I'm currently a fit 120 pounds (5'8, 42yrs old) but I'm a recovering alcoholic, and I have this annoying stomach issue, due to what I believe is weakened stomach muscles from years of alcohol. No matter what I do, I can't get this little bulge to go away. If I lean back, the bulge sinks and I look cut again, but when I stand upright again, this extra pocket of mass pushes out and I really don't understand it. Maybe it's water weight. Maybe it's weakened muscles. Doctor's aren't giving me any answers either. They just keep charging me obscene prices for tests that tell me nothing. So I figure I'm just going to work the stomach hard every day for a good month or two and see if that does anything. I'm in great physical shape otherwise. A photo of me shirtless and not flexing now looks like someone photoshopped a little pudge tummy on me and it is just infuriating me that it won't go away.

@@sameer-4987 hey ive been doing this and my stomach is really normal sized not to big but just a little bit i do it twice a week and honestly it works you should at least see results in like 4 weeks if you work 2 days a week if you do it everyday you can see results as soon as a week or 2

Day 1 : Done ( Was pretty hard but i completed the workout )
Day 2 : Done ( My stomach hurted from yesterday today was tuffer)
Day 3 : Done ( didnt hurt that much and was easier overall)
Day 4 : Done ( i DId it twice ! )
Day 5 : Done ( Did it twice in the afternoon and did another workout from roberta in the evening)

Lost about 1.5-2 kg in a week and noticed small differences in my belly will keep updating

I’ve been doing this for 3-4 days and I’ve seen changes. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight but i eat normally and have snacks every week on Saturdays. Despite that i still am losing weight and have seen changes; my stomach has gotten flatter! 3/4 of the workouts i vary are by Roberta’s gym, thank you so much for these workouts!!!

I feel you, but before, I got an abs for a begginer, I did all of that, and the other workout routine like planking, sit ups, and more. But now, I got more belly coz I stop working out.

@@christellesaligumba8594 there would be an another reason as you started eating junk food ,sweets , sugary drinks and overeating too . If u loses weight and after that u want to remain fit only you need to do is a walk of 15 minutes in morning and after eating dinner .

Gotta say this is the best workout I’ve ever done. No seriously I could see the difference in one week, two weeks people started mentioning and in almost a month the change was VERY visible and obvious. Would definitely recommend this workout it’s amazing!!

workout are the same as these. My timings are usually from 4.00 to 5.00. I don't do any kind of a deit and after this exercise I run for some time. This helps even more

i actually love this workout so much, not only do I feel myself getting stronger but everytime I do this it immideatly reduces bloating and ive started to see and feel abs even when Im not sucking in my stomach or engaging my core or whatever its called. thank you roberta!

Day 1 : burning
Day 2 : hurts but feels good at the same time
Day 3 : It’s less hard than the first day, i can’t tell if there’s any difference on my body yet
Day 6 : I don’t struggle anymore, at first i would see a lot of my belly hanging when i’m in plank and now i see way less of it (its been 2 weeks i’m doing a calorie deficit)

This was a great workout and can easily fit into the busiest persons schedule- not hard at all. I was able to do each exercise (besides the plank) this is my first day and i feel the burn *in a good way* going to be doing this everyday!

I have been doing this for maybe 4 or 3 days with 2 other exercises, and I am happy to say that today I finally noticed a change in my belly. Of course it isn’t a big difference but it’s definitely an A+ for only 3-4 days!
EDIT #1 - Remember you can’t target belly fat. In order to lose fat somewhere you have to work your entire body. Full body workouts are great if you don’t go to the gym. I also recommend going for walks or running for at least 10-30 minutes a day. Don’t expect to get results fast, it took me 3 weeks to see slight results doing different workouts, but I have been working out for over 3 months now and my body definitely toned up! I am still struggling to lose body fat % because of my eating disorder but I am working on it.
EDIT #2 - Just a reminder to do workouts you enjoy and eat healthier! Make colorful food with more veggies and fruits. Don’t stress about food or workouts, I noticed I would get discouraged when I had a workout routine. Now I just do whatever I feel like is best for me/what I am in the mood for. I also discovered that watching food related videos made me think a lot about food and crave foods when I am not hungry so that’s something I would try to avoid.
I personally don’t like doing cardio but I did it for 2 weeks (30-70 minutes a day + one rest day each week) and lost body fat percentage. It was extremely hard to get through each workout since like I mentioned I am not the biggest fan of it. Though, I definitely recommend doing it even for 10 minutes a day. It really helped me a ton! I understand that cardio is frustrating so just keep in mind that you are doing it for results and for a short period of time. That’s what helped me get through it. My final thoughts are, losing weight IS hard but not impossible. Doing exercises you enjoy is definitely better than hating to workout because you “have” to do HIIT or cardio. (Pilates and Yoga are my favorite for lazy days!) Finally, as much as we all hate to hear it, it all depends on our genetics. Everyone’s body is different so don’t stress when something doesn’t work for you. Try different methods until you find the one.

I hope this will help me a bit to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. And before you start judging if I’m eating clean. I started with Nextlevel Diet three months ago, and it has been working perfectly but I feel the need to boost it up a little more with this.

I began the workout evening sessies every day and this one I do 2s a week. The first time I could only plank for 7 sec. 3 th time and after a week eveningworkout I did 20 sec plank. Day 1: Bit sweaty, felt burn but overall easy😜
Day 2: Seeing results
Day 3: sweated more than usual
Day 4: hard felt pain
Day 5: stomach looks smaller
Day 6: finished the challenge overall. Saw a difference in thighs.
Btw I recommend drinking lots of water

Thank you so so much we have been doing this exercise for 5 days and we saw a big difference in the stomach this is the best exercise I've done. As we keep doing it the less tired we get because we get more used to it o n the first day we got so tired. Would 100% recommend this exercise.

I am 58 and my stomach is soft now. Boy did my stomach burn the second day it. I do 5 of the exercises and 2 sets of the first three. Two of them are hard on lower back once my back gets stronger I will do all. They work my stomach is feeling harder. Best exercises I have seen in a long time👍

Day one: Done! It was pretty hard though, but when you finish you feel refresh!
Day two: It wasn't as difficult as the first day. But l don't see any progress so far (obviously lol)
Day three: Done, it was easier then it was the first two days l see a little bit of progress and i think l lost fat on my thighs. Idk though.

Day 1- 11:53pm 19/11/23, pretty hard, the Russian twist was probably the easiest and only one I could do for the full 20 secs, this really showed me how unfit I am. It’s time to start working on myself
Day 2- 11:25pm 20/11/23, not as bad as yesterday first 3 exercises weren’t too bad, plank I did for 10 secs yesterday I did for 5, I really enjoyed this time felt much more easier. ( tip)!! Do squats before or after doing this really helps!
Day 3- 10:52pm 21/11/23, couldn’t do much since my legs were so sore from running today but tomorrow I will do all!!

You don't need targeted workouts yet Just focus on cardio(e.g. running around and playing). That's what kid used to do at your age EVERY DAY 15+ yrs ago. It's not so much exercise, just acting like a tween/ten that doesn't have video games, VR & video on demand!
5th day of doing this workout to remove my belly fat. Slowly I’m improving. One thing that also improve is my cardio. Thank you for this.. 🤗

@@mariaa.428 i did one set for 2 days but later i did try 2 sets or at least 1 1/2 sets (like if the counting is 20 then i do 30 or double it)… its hard.. I can’t see physically the improvement after 5 days but I feel much lighter than before… 😊 But I do not rely on these excercise alone, I cut my calories intake also especially rice and sweets 😁

This workout actually works! You can feel your whole body burning and all exercises are easy for beginners. I have been doing this exercise from past 8 days and i have noticed some slight changes... Will continue to do this until my university re-opens.

@@thaherasultana8312 I do it twice a day once in the morning , once at night before bed with a ten minute cardio work out as well . My diet is pretty much normal I just watch my sugar and sodium intake 😊 best thing I can recommend is making sure to drink your 60 oz of water a day and after your workout have lots of protein I do protein shakes . Hope this helps a little and good luck ❤️
This is my second day doing this and let me just tell you it leaves you SORE the next day but totally worth it 😅
