My wife and I LOVE your videos and use them daily together. They are good for couples too. If you want to go “spicy” can do one for better flexibility for couple's intimate times 😁. But other than that, you’re doing great job and helping us stay in shape. Also, another idea is to do some more short pre or post workout stretching exercise routines. We like to do those types on the weekends as our “recovery”. Thanks Mizi!

When I woke up today, I had some pain in my waist and around thighs.I must tell u that I never used to do such exercises before. All I used to do is skipping for few months back. Hey I'm not her. But I can relate with you a lot. You just need to stay consistent with your exercise. Make sure you maintain a healthy diet with the workout routine, drink at least 2.5 litres of water a day and sleep at least 8 hours daily. Also dieting doesn't mean you have to cut out junk foods or so called "unhealthy foods" completely, you can eat those foods as long as you don't exceed the total calorie limit per day. (Use methods like calorie deficit, intermittent fasting). With all this, don't stay stationary for long periods, keep moving throughout the day (walking, standing, cleaning, etc).
