    Love the fact Chris always remembers those not on his level of athletic ability, how he stops mid exercise to say you can do a variation. Love him. Got depressed a couple months ago, but now I'm back on my grind, NOT GIVING UP ON MYSELF! If I do, Life wins, I have to Win! You have no idea how much you motivate me Chris.       Such a fact. I find I don't need to breath very hard most of the time and I get heart palpitations if I over do it.

      So true I find myself holding my breath briefly and it seems to help sometimes instead of taking a fast breath

      ​@@ashfakalif2253 You can always do 2-3 sets for maximum effect, but I personally do 1 set with some extra abs exercises and pairing it with leg workout.

    I’ve been doing this workout for a year now. I went from 198lbs to 162lbs. in 3 months. Now i’m trying to gain more weight but staying lean. Great workout. 🏋️

    My start was very difficult, I barely could do 1 rep of each exercise but thanks to you now i’m doing 3repS of each easily and my body looks way better ❤ keep it up you are the best

    Lost 9kgs in 3months following this workout routine 4 times in a week along with 1000 skipping + 1day 8km Runs . 2days rest day as Chris recommended. Hats off to Chris 🙏Respect

    Thanks for making precise quality workouts, youve helped me ever since i was 12 and im turning 14 and ive progressed so far in my abdominals and my other muscles i used to have some skinny fat and no muscle i oculdnt even do a push up now im able to do full planche and i can se my abs thank you chris. :D Time to show off to my friends at school .....

    During the pandemic, I started with Chris's videos (+jogging and weight work) and lost 17lbs in about 10 weeks (including a cheat meal once a week).
    I eventually put those 17lbs back on, but today is my first day back to the grind 💪
