I'm tennis culture jumping/stepping over the net is extremely disrespectful, let alone dangerous. Those nets are nearly rock solid at the top, so if you get caught you are going straight down. It would be cool, sure, but it just isn't something you should do.

I've been watching your videos and been working hard I also changed my diet and now I've started to see a 4 pack coming I can't wait for the future and see how far I've had come now(I weigh 57kg now.)
It's amazing how the more you do cardio, the less tired you get. Before I would have to do most of the easy versions and would still get super tired and sweaty, now I do almost all hard versions and don't get as tired or sweat as much as before.

As a former 2 pack a day guy i quit when quarantine happened. I have been following Chris' workouts and slowly regaining my ability to exercise and breathe. For all of you out there considering picking up any work out I say go for it. Yea it sucks at first and you will have your pitfalls. But the end result will be so worth it.
