      Seriously? People workout for many reasons. True, attracting the male gaze - or anyone, any gender orientations should be acknowledged - working out to be mobile, agile, strong and healthy at any stage of life. Hopefully, motivation isn't about some guy, or even one's own idea of "perfection". It's a waste of time and chasing a happiness that's not real. Move your body, eat decently for nutrition and drink water. You dont need to bust your ass every day and restrict calories every day. That's it " girls". Don't ever stand in front of a mirror to scrutinize reflection - it breeds dysmorphia - or try to please some guy who would be that shallow.

      @@jankipatel9917 You have to be in a deficit to lose weight. You won't lose weight without being in a deficit. You need to burn more calories than you eat. Your body requires a certain amount of calories so find that out by using a maintenance calorie calculator on the internet. If you eat your maintenance calorie number then you will stay the same weight, however if you eat your maintenance calories and workout you will lose weight (you can also eat less than your maintenance calories but you should never go under 1200 calories because your body will go into starvation mode and try to keep fat).

    Almost 2 weeks of doing different exercise routines of Mizi. From 55 kg down to 52.8 as of the moment. Waist is now 28, before its 29. Will continue doing this. I feel the effect. I love the ab workout, its only 6 minutes but feels intense.

    Great workout, thanks for posting. I'm a beginner, male, and 62, so at first it felt awkward and clumsy. For anyone new, click on settings (the sprocket) and slow the speed to 0.75 to get familiar with some routines and adjust back to normal with ones that are comfortable. Also, I do 15 minutes, pause for 10, then resume. I hope this helps.

    Guys tomorrow is gonna be my first day of this exercise I'm 13 yr 155 cm and 59 kg 😢 i loss a lot of weight with intense diet but the moment when i started to eat sugar again and got puberty at the same time i was like a balloon i was 50 kg and now I'm like 58-59 i need it to make it up to at least 50 but my aim is to strike 43 kg which was my weight at 2021....

      I hope you’re still working at it! I went through the same thing at your age, and I managed to lose 40 lbs back then. I felt like a million bucks after that!
      Unfortunately, I gained the weight back after I became ill from an autoimmune disease, so I’m getting into exercise again, now that my rheumatologist has my illness under control.
      Don’t ever give up on yourself. You’ll get there if you just keep moving your body!

      @@doga- I also do squats 100 reps, donkey kicks 100 reps, kick lunges, 50 reps and hip bridge 50 reps. I cut off sweets and I do OMAD (One meal a day)

    Hi everyone! I came across this video this morning. I was looking for an all standing workout that was low impact, but gave a good sweat!! I am happy to say that this met my expectations! It got the heart rate up, and the moves were great and so doable! I ended up burning 268 calories and my heart rate was boosted!! Got in a great SWEAT and I feel amazing after this workout! I weight 195lbs and am 5ft. I am going to plan to incorporate this workout to my fitness routine! Goal is to start losing the belly fat and pounds! I will keep you all updated on my weight loss journey.

    I followed this workout for 2 & a half weeks.
    5 times/ week for the first 2 weeks and 2 times the last week. My results:
    -1,5 cm from waist
    -1 cm from belly
    -3kg
    +I feel the difference, not only at my waist area but also at my legs.
    So, give it a try😉

    I don't have much energy to exercise today but this workout is easy to follow and easy on my body. I sweated a lot, my heart's beating fast but I'm not out of breath. This is a good exercise for days I don't feel like moving but needed to be consistent with my workout routine. Thanks 😘

    I've always wanted to play cricket and my Pe teacher told me I was too fat to do anything I was so hurt and embarrassed I wanted to give up but then I wanted to prove him wrong so I've gathered a bunch of effective video like this into a list and everyday I'd try my best to do all and prove my teacher wrong (day 0)

    DAY 2 ✅ did it 2 times today and then eated ice cream, pizza and halo halo 🙂

    DAY 5 ✅ i don't see any results as i always make my self bloated after eating but i make this work out as a routine for calorie burning.

    Good workout ive tried zumba ,cardio and what not but id consider this a really good one its easy even beginers can do it ,the video editing is really convenient,i can feel the fat burning away,the music is on spot and it really works ill tell you guys about the results after i complete 7 days.

    day 1: ✅ it felt amazing but it was so tiring lol
    day 2: ✅ again so tiring but feels good, no change yet !!
    day 3:✅ felt good and i wasn’t as tired (saw a few changes)

    30th October 2024
    Day 1: ✅Did the workout till 16 minutes, after that my body was exhausted and thought I’d faint lol🥲 but happy I started after months of procrastination !!
    Day 2: ✅ Did the workout till 28th mins after that I went out of breath😂 but so happy I could reach from 16th min to 28th🫶🥹
    Day 3✅: Yay, completed 30 mins, took tiny two breaks in between to catch my breath but happy i did it today
    Day 4✅: Completed 30 mins with one break at 15 mins to catch my breath! Happy that my break time reduces with each day! I really sweat a lot doing this, I'll keep going!!

      During the first two days, my leg muscles felt fatigued as my body adjusted to the new routine. By the fifth day, I started noticing a slight definition in my abs and felt that my body was becoming more toned and aligned. The increased energy I experienced throughout the day was a fantastic bonus. While I only lost two pounds, I'm thrilled with the overall improvements in strength and muscle definition.

    I’m following various workouts of Mizi from an hour to 30 and i feel great. I love how theres no jumping etc so you can quietly workout in your private space without disturbing anyone! i’ve defo sweated so much in this.     DAY 1: First day and I can really tell that this workout is great and easy.
    DAY 2: Woke up feeling sore especially at legs part but is okay. Still performed the workout since the pain is still bearable.
    DAY 3: Routines are now less difficult.
    DAY 4: I can now easily perform the routines and can feel that I have already became more flexible
    DAY 5: Skipped because of monthly period.
    DAY 6: Skipped again.
    DAY 7: Noticed a little different from before. If I'd do it straight a week, I guess more difference will be noticeable.

    So now i am gonna do it,
    So my current weight is 54 my goal is 42, so i have to lose 12 kg in like 30 days....
    Day 1: Completed ✅( the excercises are easy but after every 10 mins of vdo take 2 mins break and then continue the same.If u will take breaks u will get energy to do it ) i will give u the day 2 results tmr byee🤗
    Day 2:✅ So hii i am back i did it nicely but just my waist was paining no change seen i will give u the results of day 3 tmr byee 🤗
    Day 3: ✅I am back hello!! So I completed it today too and it's a nice excercise as-as I am doing it's getting easier but I also saw a bit change but it's ok atleast I saw a change. And I think I will lose 12 kgs in 3 months so lott of hardwork but I will try my best to do it.And one more that my legs were paining before doing it and after that my lower back is paining now but it's ok.I will meet u on Day 4 byee🤗

    Just found you today,and I loveeee this ! It's easy though I only last for 20 minutes,,well it s obvious the body is hurt for not having exercise,just live a life in an easy mode every day😂 thank you so much ! Will repeat this again tomorrow,hope it will last 30 minutes !!

    Ive been looking for workout routine that is easy to follow and sustainable. And I saw this, i thought it was just 20min but it was 30 and i was suprised I survived it. Im gonna do this everyday and im gonna come back to update the result. My weight now is 66kg.. and my original weight is 57kg.
