Today is my long walk day with my husband and our dog. It’s about a three mile walk but not very fast because our dog is a senior pup, he’s about 105 in human years. Because it’s a leisurely walk I always feel I need to do a little something more. This All standing continuous bouncy workout is perfect, it’s perfect for the rebounder or on the floor. I love this workout and do it a lot. I’d love to see a new one, same flavor 😊 so I have a little variety. Thank you Eleni

It’s raining here in Viera Florida, pretty much all day, which left me feeling lethargic. So I just queued up this 10 minute video to do on my rebounder. Feeling much better now. Eleni I love this video so much, please make more just like it, I like that it’s all bouncy and the active jump rope in between numbers is perfect. More more please 😊❤😊

I wish more dynamic movements like squats and things actually using our bodies were included more instead of jumping for the majority of the workout with very little diversity
