Now you and I have spoken a few times over the last week and I appreciate you getting back with me, but what I like about this video is at 53 years old there’s a lot of things that you do that I simply cannot do. Now I’m someone who will try anything because if someone tells me I can’t do it I’m going to do what I can to prove them wrong, but with having both of my shoulders operated on the last couple of years I’m just working on gaining the strength back in both shoulders so again thank you for videos like this and for sharing your talents with all of us. With that being said this video is awesome for the older generation because they can do these things and what you’re doing in this video is so healthy for us because we tighten up so much more and we don’t get the exercise like we used to back when we were in our 20s. So I will be the first to say I will definitely add this to my collection of saved videos and get on this and add these exercises to a lot of my exercises already and that’s what I cherish about what you do because you just don’t turn on the camera and do the exercises you break them down and you explain it to us. And that’s extremely helpful.
