      @@diegocamacho13 each exercise for 45 seconds and 15 seconds break in between for at least 3 rounds (I prefer 4 rounds to really feel pumped)

    This is an incredible workout to disassociate the word cardio from only running, because now I get to run in place. But in all serious, your workout helped facilitate engagement of all my muscles i urge everyone to try this.

      I'm tennis culture jumping/stepping over the net is extremely disrespectful, let alone dangerous. Those nets are nearly rock solid at the top, so if you get caught you are going straight down. It would be cool, sure, but it just isn't something you should do.

    Hey Chris, just wanted to thank you so much for making theses videos. I suffered with depression and other issues for a long time and working out has helped me a ton, and with you workout routines I now how a six pack and defined muscles even though I’m skinny, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in and I’m incredibly happy with my body now.

    Your workouts are super effective and scientifically cut out for fat loss/muscle gain. I've lost around 8 kgs of weight without hitting the gym. Credits - Your workouts. Also, I've developed visible abs by doing your similar HIIT workouts which you've created in past. I'd highly recommend the readers of this comment to try his workouts. It's tried and tested. 💯

    Chris haria is so amazing because he always adds a new variation on his workouts. He is talented and creative. He keeps the working out fun, simple and alive.       ​@@Lyrics-ce6ui If I wanted to do steady rate cardio training it wouldn't be on a motorized treadmill. I find running outside to be far more enjoyable. And if I did have the money to buy a treadmill it would be a nonmotorized Woodway.

    Yo Chris i found your channel last lock down and I was 54.4kg (I was 14) and I'm amazed at the results from just a year. I've been watching your videos and been working hard I also changed my diet and now I've started to see a 4 pack coming I can't wait for the future and see how far I've had come now(I weigh 57kg now.)

    It's amazing how the more you do cardio, the less tired you get. Before I would have to do most of the easy versions and would still get super tired and sweaty, now I do almost all hard versions and don't get as tired or sweat as much as before.

    As a former 2 pack a day guy i quit when quarantine happened. I have been following Chris' workouts and slowly regaining my ability to exercise and breathe. For all of you out there considering picking up any work out I say go for it. Yea it sucks at first and you will have your pitfalls. But the end result will be so worth it.
