Hi everyone. I'm a girl who is trying to loose weight. I'm 18 now and weigh 78 kgs. My goal is 70 for now. I did this workout and yes it worked for me. Not just this I did this workout 3 days a week and other day I added HIIT workouts and Pilates and Sundays dance. As it is said not one workout will help u but variety of workout will help u loose weight. But still I did this 3 times a week. And in addition I underwent diet. Not cutting food but avoided sugars, and salty and oily food a lot. And as Indian it wasn't easy but I eat whatever my mum gave that's it. Nothing other outside food. And yet a Lil cheat meal once a week or once in 2 weeks like a candy or ice cream. 😅.
Trust me good home food, exercise, and good lifestyle works. And now I lost 2kgs in 3 weeks. I'm 76 now. Yay. THANK YOU emi. She played a big part in my life. ❤❤❤❤

Im a big girl. I started 3days ago, im on intermitten fasting. When i wake up i drink a cup of warm water with 1tbs lemon & honey, do this exercise, drink enough water & start the meals on 12. lunch, fruit for snacks, dinner before 6pm, sleep on 9, repeat. I lost almost 3kg already. From 101kg to 98,15kg. We can do it!!! Fighting! 💪🤩
Update: im 96kg now. I know, it's slow, right? It's Ramadhan anyway, a fasting month. so i do lighter exercise like simple stretching, walking every morning for 3-5k steps & cycling before ifthar for only abt 2-3km. Don't forget, enough water! I have no Idea if I should comment this. I'm someone with a really weak metabolism at the age of 16. I have been constantly Fat-shamed since my childhood. The last time I finished a long workout was when I was having a mental break down. Now, After 2 years, I could finally finish a workout without skipping through nor slacking behind. Her enthusiasm and cheering up nature made me push through it. Honestly, I dropped to the floor while ugly crying. I was so proud of myself. I will stay consistent and work hard with this workout. Once Again, Thank you Emi, I lost 15 pounds with your workouts last year. Might be a small achievement but it's a really a big deal for me. 💖

Started my workout journey today 24th April 2024
I’m 56kgs now with 145cm tall which is not ideal!
For some reason, I'm aiming to reach my goal of 43kgs by the end of Summer
so it is 13kgs in 4-5m to go
Every one of you said you sweat a lot but I didn't sweat a single drop until halfway through the video, where may gave me the sense to work harder, but I do feel my heart liked how she beat and this empowerment drove me to keep going. For the first time ever, I completed an entire exercise routine without giving up after just 10 minutes! I'm incredibly proud of myself for sticking with it, and I hope to maintain this wonderful feeling moving forward.

I am a 14year old tryna lose weight before her summer break
Weight: 63.4 Kg (Target:- 45Kg)
Height; 150cm
Along with this I do 2-3 more exercises & sometimes I cycle at home, usually I do 50mins of exercise, I also count my calories and do a 12hr intermittent fasting at night.
I had also did this earlier for 4 days and lost around 600grms but I broke my streak and ate junk so I am doing this again

Day 3:- ✅ (63kg)
Day 4:- Only did 10 mins today, because my stomach was in pain (62.5kg) {because of intermittent fasting}

Update: So after 10 days i was travelling alot and because of that couldn't do the excercise everyday. But I was able to do it thrice in a week. Now it has been week since I have started doing it everyday again. Today is 7th day and I have checked my weight it is 66.8 kg.🥰 I mean wow. Just 25 days and lost 2 kgs.
I was not able to do it because of my schedule but I'm sure if I would have done it properly I would have lost more weight. I might have lost my water weight but still it is reduce and I'm very happy with it.
All you need to do is do excercise regularly, avoid junk food and drink alot of water. That's all. You might see the changes slowly but slow weight lose stays for long.
So whoever is doing this excercise don't loose hope and keep doing it... You can do it😉

Goal: reduce at least 13kgs from 56kgs by the end of Summer
Here are some updates:
Day 1- 😳 Feeling ok. Not really sweat, I know this is a red flag that I must go harder the next day.
Day 2- 😳 Push myself harder, and start sweating! But super sleepy after not sure why.
Day 3- 😳 Added 10 mins back exercise before returning to this video. Glad I did it.
Weekend breaks - SAT and SUN for family - My back and neck are starting back to a good posture, I can feel confident as well as my chest and chin are up naturally when standing and walking.
Day 4- 😳 Finished 10 mins shoulders exercise + 20 mins legs + 10 mins arm exercise, 20 mins break before starting this 30 mins walking workout! I love this feeling of being productive and keeping all muscles in a good posture without forcing myself all the time to do so.
Day 5- 😳 Finished 10 mins shoulders exercise + 10 mins arm exercise, but replaced legs exercise to 10 mins HIIT to bring up a lil bit of fresh straight. Always a 20 mins break starting this 30-minute walking workout. I can clearly feel my body has elevated as I can catch up with the posture better than before now.
Day 6- 😳 1hrs walking outdoor + 10 mins shoulder exercise before starting this 30-minute walking workout. TBH my muscles ache actually killing me so bad, so I decided to give myself an easy day. AND oh yes I've lost 1.5kgs! Besides, my mind has been asking for sugar and junk food from the first day, wish me luck on beating chocolate!
Day 7- 😳 Exercises are done! However, I was wondering how much water should we drink? Some say 2L+your weight*1.5, I'm trying to reach that amount of water but it gains weight back!
Day 8- 😳 My weight is back not sure why... but my belly seems lighter than the day before I do the workout! Let's keep going.
Day 9- 😳 OMG I know some of us may concerned about the breaks between everyday exercise, BUT I found it helpful after taking a long weekend break. Not to mention muscle ache has gone!
Day 10- 😳 Finished some exercises even kills
Day 11- 😳 So sorry girls my depression beat me down, I didn't make it today.
Day 12- 😳 30 mins walking workout done. I think my belly is slightly turned smaller than before.
Day 13- 😳 TMB to move but it is shit hard when depression comes. 30 mins walking workout + HIIT.
Day 14- 😳 15 Min Full Body Stretch + 30 mins walking workout. I can;t see the result yet but I do think it's always better than sitting and over-eating
Day 15- 😳 ofc my period break the chain
Day 16- 😳 I think my weight hasn't reduced because of my period (and over-eating)

Im 163 cm and my weight used to be 58 now its 70kg! Its insane although my body looks good but i do extra fat in my arms, thighs and stomach. I dont know but i was always insecure about my arms and would love to wear spaghetti straps tops 😢and braless tops and my stomach also giving me insecurity bc i cant wear stretchy tops or dress SO i made a deal to lose fat and be at 58-57kg for now and hope to maintain til the end of the year.

UPDATE: As promised, here’s what I’ve noticed after 14 days. Also take note that I’m in a calorie deficit! Because of that, I’ve cut down on sugary drinks and chips for better results. I still eat what I like but I don’t do it regularly, and I made sure to eat in moderation. Unfortunately I haven’t reached my target weight yet after doing this but I lost 2kg ! It was really difficult to be consistent during the first few days of doing this, but thankfully I was able to follow along. Just remember to not rush this workout if you seem to find yourself struggling so I suggest to give yourself a break for awhile and continue! That’s all for now 😊

So Im a girl with pcos. Since this year April I started to reverse the pcos and get in fit. I started my weight loss journey from April 8th I started to do walking in the evening atleast 30-40 minutes ( max 3-5k steps ) and I’m an Indian so I follow simple diet.
So I was already able to see visible changes after a week. I was 98kgs after one week of walking and diet I lost around 1-2 kgs

I took a break from working out and started doing this again. Im planning to do this twice a day instead of pairing it with another workout. And guess what today my mom joined me with this workout and we'll continue to do it together everyday 💪

But make sure you have an overall healthy lifestyle and a healthy diet and it should help. You should see atleast small changes in two weeks if you're consistent. You can weigh yourself on a weighing scale or measure your waist with a measuring tape to keep track of your body

@@secondleadsyndrome8219 this alone is enough if you want to lose weight but it's fine if you wanna continue with cycling. Just make sure you're not exhausting yourself everyday while doing this. Losing weight is not an overnight thing it will take time so pls don't be hard on yourself if you don't see results immediately.

Yesterday I only could do this for 5 mins and I had to take a rest. Then I did 5 more mins and gave up. But today I do it for 30 mins and take one more rest to catch my breath. I love how we can improve our strength and our health if we are constant and committed to exercising (and healthy eating as well.) I also have 2 tips here. If you’re working out at home, try write something or stick some new vocabulary on the wall because it will help distract you from feeling exhausted and drained of energy. And when you walk, tryna walk happily, use your hands more to feel like you’re enjoying this so much. This tricks your brain into thinking of this exercise as fun and interesting so you can’t wait to keep exercising.
I have been following this workout for a week now and I can see that there has been quite a lot of improvement in me. I used to complain about my left knee because it was so painful, but now it's gone! I got hospitalized because of severe stiff neck. I can still feel the pain after taking medicines, but after doing this cardio exercise for a week, I no longer feel the pain on my neck!

I did intermittent fasting alongside. Before this workout in the morning I drink black coffee no sugar nothing! Just simple hot water and nescafe coffee. Do this work out, then drink warm water squeeze 1 lemon in it. Then eat at 7:00 pm , I eat only 1 meal a day, includes: boiled eggs 2 without yokes, 1 teaspoons chia seeds water (avoid constipation) .No fruits please.
6 to 7 almonds and a plate of cucumbers and tomato slices. Sometimes lentil soup. I swear my arms and specifically my heavy inner and outer thighs. Please be true to your body you will notice the difference 💗
I just started working out and if I’m honest I didn’t really wanna do it at first the last time I tried i kept pausing the video and I would instead just eat again but this video was the first time I didn’t pause the VIDEO ! Hello Emi, I started workout 2 months ago with this video, then I found your 45 minutes walking cardio and I stick with it for a month. I didn't expect anything at that time, because I just want to move my body more. Unexpectedly, I lose about 2 kg and my body feels lighter. Then, I managed to do fasting so I could lose more weights. I back doing workout with this video again because I think 30 minutes workout is enough for me. Also, I can't find more suitable workout than this video. This workout is easy and impactful. From 64.5 kg, now my weight is 61.7. Thank you for creating this video. I wish I could continue this habit forever.

@@personfromnowhere16 cardio doesnt make you burn, it's there to make you sweat and increase your heart beat. Cardio is a very good tool to lose fat. You can do more muscle focused exercises that specifically say tone or some strength exercises to feel the burn.

Day 1:Completed,Sweated too much
Day 2: Completed, Sweated too much
Day 3: Completed, sweated less than before
Day 4: Completed ,not much sweat as my body is now habitual
Day 5: Completed ,felt easy to do
Day 6: Completed

I completed the exercise and I have seen some changes to my body
So I am gonna continue

I noticed it when some of my clothes started to fit on me which used to be tooo tight 😅

Juat finished 30 minutes and i'm living it. It's really full body burn fat! Im all sweating and didn't feel so tired. I will do this workout everyday! Will come back and comment again after 7 days.

Yes its work well .
My belly fat and arm fat reduced . But weight loss quit slow may be due to muscle development.
Guys I did complete workout without taking breaks .....I could burn 213 calories 😄
