Who else feels that the planche is like completing calisthenics?
Planche, flagpole, muscle up, maltese, full extension back lever walks
Crazy high goals
@@Un1234l back lever pull ups = hefesto
Muscle ups*
I'm not, there are harder movements like Maltese, one arm handstand and one arm planche only to mention some of them
Eric Gutierrez one arm planche?? Thats a thing?
@@Shiro-wt8vn it's a skill, you can search on RUclips, only write one arm planche, athletes like Larossa and Eric Ortiz can do it
the most amazing thing about this video is doing this push uos without cuts.
5,4,3,2,1
Level up, level up, level up, level up, level up
As the levels kept vetting harder... It started looking less human
I was eating some chips and as soon I I started this I threw them on the the floor I highly regret it because now I have to clean it up
This is a badass video!! I know I’m 2 yrs late but I’m saving this one Forsure!!
I'm starting the level 8. The problem is that these levels are going up exponentially in difficulty :-(
Chris is not only a beast, but he's an amazing teacher as well. Such a cool dude.
Could you also suggest that how many time should I did these exercise in a week please.
Love from India 🇮🇳
3 times a week, day on day off
This man made a choker out of a mic cable...
I found it to be homoerotic, thus uncomfortable to pay any attention to
Finally unlocked level 4! :D
Been following this and the dip progressions, gradually increasing the height of inclined pushups, and finally unlocked dips the other week.
Realized I hadn't checked yet if I could do the archer pushups and sure-enough I can actually manage a few now!
Yeeeeaaaah!
I just now realized this guy did all the push ups i struggled with plus EVERY OTHER LEVEL
wait.... this dude makes music like THAT? I don't care about the pushups, teach us how to make fire beats please
Beautiful… Just Perfect… my eyes have never witnessed a form so perfect
Guys just commit,at the beginning of this week I couldn't do even do one proper form pushup, but after practicing I can do like 20 easily.I did all this in just a week
now make your push ups more clean, you will notice it will become harder
Level 11: clapping full planche push up 😝😁😁😀😀
This guy is very professional
why is pseudo easier than archer for me...
I should probably say "less hard"
One cannot simply skip a lvl
Same
Yes same
St. Petersberg I think that means that you have certain muscles that either aren’t as strong or not developed. Idk how to fix it tho lol
Same over here except that instead of pseudo pushups being easier than archer pushups, it is the explosive and clapping pushups that are easier for me
How to master level 10:
Step 1: Be Chris
level 11: handstand pushups
level 12; one arm handstand pushups
level 13: neck handstand pushups
level 14: flying pushups
level 15: gravity X10 one arm handstand pushups
11:40 oh yea I'm definitely gonna have to start training like Kakarot, Naruto, Gon, Kaneki, Meliodas, Deku, Light, Saitama, BlackStar, Kirito, JoJo, and Rock Lee combined to master that shit
Wow. I nearly drowned in my own sweat just watching that. The odd few can... And the rest of the population can't... I need a rest.
Who else favors Chris’s workouts over general weightlifting bodybuilding?
It’s your choice really to do body building or calisthenics, I prefer calisthenics over bodybuilding but some may differ
Why not both be the person that trains both styles :)
Level 9 looks freaky, I love it 😂
So this whole time I was struggling to do normal pushups when I could have been doing lv 1 pushups oh
Him:Explosive pushups
My with joint issues but still can do 100 pushups: Please dont
This guy is lit! He definitely mastering his own body weights, so beautiful to see those pushups 🔥
