Wow incredible and intense workout . I am surprised that I was able to do the whole thing without stopping except the breaks u had taken although for some workout I had to decrease momentum but didnt pause , even the V sit hold towards the end . Yet fitness is always a long way to go .

I fell in love with these exercises, what about the others? Because I used to have belly fat and excess belly fat, I weighed 87 kg and now my body weight has decreased to 63 kg, a result of tireless exercise.
