    Thank you Rowan for this video. I have lost 23 kg in 9 weeks. Of course diet plays an important role. But this workout is a complete workout for me.

    Wow incredible and intense workout . I am surprised that I was able to do the whole thing without stopping except the breaks u had taken although for some workout I had to decrease momentum but didnt pause , even the V sit hold towards the end . Yet fitness is always a long way to go .

    For me, this is one of the best workouts ever and I am doing sports since little. Every part of the body is included. It should be included in every day routine. Nice work!

    Very tough, moreso am 67 of age
    Sweating, yes, at the end of the workout
    But a few of the exercises I couldn't complete for the 45 secs.
    Is it a rupture
    Too demanding in terms of energy
