Guys, it works!!! I’m doing this for like 3days and I already saw progress!!it’s not to much but u can see. I’m being serious (but I change my meals and whatever) I do at least 2x at day morning and night and like more 3 videos like that. Try searching workouts before bed! It worked with me I wake up like a princess 😭 IT REALY WORKED (but if u want like so flat try for 3/4 weeks and u are gonna see progress!!) it’s the second week for me and my stomach it’s literally flat!

Day 1: really liked this workout! My body is shaking lol. It felt good. Day 2: a little easier Day 3: was hard, but I think I did the exercises a lot better Day 4: Could only do like 10 minutes :| Day 5: ❌ ran a mile Day 6: ✅ Day 7:❌ Day 8✅

Among all the Mizi workout that I have come across this seems to be a difficult one for me I couldn't withstand one for 10 minutes out of 45m but I will keep trying because no pain no gain. 🎉

I have been loving these exercises. I need to search your videos for standing abdominal exercises as I have hyper lordosis and some of these moves are hurting the hyper curvature of my lower back.😝

Day 1 done- tooo hard kept stopping between as was getting too tired. But still completed the 15 mins. Will do this for 2 weeks and I’ll keep updating. Day 2 done- better than yesterday but still hard.
Yippyy day 7 completed ! I am so so consistent as far as meditation and exercise are concerned these days during college work days I was consistent for study and music relatively in its absence I am more consistent for meditation and exercise !
