In Venom: The Last Dance, Tom Hardy returns as Venom, one of Marvel’s greatest and most complex characters, for the final film in the trilogy. Eddie and Venom are on the run. Hunted by both of their worlds and with the net closing in, the duo are forced into a devastating decision that will bring the curtains down on Venom and Eddie's last dance.

Fun fact: Tom Hardy took the role of Eddie Brock/Venom specifically because his son is a big fan. Even more interesting, since Hardy wasn't that familiar with the character beforehand, his son actually guided him on how to portray Venom!

In the first movie Eddie wants to get rid of Venom. In the 2nd they were fighting like a married couple. In this film they're ready to fight by putting their lives in danger and sacrifice for each other. I really love their friendship and how it developed throughout the films.

Tom Hardy as Venom is one of those things that's just an absolute delight and I'm glad he's got a proper trilogy. Whether or not he ever gets a Deadpool-&-Wolverine-like chance to cross the Spider-Verse and play around in the MCU (which I still DEEPLY hope he does), he's made these films ridiculously enjoyable and far more memorable than they'd've had any right to be otherwise.

I watched it it is worth watching don't listen to other people's opinions its supposed to be you to decide. This film for me was very good and enjoyable. They're probably setting up MCU Venom in a different way... Two adaptations of Venom at the same time would get confusing for casual fans...
Plus if Sony and Marvel have at least two brain cells between them, it's clearly profitable idea to pit Venom against Spider-man...
They may be setting up Toxin to take over so they can continue with a separate symbiote story while the MCU gets to play with Venom for a bit.

I saw this movie today and it was really good. I enjoyed it. I guess I'll have to see the first two Venom movies now.
I don't claim to believe that the venom movies have been great, but for me they've always been enjoyable to watch so I am looking forward to this!

I'm hoping they haven't, I'm hoping they introduce Toxin in this movie. They hinted at the end of the last movie that police guy had gotten his own symbiote and his name comes up when you look into who Toxin has been with.
It's a Sony trailer. So, it's either:
a) Everything that is any good about the movie, and pretty much entirely in the same order, or;
b) Everything that will be scrubbed in reshoots and re-edits
the other two movies are a absolut shit show...this will also be a piece av garbage...

That feeling when you realize that just 6 years ago we have seen that version of Venom for the first time, and now it will probably be the last one, what a journey it was! 😄
They made these movies too fast. They rushed the 2nd one and it was bad. This one looks a lot better, so hopefiully they took more time to make it good
