I did this workout for 14 days straight, twice daily without missing any days, and i got results! my stomach is toned and defined After 14 days, I have a flat tummy. I ate normally, eliminated processed foods only, and drank six cups of water daily. Skipped breakfast everyday and stopped eating at 7PM every night. Keep going everyone and good luck to us all.
This is good but don’t skip breakfast, if you do it for too long it will make you gain more weight then you lost
You can totally skip dinner and eat less un lunch!! But dont skip breakfast its the most important meal of the day! I learned it on the though way when I used to skip breakfast to get skinnier and ended up nearly fainting 4 times bc of low blood sugar and it didnt help to get skinnier trust me fi you are going to skip a meal skip dinner!! Its not bad bc it helps ur stomach burn fat during the night and not be digesting it! Hope this helps!! :))
Dont skip breakfast it gives you stomach problems and makes you gain more weight

7 days after doing this exercise consistently each morning, my stomach was no where near flat. However, I did it consistently for several weeks and I have seen tremendous results. It’s one of the toughest workouts that I have done consistently, but it’s worth it if you stick to it. To all those people who may not see immediate results, keep going and you will.

Day 1: rly hard it burned
Day 2: didn't hurt as much but still struggled
Day 3: burned but I kept going
Day 4: hurt way less and starting to see results
Day 5: way easier and i can see a big difference in my stomach its way flatter
Day 6: so much easier and feels a lot shorter aswell. Seeing very promising results

I remember when I first did this half a year ago. My core really hurt, and I had to take breaks. Now, revisiting this after doing more complex workouts and going to the gym, I this goes by as fast as a blink of the eye, and I don't even burst a sweat! I'm so proud of my journey, and one day, everyone else watching this will revisit the first time they did it and feel the same pride~

I'll be trying to do this for a week;
-day 1: Definitely felt that core burning, didn't feel impossible though, I'm excited
-day 2: I'm still sore from yesterday so that hurt, but surprisingly it still went better than yesterday. I didn't pause as much and was able to complete the workout even better today.
-day 3: It's getting easier day by day, only paused once. Definitely still hurts a bit though. Quick note for those trying as well: watch out that during the exercises where you're repeatedly almost hitting the ground with your arms, that you do *not* hit the ground! It really changes a lot.
-day 4: I had such a shit day with so much academic stress for tomorrow, to the point where I thought about breaking my streak. I'm so glad I didn't. The workout was a great way to realise frustration and tension. I feel so energised and proud of myself! despite the pain, the workout keeps getting easier. I didn't pause at all today and i can feel how strong my stomach is getting.
-day 5: I was very tired and had no energy today, but I didn't want to give up now. It's crazy how much easier this workout is compared to when I did it for the first time. It truly felt like 3 minutes went by. I didn't pause again. My core is definitely getting stronger. Since I have abdominal issues, my stomach is bloated all the time, so it's hard to tell how much has changed, but even then I can see my stomach getting more lean on the moments I'm not bloated. --> It also stopped hurting today!
-day 6: Getting more energy by each passing session. It feels incredibly good to know that my body is fit and that I'm strong compared to when I was barely exercising. This workout, as for many, started out of self-consiousness, but even now just being active makes me feel good and more confident. To everyone out there; you're gorgeous, don't put too much pressure on yourself. I also didn't change my diet for this week, because I don't want to get wrapped up in that little world, but today I could really tell the difference from day 1. Keep persevering everyone!
-day 7: I started my period today so I really wasn't feeling it, but I was not about to give up on the last day. I'm so proud.
My results: Did my stomach get flat? Overall, yes. But I'm sure I would have to work out frequently to maintain it. What this habit did though, is make me a more sportive person. I genuinely enjoyed these. I can tell that I started being more active overall and I felt really good about myself this week, not necesarily because I changed much appearance wise, but because being active makes you feel good. I know that's old and cliché, but there's a reason why it is a cliché, it's true. So, depending on your body type and motive, you might not get a flat flat stomach from doing this for a week, but it will make so many changes in your daily lifestyle without realizing it.

I've done a lot of lillys workouts before so I new it was gonna be hard but I pulled through
Day2:felt the same but my body recognised the movements
Day3:it was a bit easier today
Day4:felt the same as yesterday
Day5:It was so much easier today
Day6:forgot to write this yesterday but the movements have been so much easier
Day7:finally im done my waist is now 27inches. keep pushing and most important of all keep a heathly mind!

day 1: i definitely felt burn, almost died at the last exercise
day 2: i skipped one exercise (i only did half of that exercise) since i was tired today
day 3: done for today!
day 4: it was much easier then it used to be! also thank you guys so much for all support in comments, i really appreciate it and it really motivates me!
day 5: done for today! the last exercise is always making me feel like i’m being murdered but i’m getting through
day 6: done! its no longer that hard. just one more day, yay!
day 7: finally done! well it was hard but i’m finally done! okay so i do see some changes, mostly in abs and not that much it lower stomach....however i can say that i’m happy with results but i was expecting more results in lower stomach then this. but i do recommend doing these exercises, specially if you want abs!
tomorrow i’ll start new exercises (10 days lower belly fat workout by lilly) so wish me luck!!

For all of you asking, I wasn't planning to update this was just a joke haha, but I did this for around 3 weeks and I lost quite a lot of extra chub!

Hi! I am 13 years old and in 8th grade and I have completed this 7 day challenge. I did it twice a day everyday for 7 days (Saturday to Friday) to be in shape for the end of February break which ends in 2 days ! I am a naturally fit person, with preexisting working out history, but I was trying to do this to sharpen and tone whatever existed already. Let me tell you, it was a struggle but I always put an alarm to do it. Try this for yourself, but I felt much better after doing this twice a day. I am much more energetic and such foward. I am so proud of everyone doing this! Praying great luck 🧡 (btw I didnt eat after 7 and until 11-12 each day like someone else! )

I have a rather boxy figure and I’m trying to get more toned. I’m not doing a diet (normally I eat 3 meals and 2-3 snacks).
Day one: ✅ dead but feeling good, still bloated
Day two: ✅ very hard, but pushed myself through till the end; felt great after
DAX three: ✅ really didn’t want to do this, especially because I ate hella lot of delicious food right before (had to do it shortly after, because it was already 11:46 p.m.); However I pushed through and I’m proud of myself and so should YOU
Day four: ✅ felt so motivated today! Mostly because I started seeing results today!!! Less bloating = flatter stomach
Day five: ✅ was never that relieved that the next exercise would be heel touches!
Day six: ✅ changed it up a bit and did it in the Morning! Felt good 😌 still hard
Day seven: ✅ I did it! I did it every single day for a week. I‘m seeing some results, however I want more haha! I think the main reason is that I’m eating a lot of unhealthy snacks throughout the day (however, I always have 3 rather healthy main dishes) I will definitely continue this workout for another week and I’m gonna try to cut out a few of the unhealthy foods and replace them with healthier once. (DISCLAIMER: I’m not gonna restrict any foods just try to eat them in moderation)
It’s only seven minutes long (although Lilly makes them feel like 20) so everyone can try it and give their BEST (take breaks if you need to, but get your body moving)

hi, here's my experience:
today I completed 7 days in a row doing this workout. I didn't notice a visual difference but what I noticed is a difference in my mood. I have severe depression and since I've been doing this workout my mood got a bit better
I'd like to thank lily for the workout, specially the modifications
gonna keep up doing it because my tummy is real big so I didn't really expect results in 1 week and I was right
but what I can say, other than about the mood, is that this really burns, so I think it's working

✅day2-Felt harder but i could see a very nice line down the middle of my abs i feel great, i also did her smaller waist workout too
✅day3-I feel slimmer already. abs hurt so bad inbetween tho. I felt so bloated from eating innout lol. but this was easier and i can see result, idk if it’s from the video or not since it feels too early to see results but try it!

I forgot to record the update. but anyways this did workout very well and kept me in shape. i did this for about two weeks and i noticed it getting harder but then easier as it went by. i looked great in my hoco dress lol. but honestly i feel you can’t keep doing the same video everyday so i suggest maybe doing this a couple times a week and going to the gym more for better progress. This is a great workout but it just isn’t enough, it’s a great workout as a warmup.

day 2: done, still same as day 1 couldn’t do it without the breaks
day 3: done I did it twice today and I can see some difference, my stomach is a little bit more toned and I could do some exercises without breaks!!
day 4: done I see quite some change and I could do the whole exercise without any breaks
day 5: done, today was quite hard because I didn’t have much energy but I still did it and the work is still showing I can see quite a big difference!
day 6: done, today was easy. The exercise goes by really fast now.
day 7: done and finished!!!! I see so much difference, my stomach is flatter and quite toned for only 7 days of doing this workout. I also lost 3kg!!! When I say this workout works wonders I really mean it! I will continue doing this workout for even more results even tho I am extremely happy with how it is now. I absolutely recommend doing this workout!!

What I ate: two toasts, four Oreo thins, a monster, a bag of bbq chips, chicken with bbq, carrots, three home made cookies
How I’m feeling: definitely not as fit as I used to be. It was super difficult to do a few of them but I definitely felt the burn in places I want to!
Day 2: (10:46 pm: 25.5 inches)
What I ate: banana, fruit smoothie, 1 donut (I know I know not good), banana, hamburger, ice vream (I work in fast food so sadly I ate a bad dinner)
How I’m feeling: this one was really difficult for some reason! I struggled a lot for this and felt the burn really good but I feel really good after these work outs
Day 3: sooo I ended up skipping this day because I worked double shift and went out for the night so I was too tired

The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Day 1: REALLY felt the burn. Had to take little breaks in between but I pushed through it! Excited to do it again tomorrow.
Day 2: A lot easier already. I barely took breaks and felt a lot better than yesterday. Definitely hurts, but it’ll be worth it!

Day 4: Wow! This workout is amazing. Burns real good😅. Not much changes from the other day but definitely feel more conditioned.
Day 5: OMG!! I’m actually starting to see an ab line appear. I have been doing only this workout once each day and making no changes in diet, so seeing progress already is mind blowing. Thanks Lily!! After I’m done with this challenge I might add more of these workouts to my routine since this one is working so well in such a short time, and doing these exercises might get too easy soon.
Day 6: For some reason, doing this workout was kinda hard today! I’m excited to be done with this challenge tomorrow.
Day 7: Finally done! Honestly almost forgot to do this today. So, if you are wanting to do this and get hard abs without any diets or other routines, then expect to do this workout for a lot more than a week. For me, a clear ab line appeared and a very slight outline of abs is showings, but nothing extreme after a week. I would definitely recommend this workout. It also helped my quads but I don’t see anyone else mentioning that. Anyways, will be moving on to other routines from lily. Thank you to anyone who was keeping up with my updates!

Day 1-DID- took a couple of breaks and a few were hard!
How's it going?
I’ve done this for a few weeks now and I can see a HUGE change ! But I also had a really simple diet!
My diet:
Try to get away from sugary drinks! Like Pepsi and other drinks!
Eating salad ! Eating salad before food will make u kinds full and won’t make u complete ur meal whatever it is which will make u full by only eating a little!
Drinking green tea! I drink green tea like 3 times a day !
A cup of my favorite juice just once a day!
This is basically what I’ve been doing it’s really simple !

Doing this as a 13-year-old:
Day 1. Not too much cramping, but I often had to stop midway or not complete the exercise at all. Some I just skipped altogether because I would get a few cramps.
Day 2. I did this after a 20 min. run and honestly, it makes the workout so much easier, you get less cramps. I was able to do more of the exercises for the full 30 seconds and I was able to do almost all of them. The workout starting at 5:50 where you reach up to touch your toes, is still pretty difficult but I am getting better, hopefully, I can do it fully by day 7.
Day 3. Once again I did this after a 20 min. run and it really does help it gets your muscles going and gets you ready for a good ab workout. After my run, I did the workout twice in a row. The first time it was pretty good, I had to stop a couple times, and the second time was really good I didn't stop very often. As I do the workout more often the time goes quicker! There is also a little more firmness in my stomach where muscles would be, so I might be getting somewhere. Also, I weighed myself before my run and this exercise and I lost 3 pounds just after, don't really know how that works but I'm not sad. LOL.
Day 4. The exercises are getting easier and I am having fun. I also feel good I guess exercising is just good for you in general. LOL. I haven't been eating well though, so I am not noticing a a flatter stomach, but I am working on it. GOOD LUCK everyone keep pushing!!!

Tips: dont eat to much sweet stuff, as snack you could eat frozen grapes with lemon juice.
I ate less, and i wasnt starving myself, i actually was pleased with thw amount, and even if u arent u will get used to the amount.
Move: Dont take the buss or ask for rides allt he time if you can walk to the destination do it try go for a run or walk daily even if its 10-15min

Day 1: DEFINITELY not easy yet. obviously, you can’t see the difference this fast, but it like burns A LOTTT. the easiest exercise was probably the last one but that’s all..👁👄👁 I’m shaking like everywhere and my legs hurt like craazyyyyyyy! 😭 and my back feels broken LMAOOO. anyways in conclusion, this for sure hurts and burns a lot, so that’s a sign its working!
Day 2: Still really hard, no difference yet. Oh yeah also, I’m doing not only this workout but others workouts as well, like waist, thighs, and 🍑 😏 😏!! I TAKE A FEW BREAKS IN BETWEEN THESE CAUSE THEY CAN GET REWLLY TIRING! I also ALWAYS have water besides me 😚😇
Day 3: This is usually the day almost EVERYBODY quits on, but it’s not so bad! Yeah, it still really hurts but if you compare the pain to the first day, it’s quite easier.
Day 4: Kinda easy. :) I can see a small difference! It really burns still but I’m kinda used to the workouts now! 😄
Day 5: It’s actually super easy now! I can see my stomach slowly get flat and skinnier!!
Day 6: Today felt harder than yesterday!! Like a LOT LOL!
Day 7 (A week): I can’t believe I did this for a week now! It’s very easy now, but I’ll continue to be doing this for a month. Yay me! Whoever’s doing this by the way, you can do it! I trust in you.
Day 8: On to the next week. Pretty easy, I’m starting to memorize which exercise goes next and so on.
Day 9: Rest day!!
Day 10: Woahh today hurt a lot 😭 Probably cause I took a break 😔
Day 11: Did a different exercise today for fun!
Day 12: Today burned a lot LOL maybe cause I did a different one yesterday but yuhhhhh. ✍️
Day 13: I’m starting to get a little lazy at exercising now but I’ll keep going for you guys! May skip a few days cause.. 😉👀
Day 14: I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks now!! You can do it 2 everybody reading this! Ily!! Rest dayyy
Day 15: Btw, to clear things up- no, I did not change my diet! I still eat a lot but I’m still getting flatter each time I do this. Make sure to not skip breakfast and drink a LOT of waters before meals!! Today’s workout was actually really easy!
Day 16: Second, third, fourth, and so on workouts really burn but I’ll keep going! You should too. I believe in you all!

day 1 : i struggled a little bit but i was able to push myself through it!
day 2 : i really felt the burn and it was a little harder since i was a little sore but i did it!
day 3 : i am doing a lot better on these and i can feel the burn, i did it!
day 4 : i was really sore and it hurt, but i was able to do it!
day 5 : i did it, i’m starting to see some results!
day 6 : at the beginning i felt like i was doing something wrong because i wasn’t feeling sore but towards the end i did feel kind of sore, but i did it!
day 7 : i pushed it off for the day but knew i couldn’t skip it, so i did it. i looked at me before and after pictures and i did get results. from the front my stomach looks flatter and from the side it went down a few centimeters!
day 8 : i did it, i almost didn’t do it today buttt i did it and i’m glad i did

A month ago, I started doing this workout everyday weighing 54 kilos. On the first days, it was so hard, my neck burns all the time and it's painful. A week later, I see small changes on my body, I was really disappointed and even thought of quitting. I decided to keep going and a month later, I saw great results. I'm on my 7th week now and I already lost 4 kilos and my abs are now very defined. To those who are on their first week or first days of this process, don't quit, you can do it too😊 To those who are thinking on trying this excercise, trust me it works.

In some of the exercises is kinda normal, but if it hurts too much try to keep ur head using a hand cuz ur ABS are not working for your posture
