@@Wompwompquack Let me share you my timetable: at first cumin water then nothing for 20 mins and this exercise and little bit skincare , lunch at 11 am and again exercise at 3 pm between this I only drink water and some snacks (no junk food or oily food) then study milk tea around 8pm (you can drink any other thing) then from 9:30 to 10pm exercise and some social media and skincare then sleep

나름 홈트 9년차인데 고강도 운동 위주로 하다보니 효과는 좋은데 지속하기가 힘들어서 자꾸 게을러지고 있었거든요 ㅠㅜㅜ
운동이 무서워지는 단점ㅋ
미지님 운동은 동작 자체는 난이도가 높지 않은데 리듬감 있게 쉬지않고 움직이니까 심박수가 거의 160-170 사이에서 유지되니 너무 좋아요!!!
자극점 잘 유지하면서 이정도 강도에 이정도 심박수라면 매일 할 수 있을 것 같아요!!

It's my first day i took w break for of 10 sec.n complete all workout proud my self but I'm totally drenched in sweat...n literally can hear my heartbeats ..im gonna take a 14 day challenge of this workout lets see how this gonna work for me

Fisrt day I did it, a week ago: Took over 3+ breaks
Sixth day (cause I skipped Saturday): Can do it all the way through without taking breaks, though I am drenched in sweat ✌️

day 3: ❌️ (i walked 7k steps)

Really i'm impressed..when i start this workout my belly was 27.5 but currently my belly is 17 I can't believe my eyes because my belly was stubborn...and my weight at beginning 67 currently i'm 65 ... And i skipped 2 workouts because i met an accident few months ago so my bone is fracture so I can't give tooo much strain to my leg but i need to loss my weight ... really this workout helps me alot .. 1st & 2nd day i almost died guys really but i fell in love with these workouts...and i also follow diet..mrng carrot or beetroot juice+ one fruit and afternoon 1 bowl rice with lots of veggies and evening green tea+ fruits and night juice + fruits + black tea... I totally skipped milk because milk gains lots of weight so guys when ur in weight loss journey skip milk and diary products and i not even touch any junk foods .. & also at night i walk for an hour...all the best guys trust the process and u ❤❤❤ Thank You Mizi ❤

Started on 6th March 2024, lost 1.5kg after a week with a calorie deficit diet. I dont count the calorie but usually drink shakes/ a bowl of cereal in the morning then I skip lunch and for dinner i eat whatever I want. My tummy has reduced significantly and I will continue doing for another week and update on the progress!

Day 1 complete, had to take breaks every 10 minutes and make variations of the movements due to lack of space and pain in arms from previous exercises but can’t wait for day 2. Burned 383 calories, would be more if I hadn’t taken breaks but I had to listen to my body☺️ edited: already completed 5 days, had to stop unfortunately due to personal reasons. Can’t wait to restart

Thank you Mizi!! I have been doing this workout for about 3 months(?) And I was 211 lbs (96kg) And now i weigh in at 185 lbs (84kg) to people asking if it works. It does!! Thank you again Mizi.
EDIT: I have gained the weight back. (it is 100% my fault, nothing to do with Mizi or her content.)
So, i'm doing this workout every other day (Or every day) untill April 2024.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I DON'T DO THE ENTIRE 30 MINUTES IN ONE ROUND, I DO 10 TAKE A BREAK, AND SO ON. (I still do the entire workout in 1 day though.)
DAY 1: I felt way more relaxed after the workout, and it did kinda feel like I lost an inch or 2(?) (This is likely not true.)

To the people asking what diet I did:
I didn't really do a diet. I just made sure half my plate was vegetables and a 1/4 grain, 1/4 protein. I also stayed away from added sugar. (I still ate natural sugar.
