    This workout actually works guys , I did this for 3 days and the result were pretty much noticable, still gonna continue doing it.

      Thats a lie. U can only see result after 3 days if u starve for all of these days. Ur not seeing results its just imagination.

    I die a little every time, but afterwords, it's a kicker once I start my work out! awesome! oh yeah, this is a warm up, I do kettlebell or dumbell after this. let's go, new week! new energy

      It can you just have to go hard enough, plus hiit workouts can burn calories for hours after the workout is done.

      Half an hour would burn around 300 so if maybe do this twice for 300
