or more later and here you are still collaborating with Magnus.
I won against you for the first time in my life, I have done the the 3 fingers pushup right after i saw you failed it. can't lie it was quite painful afterwards, but the victory over Chris Heria made me forget about that pain. Thanks for the inspiration brother and of course you had a role in that.
Hello, Chris. I'd really appreciated if you showed an elbow lever tutorial. I am struggling with this exercise a lot, even though i am doing pseudo planche push ups and have pretty trained core. I just cant figure out why i cant lift torso off the ground every time i do elbow lever. Thanks in advance, have a good day!
Chris, I'm dying to see you do the "Bring Sally Up" push up challenge and see how many times you can get through the song! You're an inspiration to millions, thanks for your work man
FYI, I have seen some breakdancers, and I did this, too, this one-arm plance. The trick is have your arm rest on your core, and then find the right angle for your body to stay on air. It's kinda tricky due of physics.
Bro, to accomplish each level of these exercises would result in super human strength. Excellent video tutorial from both you and Magnus. Thanks for all of the hard work. ❤👍❤
I'm sure you know this, but to people watching: the "one-armed bent arm planche" isn't technically a one-armed bent arm planche at all. It's called an elbow lever/croc and it's rather a one-armed version of the peacock pose (arms under the body - no shoulder strength required). You're right that it's all about the balance, but it's also a very technical pose where you just have to learn how to position your body so that the balance becomes pretty easy. There are many good videos on it on RUclips.
cool vid, thanks. while watching leaning on fingers - just wondered if you fold in the last part of the finger (maybe like a gorilla does), does it help in holding weight maybe with some grip-loss?!
Bro I was wondering when are y’all gonna do a collab together since the last video y’all said would the first of many collabs… great to see you two together
Think there might have been an elbow or two in the hips of Magnus planche, but still a great effort for something he was convinced he couldn't do. Always inspiring
Its not only about power. I can only do 10 pushups, but one on 2 fingers each and also the balance one one arm. All since the last 25 years. Now I am over 40..
A fun one, love your guys!!🤩 I am working on 90 degree hold actually. It feels hard but plan to unlock it before the end of the year💪 join "the most of your subscribers"🤣
Yeh I can do one arm planche, but I've been practicing ashtanga yoga for 10+ years! Definitely balance flexibility strength and focus required! Took a long time 🙏
“The average person I feel like can still probably do that”. Ain’t no way I’m doing the an roller on my toes
I'm still on a mission to do to 10 reps for 3 sets on my knees 😂
i'm pretty sure i cant do that and i can easily rep 1 arm toes to bar's...
I can do like 30 on my knees, but I cant do a single one on my toes. Idk if I'm doing them wrong maybe xD.

Same, my fingers are stronger than both of theirs by far.
I just did a 3 fingers total ( thumb, thumb, index) push up.
I just did “no fingers at all” guys!!! Feels incredible! 😂
@@artisticdingo8505 Your fingers aren't stronger than Magnus Midtbo's, a former pro climber
@@miow1940I am very much aware, but in the aspect of finger pushups they are. Because finger pushups have nothing to do with climbing
