i usually don't really comment on video's but i loved this workout. A workout that is intensive but doesn't kill you for male and female. I loved the fact that you guys incorporated unique moves:)
My thigh muscles started paining like hell after 1 day but I continued doing it but it got worse after 3rd day so I am resting now but muscle are still paining. Should I continue this workout or not? I am afraid plz suggest
@@MagicalMonu lol that’s how workouts work. Is it your first time working out that hard? After each workout do a cool down stretch targeting the thighs. You can search them here on RUclips. It’ll minimize the pain. Also have at least 6 hrs of sleep.
@@MagicalMonuyou should rest every other day dont overdo it or else you're just going to over train your muscle and make sure to eat healthy and a lot of protein

I don't do this necessarily to lose weight but just to keep my body a little active. I am student, and sometimes I spend long hours in the desk studying and after completing the study session, my body hurts I think it's because I have neen sitting on the chair for long hours. This quick and easy workout is great for me! Thanks for designing this, I am loving it.
Trying to lose some weight here and since my job don't require me to move my body I feel the need to do exercise this workout really helps a lot. Thank you so much. I'm on my 4th day and skipped on Sunday since I went out on Sundays but it's been doing good to my body so far.

Hey guys! I'm glad to announce that I have started this excercise tpday 14.05.2023 and will be doing it till I could. Along with this exercise I am also on my diet for about 4 days (10.05.23) So let me share my update every day so that lot you must be couraged out of my progress. I am not that active type girl, but I have started being one - changing to a healthy lifestyle. My current status: Height : 155cm Weight : 61kg With type 1 diabetes. My goal: To keep my body fit and healthy Day 1️⃣ It was sweatimg like hell, left two exercise and compensated it with 2 yogasanas. My thighs and arms were burning. Lets keep going

These exercises are amazing. These are knee friendly, raise your heart rate and at the same time teaches you coordination and balance. Thanks for adding the instructions too. I combine these with my aerobic exercises or strength training sometimes. Sometimes I only do these. If at 67 I can do it any body else can too. Love your channel. To be safe did not try the shuffle hops.

As someone that loves to skip leg day, these workout really doing the trick. Dont have to try to run in the cold or do stationary bikes, 10 minutes is enough and i still feel my core tightening.

I started started it as my 10min workout for morning for first week. Then both morning and evening for 2nd week. I lost some weights. Now my 3rd week is just getting started. I no longer care about "Never give up" coming up in this video😂😂

Great routine for morning fasted cardio, loved the variety:) did some adjustments on moves I found too easy, and limited breaks to 5 seconds
