    I was so excited cuz I got a lot of request for 40 min routine! You guys are energetic, passionate and awesome!!
    This workout has no jumping
    But it's still high intensity. You will sweat a lot💦
    To lose full body fat and belly fat, this workout is really effective. So try this one 4~5 time a week!
    If it's too hard for you, just pause it and get some water,
    rest a few minutes and start again.
    Feel strong and amazing after these exercise!

    와우 구독 필수에요 !! 다이어트 중인데 다른 홈트는 이거 저거 살께 많은데 정말 이렇게 아무것도 없이 운동을 해도 땀이 줄줄 나는줄 몰랐어요 ~~ 정말 왜 미리 운동을 안했는지 제 자신이 원망스럽네요 ~~ 월 ~ 토요일까지 요일별로 최대한 하려고 노력중입니다 ~~ 이렇게 좋은 영상 만들어 주심에 진심 진심 감사드려요 ~~~~ 다이어트 꼭 성공할꺼에요 ~~~ ㅎㅎ 사랑합니다 ~~~

    동작이 단순해서 가벼운 마음으로 시작했는데 25분부터 힘들더니 땀이 송글송글하네요.관절에 무리도 안가고 좋아요.컨디션 좋으면 아침저녁으로 해도 좋을것같아요👍

    Oh my gosh, Mizi, I’m in love with this workout! I found ur channel not so long ago, wanted to get fit after pregnancy and started first with ur 20 mins workouts.     Excellent Mizi. Bring more for bad circulation legs which can become very hurtful., and at the same time bring more exercises to slim down legs, to tone as well., likewise for arms and stomach. Kind Regards😘

    At first,I thought the workout wouldn't make me sweat because all the moves seemed easy. But I was wrong. By the end of the workout, I was as red as a tomato and sweating more than I anticipated. Honestly I was breathless. Thank you for this invigorating workout. I eagerly anticipate following more of your workout videos.

I am 45 years old now, started working out regularly 4 years ago, but since I started doing at least one of your workouts every day, I am as fit as I've never been before and not one day been sick this year so far!

    쉽고 무리도 안가는 동작이지만 적당히 힘들어서 운동되는거 같고 좋아요! 무릎을 다쳐서 무리가 안가는 운동 찾고 있었는데 부담없이 하고 있어요 굳굳!!👍
