    Wow I just completed my 136 th day of body workout alternated daily with belly workout ! It's my tenth day of thirty minutes workout today and I am so excited to see the body change of mine in coming four days because last time in fourteen days only I had seen my entire body toned out glowing so well in just thirty minutes workout everyday in a month results were awesome astonishing because I use to do only belly workout but this time I am alternating belly workout with total body workout because I have seen elderly females look older because of three main things body wise not face wise i am talking here body wise their arms are fatty bigger in proportion then their belly is out and thighs these three things make your body look older earlier if your body is slim and toned it naturally looks slim glowing fit and beautiful face wise yes wrinkles around eyes is the first sign you get which i observes in me at 25 years of life and from that time till now it has been 13 years I have been doing face massage daily for two minutes at least while having bath I rub massage my face with face wash then sometimes aloe vera moisturiser !
    It doesn't look good your body is looking young while your face is not toned well lookwise i am talking eventually we are going to be old But as long as I love in this body and as long as I have control over my mind and body and residing in them it must be fit fine healthy positive and young as long as possible because I hate living in a hell that's unhealthy filthy foul smelling weak and negative and poor !
    Nope I want prosperity and richness positivity in everything in life !
    Mizis workouts are best I love them no repetitions and absolutely make me sweat at 15 to 19 minutes of workout i start sweating under full speed fan and that makes me feel so good ! Hush !
    Now time for my eight minutes back stretching and lemon tea !

    미지님 운동 6개월째인데 저는 논스탑 버전이랑 서서하는운동 시리즈 너무 좋아해요! 방안에서 할 수 있다는 장점 그리고 독창적인 운동자세들이 재밌고 동작들이 정적인데 따라하다보면 땀방울이 엄청나고 무엇보다 군살들이 사라지는게 너무 신기하고 재밌어요!! 저도 헬스장 복싱 등 운동기관 다녀봤지만 그때뿐이고 지속하기 어려웠는데 이렇게 꾸준히 부담없이 할 수 있는 운동을 발견해서 너무 행복하네요 ㅠㅠ 감사합니다! 꾸준히 습관적으로 해보세요! 정말 몸라인이며 체중이 건강하게 달라져요!

    Mizi mam pls upload 30min different workouts playlist for 6 days that could for every part of the body.
    When i am doing one exercise fot two days it will gives pain for Thai
    And if anothor doing some days later, it will effect stomach
    And if i trys another next it will effect ribs
    Hand , sholder back joining part of hands etc...

    I am bathing in my own sweat with fan at full speed ! Wow ! This is absolutely feeling right because it's making me feel light with the least bloating !
    Hush just completed my 119th day of workout excluding 30 resting days in between !
    Second day of a full thirty minute workout feeling awesome 😎 ! I overcome my own internal resistance to do this workout today ! The biggest enemy for best things to do in life is first internal resistance external resistance comes later and we have options to take different paths to achieve our goal but there is no option to overcome internal resistance there is no internal out, you have to overcome it !
