Among all the 30 mins workouts video i’ve done, this is the best so far. Easy to follow. Sweating more compared when i walk for 30 mins. Burned about total 240 cal. . Just have to drag myself to do this everyday . 😂

Day 1: January 1st, 2025 Waist - 35 inches Hips - 38 inches Weight - 73 kg I just did 10k steps, then did this workout, which lasted for 55 minutes. Did pause a lot to breath, rest, and drink water. I also paused a lot to see if I am following it right. I couldn't reach my toes well, lol. Wish me luck, guys! Day 2: January 2nd, 2025 Waist - 35 inches Hips - 37. 5 inches Weight - 73 kg I woke up with terrible body pain. I am about to go on a 10k-steps walk. I did the workout routine for 50 minutes, with 4 breaks in between. I paused and went back to make sure I was doing it right. I was sweating so much after the workout. I still couldn't reach my toes well, but I am trying. Day 3: January 3rd, 2025 Waist - 35 inches Hip - 37.5 inches Weight - 73 kg I woke up with a lot of pain, mostly on my stomach and thighs. I went to a drink all you can alcohol day, then did my 10k steps, and then by midnight, I did the workout routine. Finished it in 45 minutes. I had to double-check if I was following the steps right. I still couldn't reach the toes. I had to pause for water break as my mouth kept getting dry with the heating on. Day 4: January 4th, 2025 Waist - 35 inches Hip - 37.5 inches Weight - 72.5 kg I woke up with minimal pain. I did my 10k steps and then did this workout (with breaks in between) for 41 minutes! I still can’t reach my toes, but I feel pretty good about the workout. I sweat a lot! I have been eating a lot for the past few days, and I have started eating minimal food today. Day 5: January 5th, 2025 Waist - 35 inches Hip - 37 inches Weight - 72.5 kg I woke up with no pain, yay! I did my 10k steps then did this workout (with breaks in between) for 32 minutes! I still could not reach my toes. It’s winter here, but I did not turn on the heating whole doing the workout, but I still sweat a lot! By the way, I have been walking for 10k steps a day since Sept 29th of last year. Today, I had a nice lunch and a sweet potato for dinner. Dieting sucks, but oh well!
