    - assisted pistol squats
    - plyo back And forth jumping squat
    - bulgarian split squat
    - side to side jump squats
    - one leg straight leg romanian deadlift
    - plyo jumping lunges
    - alterating one leg wall sit (5 sec per leg, 40 sec Total)
    20 sec per movement
    3 rounds
    For the ones who come back to do the workout again.

      ToNy probably two or three times a week. But it is suppose to be three rounds each time you do this workout, so basically it is about 6-9 times a week.

    I really love the idea that Chris brings in to "exercise using your body mass only" without using other types of equipment. And he played a major role in cancelling my gym membership and sticking to his exercises.

And followed his exercises. Overall was great. I was lean with fewer muscles. But now I switched to weight training to gain body mass. ☺

    6:25 to avoid muscle imbalance, make sure you're using the muscles of each leg. I noticed when i jumped to the right, I used my right leg the most, but when I jumped to the left, I also used my right leg.

      Also, in single-leg ones, do the first leg for time, but make an effort to match the amount of reps on the second leg. Doing one less rep will start to show specially on harder ones like the pistol squat

    I was searching for a nice leg workout now and saw this and just noticed it's a new video. Keep it up! I've been doing the core and abs workout every morning and practicing my handstand every day. Starting to get comfortable with working out and starting to add a heavier evening workout to my daily regiment. Love the motivation in your vids!

    Did 3 of these now, drenched and sweating. Been focusing on my legs lately as i've neglected them in the past. For the past 2 months they've grown in size and are finally showing definition like the rest of my body. No gym, just bodyweight or backpack with a 10 kg dumbell, and nothing but thenx and Herria workouts. Keep going everyone and thank you Chris for the great content

    I honestly underestimated the bodyweight workout, especially when they don't use the dumbell to add up the weight.
    But I was wrong. I tried this workout for 3 times non-stop. But damn, my legs couldn't even bend because of how much pain there were in my legs.
    I'm definitely gonna continue this workout for a month, and see how much I can strengthen my legs.

    This is a super important tip that i think can help everyone.
    most of the time when i workout my mind zones out i stopped this. This is no good when your working out do not let your mind wander instead keep your mind focused on maintaining good form. it is equally important to keep your mind as busy as your body when working out with this little focus trick.

    After doing this for 2 rounds I ran up the stairs like I usually do. Well my legs caved-in. I broke my wrist, dislocated my shoulder and knocked out my 2 front teeth...but it was worth it cause I have chunky legs now.

    The thing is leg workouts have to be shorter for me because I despise working my legs out and I can barely even get the motivation to work them out.

    4 years, no many how much now I am lifting in gym, no matter how much pistols I can do this work out is still challenging AF and my to go to when I need legs down quickly. And after those years I still love it. As well as Chris!!! ♥️🦾🦿

    This workout is fire! The past months i was doing ma'am Arica's leg workout and my legs improved but after doing your workout my legs got weak already on the second round and I love it! Thanks sir Chris! Btw can you make a video of calf workout?
