    First day of workout and this exercise feels way better than other videos and it's very knee and legs friendly. Unlike other videos where your knees are getting more tired than your body just jumping thru the exercises. Will definitely try this out for a few weeks.

    Among all the 30 mins workouts video i’ve done, this is the best so far. Easy to follow. Sweating more compared when i walk for 30 mins. Burned about total 240 cal. . Just have to drag myself to do this everyday . 😂

    I stumbled across this program searching RUclips for workout challenges. I subscribed because of the great reviews, awesome videos, and calendar. I started the workout today so I could catch up.     Hi mizi..I'm from Bangladesh.. I am 23..And my weight is 71😔..Today is day 1 doing this exercises.And i only can complete 9 minutes.. But i will gradually increase the time..tomorrow i will do it for 15 minutes.. Wish me luck everyone. Thank you

    Over the past few weeks, I've been trying to do workouts from RUclips, but I haven't been able to complete any of them. However, her videos are the only ones I've completed. I found her videos and started doing the program. It's my second day, and I can really feel the burn all over my body. Thank you so much Mizi.     Day 1:
    January 1st, 2025
    Waist - 35 inches
    Hips - 38 inches
    Weight - 73 kg
    I just did 10k steps, then did this workout, which lasted for 55 minutes. Did pause a lot to breath, rest, and drink water. I also paused a lot to see if I am following it right. I couldn't reach my toes well, lol.

    Day 2:
    January 2nd, 2025
    Waist - 35 inches
    Hips - 37. 5 inches
    Weight - 73 kg
    I woke up with terrible body pain.
    I am about to go on a 10k-steps walk. I did the workout routine for 50 minutes, with 4 breaks in between. I paused and went back to make sure I was doing it right. I was sweating so much after the workout. I still couldn't reach my toes well, but I am trying.
    Day 3:
    January 3rd, 2025
    Waist - 35 inches
    Hip - 37.5 inches
    Weight - 73 kg
    I woke up with a lot of pain, mostly on my stomach and thighs. I went to a drink all you can alcohol day, then did my 10k steps, and then by midnight, I did the workout routine.
    Finished it in 45 minutes. I had to double-check if I was following the steps right. I still couldn't reach the toes. I had to pause for water break as my mouth kept getting dry with the heating on.
    Day 4: January 4th, 2025
    Waist - 35 inches
    Hip - 37.5 inches
    Weight - 72.5 kg
    I woke up with minimal pain. I did my 10k steps and then did this workout (with breaks in between) for 41 minutes! I still can’t reach my toes, but I feel pretty good about the workout. I sweat a lot! I have been eating a lot for the past few days, and I have started eating minimal food today.
    Day 5: January 5th, 2025
    Waist - 35 inches
    Hip - 37 inches
    Weight - 72.5 kg
    I woke up with no pain, yay! I did my 10k steps then did this workout (with breaks in between) for 32 minutes! I still could not reach my toes. It’s winter here, but I did not turn on the heating whole doing the workout, but I still sweat a lot! By the way, I have been walking for 10k steps a day since Sept 29th of last year.
    Today, I had a nice lunch and a sweet potato for dinner. Dieting sucks, but oh well!

    1st day - Completed the workout , I am literally so sweaty right now !! I am feeling sooo happy and proud after completing the workout without any stop! 😊

    I’m following the weight loss program of 30 days :
    Day 1 : I’ve completed the walking workout of 40 minutes ( Saturday. I took a break Sunday )
    Day 2 : today, I’ve done this workout of 30 mins
    Day 3 : tomorrow, I’m gonna do the standing booty +slim legs
    My current weight is between 78-80kg
    My goal would be 70kg, and at the best 65kg / height 1,60cm and age 25
    I also want to inform that I have been working out for over 1 year almost everyday, with different programs. I also walk on treadmill from time to time. I try to eat clean but sadly my metabolism is very slow. I really hope seeing results soon 😅

    This was an amazing workout.... Been feeling down lately. But thus workout rite here, help me sweat some of those unwanted chemicals out my body and got my heart pumping. Try a get this summer body ready and take off from there.

    Day 1: I'm at 146.4 lbs, It wasn't hard but I can still feel the burn, and I'm pretty confident in this working, my goal is to be 139 lbs or 140 and this is a great, slow start going to update tomorrow!
