Actually i didn't want to write anything here because i'm a bit ashamed for personal reasons, such as i don't believe in this RUclips crap but on the other hand after watching this channel i'm motivated enough to give it a try, also i like the animations 👍 Let's start with day 1: 177cm tall, 85kg weight, dissatisfied with too much belly & thigh fat in my opinion I realize that i will only get results if i do it regularly for months we'll see each other again 💪💋

Gotta say this is the best workout I’ve ever done. No seriously I could see the difference in one week, two weeks people started mentioning and in almost a month the change was VERY visible and obvious. Would definitely recommend this workout it’s amazing!!

Doing this everyday! Day 1: pretty good, didn’t hurt so bad Day 2: IT HURTS SO MUCH FROM THE DAY BEFORE, already see difference!!!!! Day3: Already see results! Getting easier!!
I have been doing this for maybe 4 or 3 days with 2 other exercises, and I am happy to say that today I finally noticed a change in my belly. Of course it isn’t a big difference but it’s definitely an A+ for only 3-4 days! EDIT #1 - Remember you can’t target belly fat. In order to lose fat somewhere you have to work your entire body. Full body workouts are great if you don’t go to the gym. I also recommend going for walks or running for at least 10-30 minutes a day. Don’t expect to get results fast, it took me 3 weeks to see slight results doing different workouts, but I have been working out for over 3 months now and my body definitely toned up! I am still struggling to lose body fat % because of my eating disorder but I am working on it. EDIT #2 - Just a reminder to do workouts you enjoy and eat healthier! Make colorful food with more veggies and fruits. Don’t stress about food or workouts, I noticed I would get discouraged when I had a workout routine. Now I just do whatever I feel like is best for me/what I am in the mood for. I also discovered that watching food related videos made me think a lot about food and crave foods when I am not hungry so that’s something I would try to avoid. I personally don’t like doing cardio but I did it for 2 weeks (30-70 minutes a day + one rest day each week) and lost body fat percentage. It was extremely hard to get through each workout since like I mentioned I am not the biggest fan of it. Though, I definitely recommend doing it even for 10 minutes a day. It really helped me a ton! I understand that cardio is frustrating so just keep in mind that you are doing it for results and for a short period of time. That’s what helped me get through it. My final thoughts are, losing weight IS hard but not impossible. Doing exercises you enjoy is definitely better than hating to workout because you “have” to do HIIT or cardio. (Pilates and Yoga are my favorite for lazy days!) Finally, as much as we all hate to hear it, it all depends on our genetics. Everyone’s body is different so don’t stress when something doesn’t work for you. Try different methods until you find the one. I won’t be checking this anymore. I wish the best of luck to everyone! I’ve been doing this for 3-4 days and I’ve seen changes. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight but i eat normally and have snacks every week on Saturdays. Despite that i still am losing weight and have seen changes; my stomach has gotten flatter! 3/4 of the workouts i vary are by Roberta’s gym, thank you so much for these workouts!!!

I'm currently a fit 120 pounds (5'8, 42yrs old) but I'm a recovering alcoholic, and I have this annoying stomach issue, due to what I believe is weakened stomach muscles from years of alcohol. No matter what I do, I can't get this little bulge to go away. If I lean back, the bulge sinks and I look cut again, but when I stand upright again, this extra pocket of mass pushes out and I really don't understand it. Maybe it's water weight. Maybe it's weakened muscles. Doctor's aren't giving me any answers either. They just keep charging me obscene prices for tests that tell me nothing. So I figure I'm just going to work the stomach hard every day for a good month or two and see if that does anything. I'm in great physical shape otherwise. A photo of me shirtless and not flexing now looks like someone photoshopped a little pudge tummy on me and it is just infuriating me that it won't go away.

I'm here coz my friend recommended it. She lost 12 kg in 6 months with this workout and strict diet. I'm 27 and reached 70 kg mark and going further. I'm worrying if this continues, I might need support to do my daily things as well. I feel like once you’ve done this for a week you just keep going! Even though you don’t feel like doing it, you just can’t give up so close to your goal! After 2 weeks of doing these exercices every day, my stomach is definitely not 100% flat but I see progress! So keep going guys 💪
Okay. I wasn't planning to leave a comment but this is my second time coming here so I thought of sharing my experience. I'll try to keep updating everyday. Day 1: I did this exercise and it truly was the longest 10 minute of my life. It was tough and definitely got me on the verge of sweating. After this exercise, I went for a walk. Also skipped dinner. Day 2 : I skipped this exercise because my muscles were so sore that even coughing or laughing made me feel pain in my abdomen area. But I followed another exercise and as usual went for a walk. Day 3: I looked in the mirror today and my tummy definitely feels less bloated and I feel it has become a little tight and hardened. I gathered my courage and came here to do this again today. My muscles are still in pain but I completed the exercise. Yaay! 🎉 I will be going for a walk later in the evening. I'll update tomorrow again. So sorry! I totally forgot to update. Day 4: I did the exercise. 💯 My muscles aren't sore anymore. I'm also going for a walk everyday. It really helps. Day 5: Done 💯 Day 6: I skipped today because I was so busy. 😓 But I did go for a walk. I'm walking atleast 6000 steps per day. Day 7: Done with the exercise. And will be going for a walk again later. Day 8: Was so busy preparing for exam that I didn't get time to do this today. But not gonna lie. YOU DEFINITELY SEE RESULTS! I can see the muscles above my belly toned up. Also I've been trying to do one meal a day. If I'm not that hungry, I skip dinner at night. Day 9:

You shouldn’t eat one meal a day, I think a better option would be to eat the equivalent of one meal but spaced out so you don’t get hungry throughout the day
Been doing this for about 3months now , and the result is incredible.From 57-50kg, waistline 28-25 and for more effectiveness you can use sweat belt too/corset.This is so helpful esp. for the post pregnancy body🔥Thank you so much🤧❤️

@@thaherasultana8312 I do it twice a day once in the morning , once at night before bed with a ten minute cardio work out as well . My diet is pretty much normal I just watch my sugar and sodium intake 😊 best thing I can recommend is making sure to drink your 60 oz of water a day and after your workout have lots of protein I do protein shakes . This workout actually works! You can feel your whole body burning and all exercises are easy for beginners. I have been doing this exercise from past 8 days and i have noticed some slight changes... Will continue to do this until my university re-opens. Consistency is the key guys!!!
I feel you, but before, I got an abs for a begginer, I did all of that, and the other workout routine like planking, sit ups, and more. But now, I got more belly coz I stop working out.
@@christellesaligumba8594 there would be an another reason as you started eating junk food ,sweets , sugary drinks and overeating too . If u loses weight and after that u want to remain fit only you need to do is a walk of 15 minutes in morning and after eating dinner .

@@mariaa.428 i did one set for 2 days but later i did try 2 sets or at least 1 1/2 sets (like if the counting is 20 then i do 30 or double it)… its hard.. I can’t see physically the improvement after 5 days but I feel much lighter than before… 😊 But I do not rely on these excercise alone, I cut my calories intake also especially rice and sweets 😁

You don't need targeted workouts yet Just focus on cardio(e.g. running around and playing). That's what kid used to do at your age EVERY DAY 15+ yrs ago. It's not so much exercise, just acting like a tween/ten that doesn't have video games, VR & video on demand!
I hope this will help me a bit to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. And before you start judging if I’m eating clean. I started with Nextlevel Diet three months ago, and it has been working perfectly but I feel the need to boost it up a little more with this.

I usually don’t comment on videos, but I have to admit, this works. I had been a bit skeptical but I did it anyways. I, male started on June 10th, 2021 weighing in at about 218lbs and now it is October 24th, 2021, and I weigh 170.5. I also did other workouts, I juiced and I ran back and forth until I was tired. This might get little recognition but for the one person that does see this, don’t give up. I wanted to so bad, until around 7 weeks. I noticed a huge difference. Keep going you got this :)
@@dailyupdates361 Hey. Through out my whole journey, I only dieted when I could afford healthier foods. Each morning and afternoon I’d drink a bottle of cold water. It helps with getting rid of some grogginess or at least it did for me. I did do a juice diet for a week, but realistically, I didn’t go on a specific diet, though I did eat fruits and vegetables. Tuna and toast for a quick snack when I felt hungry, or I’d eat a granola bar. I ate some of the same foods I’d eat on a regular(seafood, chicken, greens, etc ) but in smaller portions. I counted my calories as well when I could, but aside from that it is really worth it in the end. Hopefully my wordy comment helps in some sort of way!
I’ve been doing this as well as some other workouts and I have already dropped 1.5 pounds in two days! I’ve been seeing a difference in my stomach and I will update this later!❤
Been at it with this workout, along with a hour of fast walking and some weight lifting everyday for about a month now and Definitely noticing some change. Clothes fitting way more lose, feeling more tighter in my abs, and feeling less bulky. I hope to continue losing weight. Thank you very much for your workouts. I walk quite a bit as well. While traveling, I do the Walk at Home program, plus I walk outside. For strength training I use resistance bands and do push-ups. I need to lose weight, and I’m determined to go home slimmer than I was when I left. 😊👍
I'm a 13 year old doing this Day 1: i started gradually and did a brief warm up before starting result so far : My body feels so loosened up and free Day 2: The first few exercises were harder to do than yesterday but I finished it anyway (also did a brief warm-up before starting) result so far: Again, I feel really good after exercising Day 3: I surprisingly did not find the exercises as hard result so far: same as the previous days (saw slight results in the morning) Day 4: I finished the workout result so far: Feeling good and refreshed Day 5: done result so far: same as earlier and I did not face much difficulty doing the workout Day 6: done (the plank gets easier every time) result so far: my stomach feels tighter Day 7: i couldn't do it as i was really tired and my legs were hurting too much from other activities Day 8 : Done with ease result so far: I was feeling cold so I did this to warm up and it worked Day 9 : again I was very tired due to other activites and couldn't do it Day 10: did it quickly result so far: guys please don't skip days as I bloated in literally 1 day of not doing it Day 11: done result so far : felt refreshed I exercise in the evening as you might get a slight temporary bloat (its normal) which should decrease by the Morning/Noon as it does for me. Make sure to do a warm up before starting or you might face difficulty doing the exercises. Please like this comment to remind me to do this and update it :)

I highly recommend this work out. My waist is 28 but after a few weeks of following this work out and decreasing the amount of calories i take everyday it really works. You can clearly see the progress as the weeks pass by. My waistline is now 24 thank you so much for this video💛
Day one: it hurt/ burned, I wasn’t going to do it because it was late, but I’m proud I started! Day 2: my whole abdomen is sore, I had a wedding to go to today so I ate more than normal. But I got through it! I was slower than yesterday and slipped on Russian twists and the plank, but you made it through and I’m proud I still did it!
Doing this for 1 week! DAY 1 : ✅ It was absolutely tiring and burns alot, it made me soaking with sweat. But it felt good after. I love this exercise ! DAY 2 : ✅ I did it and the plank was really hard for me. But it felt good after !! DAY 3 : ✅ the knee tuck crouch and plank really hurts, but worth it! I had alot of sweat and noticed a small change already DAY 4 : ✅ it started to become easy for me, it was very nice. and im starting to notice that im getting fit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Day 1: oh my god... this is so tough.. i hope it will get easier every day.. felt like i already lost some stubborn belly fat. Doing this exercise only once a day.. let's see! Will continue this for 20 days without missing a single day and keep updating guys! Day2: done... i have extreme pain in my abs.. it was more difficult today than yesterday.. i am not eating any junk foods or sweets along with this workout! My belly is 32 inch.. let's see Day3:done..my belly is feeling tighter and bloated .. dnno why.. Day4:done.. the pain has decreased somewhat.. and the exercises hv become little easier for me.. Still don't see any changes so far in my belly.. let's see Day 5: the exercises went quite smoothly fr me today.. during plank i felt like i can be in tht position for another 10 sec.. not sure abt belly.. i dnt think any changes came at all Day 6:sorry i was too busy.. i missed it Day 7: back to form.. no change so far.. @@yanelamendoza3532 Yes ofc, but it will take longer to see results. For example, if you do it twice a day for a month and get results, it will take you twice as long as you do it once a day, therefore 2 months. Hope that helps!

For me the hardest is the Knee Tuck Crunch and the easiest is Single Leg Jacknife.... But the more consistent you are in completing this workout the easier it becomes... Just remind yourself that you're not only doing this for your body shape but to also keep you physically and mentally healthy. So keep going..🎉

Hi, I read all the comments and I also got motivated to do it. Two days ago, I downloaded this video, and it has been two days since I have been doing morning exercises. Day 1 - I pushed myself a lot during warm-up. I faced some difficulty in exercising, but I struggled the most during the last exercise, the plank. Day 2 - Today, I did all the exercises again, and I was feeling a lot of pain below my belly, but this pain will go away in 2-3 days. However, today I felt good; I did a 10-second plank compared to yesterday when I could barely do 3 seconds.

workout are the same as these. My timings are usually from 4.00 to 5.00. I don't do any kind of a deit and after this exercise I run for some time. This helps even more

I have been doing this for maybe 4 or 3 days with 2 other exercises, and I am happy to say that today I finally noticed a change in my belly. Of course it isn’t a big difference but it’s definitely an A+ for only 3-4 days!
EDIT #1 - Remember you can’t target belly fat. In order to lose fat somewhere you have to work your entire body. Full body workouts are great if you don’t go to the gym. I also recommend going for walks or running for at least 10-30 minutes a day. Don’t expect to get results fast, it took me 3 weeks to see slight results doing different workouts, but I have been working out for over 3 months now and my body definitely toned up! I am still struggling to lose body fat % because of my eating disorder but I am working on it.
EDIT #2 - Just a reminder to do workouts you enjoy and eat healthier! Make colorful food with more veggies and fruits. Don’t stress about food or workouts, I noticed I would get discouraged when I had a workout routine. Now I just do whatever I feel like is best for me/what I am in the mood for. I also discovered that watching food related videos made me think a lot about food and crave foods when I am not hungry so that’s something I would try to avoid.
I personally don’t like doing cardio but I did it for 2 weeks (30-70 minutes a day + one rest day each week) and lost body fat percentage. It was extremely hard to get through each workout since like I mentioned I am not the biggest fan of it. Though, I definitely recommend doing it even for 10 minutes a day. It really helped me a ton! I understand that cardio is frustrating so just keep in mind that you are doing it for results and for a short period of time. That’s what helped me get through it. My final thoughts are, losing weight IS hard but not impossible. Doing exercises you enjoy is definitely better than hating to workout because you “have” to do HIIT or cardio. (Pilates and Yoga are my favorite for lazy days!) Finally, as much as we all hate to hear it, it all depends on our genetics. Everyone’s body is different so don’t stress when something doesn’t work for you. Try different methods until you find the one.

I’ve been doing this for 3-4 days and I’ve seen changes. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight but i eat normally and have snacks every week on Saturdays. I'm currently a fit 120 pounds (5'8, 42yrs old) but I'm a recovering alcoholic, and I have this annoying stomach issue, due to what I believe is weakened stomach muscles from years of alcohol. No matter what I do, I can't get this little bulge to go away. If I lean back, the bulge sinks and I look cut again, but when I stand upright again, this extra pocket of mass pushes out and I really don't understand it. Maybe it's water weight. Maybe it's weakened muscles. Doctor's aren't giving me any answers either. They just keep charging me obscene prices for tests that tell me nothing. So I figure I'm just going to work the stomach hard every day for a good month or two and see if that does anything. I'm in great physical shape otherwise. A photo of me shirtless and not flexing now looks like someone photoshopped a little pudge tummy on me and it is just infuriating me that it won't go away.

I'm here coz my friend recommended it. She lost 12 kg in 6 months with this workout and strict diet. I'm 27 and reached 70 kg mark and going further. Okay. I wasn't planning to leave a comment but this is my second time coming here so I thought of sharing my experience. I'll try to keep updating everyday.
Day 1: I did this exercise and it truly was the longest 10 minute of my life. It was tough and definitely got me on the verge of sweating. After this exercise, I went for a walk. Also skipped dinner.
Day 2 : I skipped this exercise because my muscles were so sore that even coughing or laughing made me feel pain in my abdomen area. But I followed another exercise and as usual went for a walk.
Day 3: I looked in the mirror today and my tummy definitely feels less bloated and I feel it has become a little tight and hardened. I gathered my courage and came here to do this again today. My muscles are still in pain but I completed the exercise. Yaay! 🎉 I will be going for a walk later in the evening. I'll update tomorrow again.
So sorry! I totally forgot to update.
Day 4: I did the exercise. 💯 My muscles aren't sore anymore. I'm also going for a walk everyday. It really helps.

Day 6: I skipped today because I was so busy. 😓 But I did go for a walk. I'm walking atleast 6000 steps per day.
Day 7: Done with the exercise. And will be going for a walk again later.
Day 8: Was so busy preparing for exam that I didn't get time to do this today. But not gonna lie. YOU DEFINITELY SEE RESULTS! I can see the muscles above my belly toned up. Also I've been trying to do one meal a day. If I'm not that hungry, I skip dinner at night.

You shouldn’t eat one meal a day, I think a better option would be to eat the equivalent of one meal but spaced out so you don’t get hungry throughout the day

@@thaherasultana8312 I do it twice a day once in the morning , once at night before bed with a ten minute cardio work out as well . My diet is pretty much normal I just watch my sugar and sodium intake 😊 best thing I can recommend is making sure to drink your 60 oz of water a day and after your workout have lots of protein I do protein shakes . Hope this helps a little and good luck ❤️
This workout actually works! You can feel your whole body burning and all exercises are easy for beginners. I have been doing this exercise from past 8 days and i have noticed some slight changes... Will continue to do this until my university re-opens.

@@mariaa.428 i did one set for 2 days but later i did try 2 sets or at least 1 1/2 sets (like if the counting is 20 then i do 30 or double it)… its hard.. I can’t see physically the improvement after 5 days but I feel much lighter than before… 😊 But I do not rely on these excercise alone, I cut my calories intake also especially rice and sweets 😁

You're a 12 year old *girl* not female.
You don't need targeted workouts yet Just focus on cardio(e.g. running around and playing). That's what kid used to do at your age EVERY DAY 15+ yrs ago. It's not so much exercise, just acting like a tween/ten that doesn't have video games, VR & video on demand!
I hope this will help me a bit to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. And before you start judging if I’m eating clean. I started with Nextlevel Diet three months ago, and it has been working perfectly but I feel the need to boost it up a little more with this.

I usually don’t comment on videos, but I have to admit, this works. I had been a bit skeptical but I did it anyways. I, male started on June 10th, 2021 weighing in at about 218lbs and now it is October 24th, 2021, and I weigh 170.5. I also did other workouts, I juiced and I ran back and forth until I was tired. This might get little recognition but for the one person that does see this, don’t give up. I wanted to so bad, until around 7 weeks. I noticed a huge difference. Keep going you got this :)

@@dailyupdates361 Hey. Through out my whole journey, I only dieted when I could afford healthier foods. Each morning and afternoon I’d drink a bottle of cold water. It helps with getting rid of some grogginess or at least it did for me. I did do a juice diet for a week, but realistically, I didn’t go on a specific diet, though I did eat fruits and vegetables. Tuna and toast for a quick snack when I felt hungry, or I’d eat a granola bar. I ate some of the same foods I’d eat on a regular(seafood, chicken, greens, etc
) but in smaller portions. I counted my calories as well when I could, but aside from that it is really worth it in the end. Hopefully my wordy comment helps in some sort of way!

I walk quite a bit as well. While traveling, I do the Walk at Home program, plus I walk outside. For strength training I use resistance bands and do push-ups. I need to lose weight, and I’m determined to go home slimmer than I was when I left. 😊👍

Day 1: i started gradually and did a brief warm up before starting
result so far : My body feels so loosened up and free
Day 2: The first few exercises were harder to do than yesterday but I finished it anyway (also did a brief warm-up before starting)
result so far: Again, I feel really good after exercising
Day 3: I surprisingly did not find the exercises as hard
result so far: same as the previous days (saw slight results in the morning)
Day 4: I finished the workout
result so far: Feeling good and refreshed
Day 5: done
result so far: same as earlier and I did not face much difficulty doing the workout
Day 6: done (the plank gets easier every time)
result so far: my stomach feels tighter
Day 7: i couldn't do it as i was really tired and my legs were hurting too much from other activities
Day 8 : Done with ease
result so far: I was feeling cold so I did this to warm up and it worked
Day 9 : again I was very tired due to other activites and couldn't do it
Day 10: did it quickly
result so far: guys please don't skip days as I bloated in literally 1 day of not doing it
Day 11: done
result so far : felt refreshed
I exercise in the evening as you might get a slight temporary bloat (its normal) which should decrease by the Morning/Noon as it does for me.
Make sure to do a warm up before starting or you might face difficulty doing the exercises.

I highly recommend this work out. My waist is 28 but after a few weeks of following this work out and decreasing the amount of calories i take everyday it really works. You can clearly see the progress as the weeks pass by. My waistline is now 24 thank you so much for this video💛

Day one: it hurt/ burned, I wasn’t going to do it because it was late, but I’m proud I started!
Day 2: my whole abdomen is sore, I had a wedding to go to today so I ate more than normal. But I got through it! I was slower than yesterday and slipped on Russian twists and the plank, but you made it through and I’m proud I still did it!

DAY 2 : ✅ I did it and the plank was really hard for me. But it felt good after !!
DAY 3 : ✅ the knee tuck crouch and plank really hurts, but worth it! I had alot of sweat and noticed a small change already
DAY 4 : ✅ it started to become easy for me, it was very nice. and im starting to notice that im getting fit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

For me the hardest is the Knee Tuck Crunch and the easiest is Single Leg Jacknife.... But the more consistent you are in completing this workout the easier it becomes... Just remind yourself that you're not only doing this for your body shape but to also keep you physically and mentally healthy. So keep going..🎉

Hello is it OK to do workout but eat whatever foods

This is difficult at first. But lemme tell you for the past two years, whenever I start dieting and gyming I always come back to this video, combined with cardio you get massive results
Still got problem dieting. I have to have an ice cream everyday and couple of choc biscuits and soda. But zero coke.
I followed this workout for like 4 weeks already :)). I was 60 kilograms back then and now my weight is 55 kilograms. I was also controlling the amount of rice and foods I am eating. No pain, no gain :))))

This exercise does work! Initially tough but after 7 days of practice you will love it! Don’t give up try at least for a month 👍🏽

Hi, I read all the comments and I also got motivated to do it. Two days ago, I downloaded this video, and it has been two days since I have been doing morning exercises.
Day 1 - I pushed myself a lot during warm-up. I faced some difficulty in exercising, but I struggled the most during the last exercise, the plank.
Day 2 - Today, I did all the exercises again, and I was feeling a lot of pain below my belly, but this pain will go away in 2-3 days. However, today I felt good; I did a 10-second plank compared to yesterday when I could barely do 3 seconds.

Yesterday was my first day trying this work out and I already feel my stomach hurt and I was excited so when I got home from work today I jump right into it. Thank you for the video.
