You know, I don't think a 15 minute workout can burn 300 calories like the thumbnail says

It can you just have to go hard enough, plus hiit workouts can burn calories for hours after the workout is done.
Half an hour would burn around 300 so if maybe do this twice for 300
Plus you’ll be burning cals even after the workout is done

Great workout. I burned 124 calories as a 5'6" and 135 pound male.
This workout actually works guys , I did this for 3 days and the result were pretty much noticable, still gonna continue doing it.
Thats a lie. U can only see result after 3 days if u starve for all of these days. Ur not seeing results its just imagination.
