I do 10 min workout every 3 hours, start at 12pm 3 pm 6pm and at night 9pm I do 30 min all standing and no jumping workout,, and its all from your video.. I appreciate your effort
Love it! I work from home with an infant and this workout take up little space, no jumping so it's quiet when he is sleeping but I'm sweating so it's also effective 🎉❤❤❤

Starting this today (June 29th 2024) I was looking for a standing workout that I can do before I go to the gym or on days I can’t get out to the gym. My starting weight is roughly 230 pounds Day 1: was rough but I made it through, a good sweat that’s for sure. See y’all tomorrow

Keep going girl! It might seem impossible at first but trust me it’s so worth it. It will make u fee so much more confident. Keep going and even if I don’t see results, tell urself to keep going becoz ur future self will thank u.
