I do this daily combined with a 30 minute cardio workout, so 45 minute workout a day. I feel super! Also when the weather is nice, I walk outside combined with my other 2 workouts.

I started doing Roberta s gym excercises from march 17 ,2021 and on 18 July when i went to see my weight i was a little scared ,like i started maintaining my diet and along with excercises i walked for 12km daily..and now my weight is 67kg...it was 78kg on march...i am very much satisfied with the results..Thanks Roberta's gym for these videos ,they are really helpful 😊❤️

This really is an easy workout. I tried and could see the difference but once you find the workout easy I suggest do more reps so you see better effects. I got used to it pretty quick so I started doing 2 times a day and it worked.

I’ve done this workout for 1 week and damn does it work!! (I Did use a waist trainer so idk if it made the work effect more noticeable and faster) Although it isn’t a long time but it had such a great effect! (It made my butt have a nicer shape to it and made my stomach flat just like the video said it would!) Imma do the workout for a full month I’ll upload ya’ll !

Doing this for 2 weeks: Day 1 : it didn’t hurt that much but i know it will after the fact [no change of course] sub to me to learn about sickle cell disease :)Day 2: I feel the burn still no results but like duh ya know . Like for encouragement! Day 3: ok so I see a little difference but I think I need to eat less sugary food but i don’t eat sweets and I’m 13 so that may sound crazy but I just don’t like sweets but I drink pop and eat chips and sodium will do it because my stomach looks a little bloated rather than just fat. Day 1: don’t know how to do cross crunches, but the other excersizes burned!! It was a bit hard. Day 2: Most of the excersizes didn’t burn but a few of them did.
YEAH, Cross crunches are hard for the beginners, so instead of trying to break my legs, I do it little crooked, lol and even leg drops are v hard, my legs r not straight, so I do cycling in the air.

This is my day 2 15 min workout day for my belly fat and butt and this is very hard on my body my bones are really sore but I’m going to continue to do so I can get the flat stomach I been always wanted 😍💪❤️
Remember to take breaks after a certain amount of days. Soreness shows your body is working itself hard but that soreness could lead to implications if not given the rest it needs. Keep up the good work!

@@vans2760 I would say so. I did the same video 3 times this week and on the fourth day I took a break. It just let's your body rest. Without rest, we could suffer an injury and I'd hate to see you put through that. It's also good for the mind to rest too. But it's OK to replace something with another exercise that's less intense, like a walk. That way you're still exercising but just letting your body relax at the same time because it's going to be less intense.

Just finished this work out my abs are on fire. Been doing Roberta workouts since beginning this month and trying to reduce how much i eat. I like this one no jumping and floor stays on floor without getting back up every two moves. Lost couple pounds but its only the 20 min every other day. Yes sometimes feel self contious when others walk in on me.

First day it hurts. My knee was paining very badly but I didn't give up so easily but at last I have skipped 2 exercises because it was paining very badly on my knees. I didn't sweat much. Today is the second day and I have taken your 30 days weight loss challenge and along with that I am doing flat stomach and round booty exercise hope for the positive results before October. If you can only reduce the rest time for 10 secs in every exercise, and 20 secs for every pace. It is good to apply in all your programs to maintain the energy level. Thanks! 👍

doing this with 1 other workout for 14 days! day 1: whew.. this was a good workout! I’m an ex ballerina dancer who also did pre point and point for a year these really do work if you put in the time for it and over time you will see results I did dance from when I was 6 until I was 11 and if your a real dancer you know the real pain and hard work as to if you’re not a dancer it might seem young to be doing this kind of stuff but over all trust me it works!

Day 3: ok so I see a little difference but I think I need to eat less sugary food but i don’t eat sweets and I’m 13 so that may sound crazy but I just don’t like sweets but I drink pop and eat chips and sodium will do it because my stomach looks a little bloated rather than just fat. Thanks for the likes of encouragement keep liking until i give y’all the final 2 week results! 😌day 4: its working but it burns day 5: i lost 2 pounds already just which not my goal bc im already a stick I just wanna lose stomach fat day6: I looked in the mirror and my stomach is flatter and I don’t have to unbutton my high waisted jeans when I eat anymore :)

Day 1: don’t know how to do cross crunches, but the other excersizes burned!! It was a bit hard.
Day 2: Most of the excersizes didn’t burn but a few of them did.
YEAH, Cross crunches are hard for the beginners, so instead of trying to break my legs, I do it little crooked, lol and even leg drops are v hard, my legs r not straight, so I do cycling in the air.

Okay, I did this but added a couple of extra counts at the end of each exercise. I'll come back by end of September and see what my progress is looking like, I'm also doing targeted exercises throughout the week. Thank you for the workout :)
I just finished this workout! I’m really trying to get back on track . I’ve been so busy with my job and studying, but I always took time out to get to the gym. In addition, I started back doing my yoga. Now, getting back to your workouts will add a nice finishing touch! 🤗

Day three✅(i think im starting to see a slight difference in my stomach, it’s starting to look more flat)
Day four✅(i don’t feel tired at all!! and i can hold my planks for much longer, i also am starting to see some growth on my booty😝)

Great set of varied exercises, not time consuming. I extend the reps during rest times to make it harder.

This is my day 2 15 min workout day for my belly fat and butt and this is very hard on my body my bones are really sore but I’m going to continue to do so I can get the flat stomach I been always wanted 😍💪❤️
Remember to take breaks after a certain amount of days. Soreness shows your body is working itself hard but that soreness could lead to implications if not given the rest it needs. Keep up the good work!

@@vans2760 I would say so. I did the same video 3 times this week and on the fourth day I took a break. It just let's your body rest. Without rest, we could suffer an injury and I'd hate to see you put through that. It's also good for the mind to rest too. But it's OK to replace something with another exercise that's less intense, like a walk. That way you're still exercising but just letting your body relax at the same time because it's going to be less intense.
Im gonna be updating you guys everyday.
Day 1: it was pretty tiring
Day 2: sore from day 1 but it was getting easier and fun
Day 3: its easy only hard part was the plank
Day 4: it was easy and the planks are getting easier for me
Btw im doing this 2x a day, 1 gallon of water all day, no junk food, no surgery foods and just dance i do

Just finished this work out my abs are on fire. Been doing Roberta workouts since beginning this month and trying to reduce how much i eat. I like this one no jumping and floor stays on floor without getting back up every two moves. Lost couple pounds but its only the 20 min every other day.

First day it hurts. My knee was paining very badly but I didn't give up so easily but at last I have skipped 2 exercises because it was paining very badly on my knees. I didn't sweat much.
Today is the second day and I have taken your 30 days weight loss challenge and along with that I am doing flat stomach and round booty exercise hope for the positive results before October.

If you can only reduce the rest time for 10 secs in every exercise, and 20 secs for every pace. It is good to apply in all your programs to maintain the energy level. Thanks! 👍

I’m an ex ballerina dancer who also did pre point and point for a year these really do work if you put in the time for it and over time you will see results I did dance from when I was 6 until I was 11 and if your a real dancer you know the real pain and hard work as to if you’re not a dancer it might seem young to be doing this kind of stuff but over all trust me it works!

Before I had 63kg I started do this workout. Since 2019 then I got nice shape I wanted i lose weight 55. Then 2022 I got pregnant This year March I got a baby by c section I gain weight 72kg From yesterday I started jogging and am doing this workout again which I trusting 😊
