I was lying down and now I’m doing the workout
So guys sharing my experience,
Weight: 58kg
1 Day ✅: well it was very very very hard for me for the first day. I couldn't do the planks properly but I will continue doing this exercise for a week.
Day 2✅: i did it!
But still couldn't do the planks mai knee truck that much *sob* but i will still continue it.
Day3 ✅: it's burning!
I literally still cannot do the planks properly I can do that only for 20 sec i guess. Idk why but these exercises are pretty hard for me. Hope soon I will find it easy to do.
Day 4 ❌: well I was busy all day because I have exam tomorrow.
*Got my period today😢
So, I will continue this maybe from 3march*
So i am back !!

Day 1 : Could complete the exercises for most of the video. Leg Tuckins were the hardest. Could not do that for 15 secs even (weighing 63kgs)
Day 2 : 60% success , Leg Tuckins and Bicycle Crunches - 15 Secs
Day 3 : Rest day - due to work
Day 4 : Back on game.Finding the exercises more comfortable
Day 5 : Completed n added a Zumba routine before this for fun

I followed these exercises 3 yrs ago to get rid of love handles and belly fat. It worked. I'm back on this video again as I've gained weight around my stomach again. Great exercises. 👍

@arafanihar8988 Took me 3 months. I also ate lite meals. Avoided eating to many sweets and bread. I have never been fat. I just had love handles (weight around my belly and sides)

@@KtcbkiGgifxxdd Yes, slightly. Remember, losing weight isn't an overnight miracle. Especially fat around the lower belly/stomach area. I was never fat. Just developed fat around my belly and love handles. I'm glad I did the exercises. Just make sure to do these exercises and also eat well during this time until you achieve the results you are happy with.
I've put on belly fat again after 1 year. I've been eating too many chocolates, especially at night😁 I have to start these exercises again. 💪

Hello! I'm a 17 yr old girl who currently weighs 70 kgs (154 lbs). I've been doing this exercise for 3 days. I'm still 70 but well three days isn't a lot after all. My journey so far has been extremely hard.
Day 1 was very very exhausting and i couldn't hold a single exercise for more than 25 secs. I felt like giving up on Day 2 but I reminded myself that life isn't a bed of roses always and we gotta do what we gotta do. Day 3 was today and honestly speaking it felt refreshing but still I struggled a lot. And I'm not going to pretend like it's easy cuz it's not. If u have taken up a challenge u must face the hardships to see the consequences.
I'm going to continue this for at least two weeks. My aim currently is small, to get to at least somewhere between 60-65 kgs. If that works, I'll continue this for all of summer. I'm also eating very less, next to nothing compared to the amount I used to eat before. I'm facing lots of hardships but I'm not going to give up.
I'll try to keep posting my progress here, even if nobody sees this, I'll come visit my comment every day, to regain my motivation.
So far so good, looking forward to smthng better.
Day 4 today and it's getting a lil easy ig. Flutter kicks and leg tuck ins are still quite difficult.
Day 5 today and I'm not lying when I say that it's getting easier day by day. I completed almost all of em without stopping.
Hello everyone, I'm sorry I wasn't consistent in updating everyday but I continued my workout and it's been two weeks since I've been doing this exercise. I'm 3 kgs down and I'm currently 67 kgs exact. Ik the progress is a lil slow but trust me the workout has gotten a lot easier now and I'm able to hold almost all the exercises. I'm so glad to see all the likes and replies. It gives me the courage that we're all in this together and I'm not alone. Don't lose hope. You'll surely see changes although it's a slow process.
Today was Day 18. I have been regularly weighing myself without any fear since lately. I'm still 67kgs but I'm glad I haven't put on any weight. My weight fluctuates a lot so I'm happy just looking at it being stable. This is a reminder for all of u guys that dont fear weighing yourself regularly, the weighing scale is the only thing that tells the bitter truth right to our face so learn to accept it. Let's not fear criticism.
My third day also ....with the same weight... I have osteopenia and my height is 5'7 ft...hope so we'll tone our bodies very soon

Day 2: skipped because leg pain ( recommed doing a little warm up before starting it)
Day 3 : did it , feeling better than first day
Day 4: much better
Day 5: feeling a little more sweaty didn't feel any changes till now

Day 7 : didn't loose the belly fat I think because I missed it a day so starting it again

Day 1 - 124 lbs goal - 96 lbs ( was pretty tired sweating myself out so bad! )
Definitely works, stay disciplined, stay hydrated, avoid fried food and sleep at a reasonable time.
I'm on day 31 and the transformation is superb. For the beginners don't give up, it's tough at the beginning but worth it.

STARTED WORKOUT FROM TODAY!!
7-Day Record ( Twice a day)
Current weight --> 66.90 kg
Ideal weight --> 50 kg
Height--> 5"2 ft.
Age-->13
Day 1--- First time: Did it!! And it was really tiring and Breathtaking but, Giving some sense of contracting of my belly...
Second time ---- Did it!! Tiring too..and After workout my weight is 66.55 kg ( lost weight!!)

Day 1✅ finished the excercises with ease. Can't wait to complete the journey
Day 2✅ body is sore, it was very hard to do the exercises. Completed them none the less
Day 3✅ I'm still very sore but it was much easier to do the exercises
Day 4✅ Body is still a bit sore. First 5 exercises were easier to do but it was hard with the last 3. I'm however more determined than ever
Day 5✅ Soreness has faded, I've noticed "dents" in the sides of my belly. Not sure if they have always been there and I just didn't notice. Haven't seen a sufficient amount of change but I'll compare the pictures from day 1 and 7 when I complete the challenge.
Day 6✅ I'm at a stage where I can workout and not wake up sore😂I'm gonna try to keep the streak.
Day 7✅ Realized I had not done the excercises after dinner but I wasn't gonna let that stop me. I was so full and my body was heeeeeavy 😂.
My belly is not completely gone but I see that it is squishy and rests towards the bottom now. Normally it would be firm and just looks like I'm 4/5M pregnant😅. Another thing is I used to feel very heavy in my body but now I feel lighter. It is important to note that I have not changed my diet in any way or form. This routine works for me and I'll continue to do it until I get the desired results.
Day 8✅ Have added another routine to this one. Still on the fence about whether to keep doing the both of them together
Day 9✅ Decided to just do two sets instead of adding a different routine. I didn't finish excercise 7 in the second set...it was so hard😭😭😭

1. Drink at least 3L water in a day if you wants to lose weight.
2.drink lemon water (lukewarm) along with 1 spoon honey in morning just after workout.
3.include salad in your duet
4.cut down sugar if you craving for sugar eat 1 spoon saunf (fennel seeds) with some water.
5.drink jeera water (lukewarm ) after dinner.
For better results try to finish your dinner before 7:00 P.M and do evening walk if possible ..
Edit- I followed these tips for 1 months with cheat days too still i reduced 2 kg weight without doing any exercise..

Exercises are fine but for fat loss to occur, a proper diet is a must. Exercising alone can shape your abdominal muscles and make them look good, but ONLY if you melt that layer of fat that is covering them (and your whole body...) Exercise without good nutrition leads to nothing in my opinion. Problem is I have no idea about calories and nutrients. I tried Next Level Diet and currently it' working perfectly for me. I definitely lost some fat. It's slow but steady process. 100% recommend.

FYI: Breathtaking does not have the same meaning as “out of breath.” When you do strenuous exercise, you may become out of breath. There is nothing breathtaking about exercising. Breathtaking is when something inspires awe. You may see a beautiful woman and say “she takes my breath away,” or “she’s breathtaking.” It means she is so beautiful and you are in awe of her beauty. You can also say a beautiful city skyline is breathtaking or something else that inspires awe.

When I was in my early 20s, I still used to watch these sorta videos while laying on my bed because I always wanted to keep my body lean and have the same perfect amount of curves. But now I'm in my late 20s and in order to still have a slim body with nice curves, I have to do all these workouts. I hope I can keep it that way ❤

I did these exercises for a whole week and I tried to eat a bit better mainly not ordering and cooking more at home. After only 6 days I noticed a difference, my waist looks slimmer and I am not as bloated as when I started. These exercises are definitely effective!

Be motivated! Because I have been doing this for over than 3 weeks. This works better and I felt the burn in my belly fat after 2 weeks. Just be motivated and this is so harder than it looks. You will have pains in your body in the first two days. Don't care and continue! Good luck❤️
Has there been reduction in your belly fat ?And how many time are you taking meal per day , are you taking normal meal that are made at home ?

@@rjrana3248 yes I took normal meals made at my home. I started to drink 6 or 5 liters of water per day. It really works and it made my belly fat loose

My workout routine
First this workout session after 2 minutes break I do rope skipping and 200 jumping jacks
After 5 minutes I do biceps curls
Day 1: little bit hard i wasn't able to do bycycle crunches ✅
Day 2: did every exercise was able to do bycycle crunches ✅
Day -01:- Feeling very much trired ofc I did workout today after ages so it was a bit hard for me to do it but after workout feeling very better after seeing all of the sweat which I never lose these days because of being lazy all day at home gonna finish these challenge and update y'all abt the changes surely... Then then have a great day!
For beginners..."Things happen over time and not over night"...so don't give up..kerp doing..!!!
