    Sooo, what can I say? The muscles have definitely become firmer and are almost always tense, I like it😎
    I believe that it is unrealistic to achieve a flat stomach in two weeks, especially when you walk with a belly all your life. It will take at least 2-3 months. I also think that my hyperlodosis makes it more difficult for me. Therefore, I will continue to study until I achieve a result.

    Guys, it works!!! I’m doing this for like 3days and I already saw progress!!it’s not to much but u can see. I’m being serious (but I change my meals and whatever) I do at least 2x at day morning and night and like more 3 videos like that. Try searching workouts before bed! It worked with me I wake up like a princess 😭 IT REALY WORKED (but if u want like so flat try for 3/4 weeks and u are gonna see progress!!) it’s the second week for me and my stomach it’s literally flat!

    Among all the Mizi workout that I have come across this seems to be a difficult one for me I couldn't withstand one for 10 minutes out of 45m but I will keep trying because no pain no gain. 🎉

    Day 1: really liked this workout! My body is shaking lol. It felt good.
    Day 2: a little easier
    Day 3: was hard, but I think I did the exercises a lot better
    Day 4: Could only do like 10 minutes :|
    Day 5: ❌ ran a mile

    At first I think, what an easy exercise, unusual for MIZI
    And in the middle of the video I start begging for mercy
    I don't know HOW, but after each of your videos I feel like a waterfall of sweat is pouring out of me, even if it says no planks, no jumps...

      breakfast: coffee/tea and bread/biscuit
      lunch: plain water/coffee and rice/bread/noodles
      dinner: plain water and fruit

      @@ennnurly Hi Nurlym.. Yes I lost 1.5 kgs of weight in these two weeks by doing the workouts in the video. I did stick to mainly home cooked food. These workouts are so awesome that once you start doing them you will get used to them. Initially it may feel a bit tough but you will eventually get habituated doing them.

      ​​​@@afreenshaikh3406 You have to restrict your diet if you want to lose belly fat. The amount of calories you take should be less than the amount you burn. As you said you want to lose your postpartum weight then I should suggest that you should consult with your doctor once for which workouts you should choose. During this time the body goes through a lot of change. So its better to do those workouts which are equally effective and not too strenous for your body.

      저도 원래 너무 뻣뻣하고, 유연성이 없어서 일부러 스트레칭을 더 악착같이 했어요 🥲ㅎㅎㅎ
      스트레칭 열심히 하니까 요통, 하체부종도 줄고, 다리라인도 좀 더 예뻐지더라구요!!

    Day 1 done- tooo hard kept stopping between as was getting too tired. But still completed the 15 mins. Will do this for 2 weeks and I’ll keep updating.
