i feel you could have expanded on the point you made at 4:30. How to breathe for longer times under tension, when to breathe explosively, and how to breath in order to brace your core for things like deadlifts and heavy squats... you do a good job for sure, im just thinking how you could refine the output of your creativity.

You said it! Nutrition is my weakness. I’ll start seeing results to a certain point but I know they are plateaued due to what I eat. It sucks! And I can connect with finding a passion to help push the motivation. But then again, I have limitation and fallouts due to those closest to me not sharing the passion. I just tested for my 2nd Dan Black Belt 🥋 in TKD on October 17th and that’s one of the things that I want to excel exponentially. I’ll get a good drive going then I’ll lose all motivation because I’m just so exhausted of trying to get others to fully support what I want to achieve.
Thank you for the videos and the app. I use it every day and it has been helping tremendously! Have a great weekend, Chris!

Happy to hear you had results man but I don’t think you should be doing abs everyday man. You need to give it time to rest for it to grow and btw to see those abs you should be in a diet that drops your body fat % to actually see them. Keep going man 💪
