Make a workout plan eat healthy sleep early and don't over work you body and you will be satisfied with the results

I'll suggest you to start home workout first like pushups and pull-ups, plank, knee pushup, crunches etc

I've been doing this for a couple of weeks now & it seems a lot easier compared to the day I started.

@@Progenitor_ ngl to you bro, I end it in 2 sets. Just doing one of this sets is so hard bro, when I’m done with the second I’m half dead. But after finishing two sets I go for run too. My advice is commit to it.
I started in june the 20th and I could barely finish one round, leaving me without air and my body shaking. Two months later, I can now finish 3 rounds plus added a chest routine to complement my workout, I feel so freaking proud of myself, I'm in the best shape I have ever been in my life. Thank you so much for changing my life Chris, so much love man. I'm so excited to see more results in the upcoming months!

The only problem I've run into while doing three sets everyday is that my core gets really sore to the point where it cramps up so my advice if that starts happening is just to chill for a sec and catch your breath on the last three workouts, I hope that answered your question let me know you how you feel after doing it for a week 👍
@@eto5193 update, this worked for me, i do 30 minutes on 3mph and 10 incline and this after wards, i want to know how it went for you.

These workout are insane. I'm trying to do it just half of it and on 1/4 pace, my heart beats wildly & my lower body already feels dead. Its so amazing that you can do it 'effortlessly' 👍👍

This is probably going to go unnoticed but after trying this routine today, I was on the floor, dying and out of breath. I used to be able to do this over three rounds in a row earlier this year without breaking a sweat, I was in the best shape I had ever been in, but then our second lockdown hit. I gained back almost all of the fat I had lost and I don't look that great anymore and am out of shape. It is now my goal to get back to where I once was and to further improve upon that state. Chris was the main reason I began working out, he is a real inspiration to me and many others and without him, I would not be motivated to gain my physique back. Thank you, Chris, for changing everyone's mindsets and helping us transform our bodies.
Hi, I had been in the exact same position as you about a month and a half ago, for most of the year I was able to do about 50 pushups and hold up a plank for about 4 minutes to 5 minutes, then I got hit with covid even with all the safety measures we took as a family, after which I wasnt able to do even half of that, scrap that, I wasnt even able to do 10 percent of it. Thats when I found this particular workout and now Im in the shape of my life, what worked for me was to keep doing this for about 3 rounds everyday, maybe more on some days, and take a break on saturdays, it started off hard with me barely being able to do one round, and now I am doing 3-4 rounds only dripping a bit with sweat, itll take time, but this worked well for me :')

in the same boat as u g, i used to do the stubborn belly fat vid almost everyday and could do multiple rounds and think this is easy. Lockdown fucked up alot of things and my fitness was 1 of them, want to stay consistent with these workouts now to get back to how i used to look. Just stick with it
As a disabled vet that has gained way to much weight and has some pretty messed up knees and back and shoulder this workout kicked my butt and I appreciate you for giving alternatives for us out of shape people thank you for your motivating videos my journey starts today!!

Hello, do you do the movements one after the other or do you do 3 sets of 1 movement and then move on to the next movement?
I just do the movement once then proceed to the next one.

@@the.meat.man. burning fat is definitely these kind of cardio exercises and LEGS, because legs are a big muscle it burns more calories to work them and and have big legs burns even when you aren't working.
If you want to build strength go for more intense, shorter sessions or use weights
@@the.meat.man. just don't use his ABS excercises until you have a low bodyfat% because ABS excercises don't do anything if you don't have a flat stomach
@@Ocer. actually abs exercises do something, its just if you dont have a flat stomach then you wont see anything on the outside, but in the inside it actually does something.

This man is my favorite fitness influencer by far, he never fails to get me feeling in shape.
Make sure you start slowly and do warm up before following the video. I just had a blackout when I followed this video for around 3 minutes. I am quite fit and I exercise often. The problem is I didn't do warm up before this workout. Hyperventilation is a condition in which you start to breathe very fast. Low carbon dioxide levels lead to narrowing of the blood vessels that supply blood to the brain. This reduction in blood supply to the brain leads to symptoms like lightheadedness and tingling in the fingers. Severe hyperventilation can lead to loss of consciousness.
Should we do 3 sets together or can we do 2 sets morning and 1 set evening

At the beginning of the first few days I was getting water at the end of each round. That was about 10 times. Now, only 4 or so more days have passed and I've now managed to limit that to only 5. Can't say I built that muscle yet but I've certainly seen how my endurance has increased 💪

@@hayley_labonair6267 What I do is I watch one of those motivational videos about not giving up on yt. Then I blast some imagine dragons on a speaker, and that really gives me the boost I need to workout. Maybe it’ll work for you too.

I literally love doing exercise but past few months hit hard .i stopped doing exercise, alot of things happened. My mental health gotten worse . I wana focus on my mental health and my studies together. I shouldn't let my mental health effects due to anything. So i am goona keep doing this exercise for 2 month straight every day now.
Day -1 (7 nov) I finished it, actually feeling better .help to reduce stress..
Day -2 (8 nov) I finished it. It actually really good and so sweaty... I feel like i did something for me.. And that just made me happiest and worthy ..thank u
Day -3(9 nov) i did it 5 min cuz u was late for school
I stop for literally 4 days straight literally for exam. I stop doing everything for exam and then suck at them but i am doing todat again..
Day -4 (14 nov) i did it. Thank u actually made me feel so good... Just giving me some hope to start day again with positivity + i did some yogas exercise for my migrain and all.. Thank that was good..

It’s literally killing me but results ain’t gonna lie. Best home cardio exercise ever
Here's my journey with this workout routine, I am 18 years of age, 175cm height and I was 66.7 kg weight at he beginning, I am on a low calorie diet. I also weigh myself daily every morning.
8 April : 66.7 kg
I couldn't do more than 2 sets and I have sore muscles all over my body especially thighs, I skipped burpees because I didn't have upper body strength, and flutter kicks 45s was near impossible for me because of abysmal core strength.
24 April : 62.9 kg
I can do 4 sets of 10 min workout without much trouble, with 2-3 minute break between each set. I switched squat taps with regular squats because squat taps felt very easy, they didn't push me hard enough so I do 25 in 45 seconds, also, instead of shoulder to shoulder, i do 20-25 push-ups in those 45 seconds.
27 April : 61.5 kg
This was a surprise for me because I lost 1.4 kg in just 3 days, it was very sudden drop in weight, that's why I posted this.

Bro low calorie will make you weaker try the high volume low calorie food instead which is like having less calories but at the same time more protein and fiber. It will help you get rid of fat and gain strength as well as not fall into starvation issues.
Also reading this made me cry cause im here trynna get back after 4 years of having kids and it aint easy its been months im still only getting to complete one round and no weight change(to better)
