i started working out because i was getting older (54 now) and seeing the fat pack on year after year so i looked in the mirror one morning and decided i didnt want to be fat anymore. Heck i quit smoking cold turkey, why cant i do this? Its a lot harder than i ever thought it would be. i started out slowly since my fitness was so low. i watched chris everyday and dreamed of getting my body back. there have been days when i just did not want to do it because i just didnt have the energy. i am still fat but i feel much better energy wise. after a few months i was starting to get into a routine. its been 4 months now and i feel great. i still have a long way to go but with chris guiding me i know i can do this. Thanks chris for helping me get control of my bad habbits and developing the correct ones. I know trying to go at this without your vids would have been next to impossible.

Hey Chris, I just started following you. I'm not your typical follower. I'm not male nor in my 20's, 30's 40's or 50's. Yes, I'm in my 60's. I believe the human body can do anything if you put your mind to it. Building strength using my own body weight along with some weight training is the way I want to go. I'm tired of being an 83 pound weakling. Paying more attention to my nutrition as well. It's all about making it a habit, setting goals and scheduling time to do it without excuses. Here I go.

I remember how i started with calisthenics two years ago, best decision in my life. Now I am able to do a full planche front lever etc. I recommend everybody to start with calisthenics.

I started Calithenics 7 months ago and i can al ready do 30 push ups, a 6 second hanstand, only 4 pull ups and 5 dips (al this at 12 years old), i can't do pull ups as i do push ups because i don't have a pull up bar and ther is no park in my town, but i hope one day i can meet you Chris as a calithenics athlete. Do side plank, and crusifix, 15 sets, and 30 Second, 4 set everyday must be enough, i did this for 30 days and now the handles are gone.
Stay on calorie deficit. Do lots of Cross mountain climber, oblique crunches, windshield wipers, kickouts, and many other HIIT

I've been binge watching your videos since last week and you've motivated me to take control of my body and weight. This is just another great informative video to show absolute beginners like me the correct form for foundational exercises. I aim to be able to do a proper push up one day but for now, I'm starting with wall push ups. I've got a long journey ahead of me but I gotta keep pressing on!
