6:25 to avoid muscle imbalance, make sure you're using the muscles of each leg. I noticed when i jumped to the right, I used my right leg the most, but when I jumped to the left, I also used my right leg.
Also, in single-leg ones, do the first leg for time, but make an effort to match the amount of reps on the second leg. Doing one less rep will start to show specially on harder ones like the pistol squat

Did 3 of these now, drenched and sweating. Been focusing on my legs lately as i've neglected them in the past. For the past 2 months they've grown in size and are finally showing definition like the rest of my body. No gym, just bodyweight or backpack with a 10 kg dumbell, and nothing but thenx and Herria workouts. Keep going everyone and thank you Chris for the great content
I honestly underestimated the bodyweight workout, especially when they don't use the dumbell to add up the weight. But I was wrong. I tried this workout for 3 times non-stop. But damn, my legs couldn't even bend because of how much pain there were in my legs. I'm definitely gonna continue this workout for a month, and see how much I can strengthen my legs.
This is a super important tip that i think can help everyone. most of the time when i workout my mind zones out i stopped this. This is no good when your working out do not let your mind wander instead keep your mind focused on maintaining good form. it is equally important to keep your mind as busy as your body when working out with this little focus trick.
Chris, please make a full week calisthenics workout plan for an intermediate. Practically gymming for a year and then getting acquainted with calisthenics made me realise how good body weight training is. Hats off to your work!
After doing this for 2 rounds I ran up the stairs like I usually do. Well my legs caved-in. I broke my wrist, dislocated my shoulder and knocked out my 2 front teeth...but it was worth it cause I have chunky legs now.

my back was on a metal surface for the wall sit and it sweated so much it slipped and my but hit the ground
