Such a fact. I find I don't need to breath very hard most of the time and I get heart palpitations if I over do it.
So true I find myself holding my breath briefly and it seems to help sometimes instead of taking a fast breath

@@ashfakalif2253 You can always do 2-3 sets for maximum effect, but I personally do 1 set with some extra abs exercises and pairing it with leg workout.

During the pandemic, I started with Chris's videos (+jogging and weight work) and lost 17lbs in about 10 weeks (including a cheat meal once a week).
I eventually put those 17lbs back on, but today is my first day back to the grind 💪
