      @@Itsbehnazu should do more sets, i started with the ones given then i made my way up to 20, and now im doing 30 sets every day

    I do this daily combined with a 30 minute cardio workout, so 45 minute workout a day. I feel super! Also when the weather is nice, I walk outside combined with my other 2 workouts.

    I started doing Roberta s gym excercises from march 17 ,2021 and on 18 July when i went to see my weight i was a little scared ,like i started maintaining my diet and along with excercises i walked for 12km daily..and now my weight is 67kg...it was 78kg on march...i am very much satisfied with the results..Thanks Roberta's gym for these videos ,they are really helpful 😊❤️

    This really is an easy workout. I tried and could see the difference but once you find the workout easy I suggest do more reps so you see better effects. I got used to it pretty quick so I started doing 2 times a day and it worked.

    Okay I've done it for two days.
    I'm going to do it for 7 days, every morning.
    By the way I'm doing it 2 times a day.
    Gonna update it every 2 days.
    Day one : done
    Day two : done
    Day three : done
    Day four : done ( I decided to do it for 14 days so I will keep updating, can't wait for it to reach the end and so I can see the result ^^ )
    Day five : done
    Day six : done
    Day seven : done ( there's no big result seen yet, but Im about to keep going until the 14th days )

    I did this for 2 weeks once everyday and walked 3 kms everyday and lost 7 kgs. No dieting but didn’t eat anything after 6 pm. It definitely worksss

    I’ve done this workout for 1 week and damn does it work!!
    (I Did use a waist trainer so idk if it made the work effect more noticeable and faster)
    Although it isn’t a long time but it had such a great effect!
    (It made my butt have a nicer shape to it and made my stomach flat just like the video said it would!)
    Imma do the workout for a full month I’ll upload ya’ll !

    Doing this for 2 weeks:
    Day 1 : it didn’t hurt that much but i know it will after the fact [no change of course] sub to me to learn about sickle cell disease :)Day 2: I feel the burn still no results but like duh ya know . Like for encouragement! Day 3: ok so I see a little difference but I think I need to eat less sugary food but i don’t eat sweets and I’m 13 so that may sound crazy but I just don’t like sweets but I drink pop and eat chips and sodium will do it because my stomach looks a little bloated rather than just fat. Thanks for the likes of encouragement keep liking until i give y’all the final 2 week results! 😌day 4: its working but it burns day 5: i lost 2 pounds already just which not my goal bc im already a stick I just wanna lose stomach fat day6: I looked in the mirror and my stomach is flatter and I don’t have to unbutton my high waisted jeans when I eat anymore :)

    Doing this for a week together with a Chloe ting workout

    Day 1: ✅ kinda easy but tiring. I skipped more than half of the breaks
    Day 2: ✅ absolutely love this workout it’s easy yet challenging for me
    Day 3: ✅
    Day 4: ✅
    Day 5: ✅ had no will to do this so ehh 17k steps
    Day 6: ✅ 12k steps
    Day 7: ❌ skipping today because I have an important exam tomorrow and need to sleep 13k steps
    Day 8: ✅ 10k steps
    Day 9: ❌ I’m sick my throat hurts and I can’t speak or exercise normally
    Day 10: ❌ still really sick
    Day 11: ✅
    Day 12:✅ 15k steps
    Day 13:✅ 11k steps
    Day 14: ❌ 10k steps
    Day 15: ❌ got my period and I’m dying 😭 17k steps
    Day 16: ✅ on my period so it was hard
    8.7k steps
    Day 17: ❌
    Day 18: ✅ 7.7k steps
    Day 19: ❌ 14k steps
    Day 20: ❌ 13k steps
    I’m ending this workout here and gonna start another one of your workouts
    Really recommend this it is a really nice easy going yet intense workout

    Hi, Roberta, been doing this for 6 days and on the fourth day, i already noticed difference on my butts, thanks to you, though no improvement yet on my round stomach 😂😂😂 but will keep on doing this everyday with lots of patience.     Day 1: don’t know how to do cross crunches, but the other excersizes burned!! It was a bit hard.
    Day 2: Most of the excersizes didn’t burn but a few of them did.

      YEAH, Cross crunches are hard for the beginners, so instead of trying to break my legs, I do it little crooked, lol and even leg drops are v hard, my legs r not straight, so I do cycling in the air.

    Yes!Thank You For Sharing this workout so i'm can workout at home..after 2 weeks i'm lost 3kg from 56kg to 53kg so my target weight 48kg..i'm diets also with egg boils only mix vegetable and eat apple green..

    Okay, I did this but added a couple of extra counts at the end of each exercise. I'll come back by end of September and see what my progress is looking like, I'm also doing targeted exercises throughout the week. Thank you for the workout :)

    I just finished this workout! I’m really trying to get back on track . I’ve been so busy with my job and studying, but I always took time out to get to the gym. In addition, I started back doing my yoga. Now, getting back to your workouts will add a nice finishing touch! 🤗

    Doing this every day!!!
    Day one✅(i feel slightly tired but not much)
    Day two✅(i don’t feel as tired as the last workout, but i still feel a bit exhausted)
    Day three✅(i think im starting to see a slight difference in my stomach, it’s starting to look more flat)
    Day four✅(i don’t feel tired at all!! and i can hold my planks for much longer, i also am starting to see some growth on my booty😝)

    Today is 5th day that I'm doing this workout and another one from this channel for the weight lose. Two workouts in one day. I have seen a little bit changes. But we have to be careful for what we eat that matters alot

    Since 2018 I always give up on these types of videos after 5 mins because I get bored or I battle to follow..today I managed the full workout and will do more again in morning and eve. So happy ❤

I have been doing this from last 2 weeks.. 2 times a day in this quarantine.... Trust me guys it's really effective.....     Great set of varied exercises, not time consuming. I extend the reps during rest times to make it harder.

    This is my day 2 15 min workout day for my belly fat and butt and this is very hard on my body my bones are really sore but I’m going to continue to do so I can get the flat stomach I been always wanted 😍💪❤️

      Remember to take breaks after a certain amount of days. Soreness shows your body is working itself hard but that soreness could lead to implications if not given the rest it needs. Keep up the good work!

      @@vans2760 I would say so. I did the same video 3 times this week and on the fourth day I took a break. It just let's your body rest. Without rest, we could suffer an injury and I'd hate to see you put through that. It's also good for the mind to rest too. But it's OK to replace something with another exercise that's less intense, like a walk. That way you're still exercising but just letting your body relax at the same time because it's going to be less intense.

    Im gonna be updating you guys everyday.
    Day 1: it was pretty tiring
    Day 2: sore from day 1 but it was getting easier and fun
    Day 3: its easy only hard part was the plank
    Day 4: it was easy and the planks are getting easier for me
    Btw im doing this 2x a day, 1 gallon of water all day, no junk food, no surgery foods and just dance i do

    Just finished this work out my abs are on fire. Been doing Roberta workouts since beginning this month and trying to reduce how much i eat. I like this one no jumping and floor stays on floor without getting back up every two moves. Lost couple pounds but its only the 20 min every other day.
    Yes sometimes feel self contious when others walk in on me.

    First day it hurts. My knee was paining very badly but I didn't give up so easily but at last I have skipped 2 exercises because it was paining very badly on my knees. I didn't sweat much.
    Today is the second day and I have taken your 30 days weight loss challenge and along with that I am doing flat stomach and round booty exercise hope for the positive results before October.
    I will keep on updating my status😇

    If you can only reduce the rest time for 10 secs in every exercise, and 20 secs for every pace. It is good to apply in all your programs to maintain the energy level. Thanks! 👍

    doing this with 1 other workout for 14 days!
    day 1: whew.. this was a good workout! I'm really looking forward to day 14! ✅️
    day 2: felt the burn a little more than yesterday, struggled a bit more with the last couple excersises.. looking forward to doing it again tomorrow ✅️
    day 3: a little easier than yesterday, however i definitely felt sore after yesterdays workout.. i might be overthinking it but i might feel a slight difference in both the stomach and booty? ill be adding another workout to my routine tomorrow! ✅️
    day 4: was easier than the days before, i see a little difference in both the stomach and booty. im not going to add another workout to my current routine today. ✅️

    Doing this for 1 week, I'll update it everyday. When the week is over I'll progress to 2 weeks,then three and so on.
    Day 1: 13:52, I did great!! I'm already starting to see changes as I've been following 1 other 30 minute work out for about 5 days!!

    I’m an ex ballerina dancer who also did pre point and point for a year these really do work if you put in the time for it and over time you will see results I did dance from when I was 6 until I was 11 and if your a real dancer you know the real pain and hard work as to if you’re not a dancer it might seem young to be doing this kind of stuff but over all trust me it works!

      Same here i preffer mr london workout 2 in1 round butt and flat tummy is intense and you get to see results in a week

    Gonna update on this.
    Day 1: Pretty easy because it's working on legs.
    Day 2: Some sourness from my belly and back but I can see the difference from my stomach on day 1, I'll continue tom.
    Day 3: Yess!! My stomach is pretty flat now and I love it, I'm happy for myself right now! you should also try doing this work out

    Before I had 63kg I started do this workout. Since 2019 then I got nice shape I wanted i lose weight 55. Then 2022 I got pregnant This year March I got a baby by c section I gain weight 72kg From yesterday I started jogging and am doing this workout again which I trusting 😊
