    if anyone is still here in 2024 and wondering if this works trust me it does! i’ve been doing this probably since the start of january and stopped probably 2 weeks ago (but def starting like RIGHT NOW) my butt got a big bigger + nice base shape and is amazing if your looking for something easy to boost your confidence

    Just turned 60. Was looking for something that I can do. My age is showing in my booty. Haven't worked out in 10 years. Just did my first workout. Definitely wasn't 100%. Probably not even 50%. But it's a start. Downloaded it. Doing it again tomorrow!😢😂😊

      @@celiapozueloyou also want to give the muscles time to recover. If you workout the same muscle group too much, it can delay results. Also make sure you’re eating enough! Don’t be afraid to gain weight. I gained 5kg and my bum has improved heaps!
      Also 2 weeks is a very unrealistic timeframe.

    ive been doing this exercise since april 27 (I think) and its may 22 now. i didn't think about writing a comment but I want to help! Since i started this, ive noticed a difference in my hips. i had somewhat big hip dips but now its soo much smaller. i didn't take measurements, but its a noticeable difference (seen after 2 weeks). ive been taking 1-2 rest days every 5 days. the key is to be consistent, that's really it. i didn't change my diet, btw. it was really difficult at first, but now its super easy and it feels good! good luck to everyone here, just trust me when I say this WORKS but its all a matter of time (depends on your metabolism, genetics, and consistency.) half of the time, i add another one of lilly's workout because its gets super easy after a while!!

    Update: I’m on day 7 (actually 6 bc I skipped yesterday) and I can already see a difference! The first few times I could barely get through it. Now I’m REALLY feeling the burn! I also don’t think I was doing it properly the first couple times. This workout is everything! I definitely recommend all of your other videos to everyone. I want a smoking body like yours! When you are working out your muscles can have micro tears and after hours your body starts reparing those micro tears, and the reparing is what causes muscle growth. So the person thats seeing growth by working everyday isnt really seeing true growth but swelling caused by those micro tears and after sometime that swelling will disappear.
      So it's better you take rest days.
      Exercise your glutes one day, the next day do another part of your body either it's abs or arms, on day 3 train the booty again.
      Again this is just valid for when you do workouts with weights.
      I'm not sure if this applies to bodyweight.
      Also besides the recover it's important that you eat well and enough, if you are eating less because you want to lose weight than the growth won't happen, it's important to eat enough or in a surplus

    Hi! Ill try this again: I will update my Journey to (hopefully) make it to atleast 7 Days.
    Day 1: ✅ I am DEAD. I had already did this workout in the past so I knew what was coming, yet im stunted.
    Day 2: ✅ but this is HELL. Its really difficult but im really looking foward for these results
    Day 3: ✅ this is soo hard but im always super proud of myself after. We got this!
    Day 4: ✅ WOW! I think I finally figured out some of the exercises and I love the burn.
    Day 5: ✅ I'm DEAD. But its so worth it! Love it!
    Day 6: ✅ Everytime I finish this workout im so sweaty yet so proud of myself! To anyone reading this, whatever your goals are, you can achieve Them, no matter how long It takes or how hard it is!.
    Day 7: ✅ Cant believe Ive made it this far! I have to say today, I didnt feel the burn: just fatigue and soreness. Anyone relate?
    Day 8: ❌ didnt find the Time
    My journey on this specific workout is over, I will try other workouts. It was very nice and I can see results. Very satisfied!

    I started this last year and I quit, now I’m dedicated! (I'm trying to shrink my butt by trying to burn the fat)
    start: 108cm
    day 1:✅ my butt died
    day 2:✅ i didn't have any muscle cramps but my butt still died
    day 3:✅ it hurts lmao, but i think i'm used to the pain.
    day 4:✅ the first two exercises are the hardest for me but other than that it’s chill
    day 5: ✅ its still hard 😭😭

    Okay so I’m updating you, well mostly myself about how it’s going. I’m doing this for 2 weeks
    Day 1: ✅ it was sweaty but I’m fine 😅
    Day 2: ✅ it felt much faster but my booty is burning a bit😁
    Day 3: ✅ okay now we talking, my ass is burning!
    Day 4: ✅ it felt like forever but I got the most sweaty today🥵
    Day 5: ✅ I didn’t get sweaty at all but my booty really burns. It also felt like I was doing it for really long. Btw thanks to all of you who hypes me up, it means a lot❤️
    Day 6: ❌ i didn’t do it but I went on a walk with my mom😁
    Day 7: ✅ It was pretty late and I was stressed but I made it. My booty is almost shaking 😅
    Day 8: ❌ i felt sick so I skipped it but I will try to do it tomorrow

    Did I complete just half of the workout doing both sides while she did just 1? Yes. Am I disappointed? No absolutely not. I have never worked on my butt. It's a start, it's better than nothing and I will surely keep it up and get better later. Like the saying in my country says:

    Decided to start doing these workouts now as I’m going to Tenerife in 6 weeks and I do not feel happy with my body! I’m going to do this workout along with the 6-minute arm workout every second day, and then on the other day do the 8-minute slimmer legs and 10-minute hourglass abs. I’m going to try and keep this up for the next 2 weeks and if I see results then try to continue it until I go away in holiday☀️💕
    Day 1: (Bum and arms) Burned like a b!tch and I definitely had the shakes during that session. Definitely felt it working though! ✅

    I did 20 mins weights vs cardio, then 10 mins 11 abs and then this booty(remember, no breaks) and when it got over, I was like “wait what? 15 mins is done?” Bro am I getting strong?😅 Thank you Lilly!!!

    day 1-we did it!
    day 2- was actually not going to do it but we did it and the exercise wasn't as difficult as yesterday
    day 3- done, I feel amazing, I just honestly hope I'll be able to get to day 14
    day 4- took a bit of a break here (I know I wasn't supposed to)
    day 5- done, still shaking but hopefully it gets better.
    Last time we ended at day 5, so let's try this again shall we?

    Day1: I reallly felt it! My thighs and booty were on firrre
    Day2: idk why but my butt felt stronger 😭 anyway it’s a little easier even tho am still dead inside after💀
    Day 3: It still burns but I fill that at the end am not as dead than the other times
    Day 4: okay so I feel like I worked, but now I can do all the exercices without taking brakes, I can also see some changes already
    Day 5: idk what to say anymore except I’m progressing so ima just say I did it now😭
    Day 6: okay I’m progressing! By the way, if ur having updates at a really late or early time it’s because I leave in France so it’s not the same time here. AND IM ALREADY SEEING MY BUT LIFT
    Day 7: this is my rest day so that my muscle doesnt get tired, I don’t wanna risk an injury. Tomorrow I’m getting back to it!

    OK so I’m 50, I game and I write and I read so that’s a lot of sitting down. I also like to walk but apparently that does nothing for the butt. I did this for the first time tonight and was able to get through about half of each exercise before I had to stop. Can’t wait to see and feel the progress that I make!

    Day 1: My body is sore, i got the sweats up
    Day 2: Holy shit this was harder, but it felt even better after
    Day 3: Woke up with a sore booty but still went through with the workout, it's getting slightly easier
    Day 4: My body is getting used to this! Got so sweaty, i combined this workout with arms and tummy. After the workout my body was tired but it felt good!
    Day 5: Combined it with tummy workout again, it's startig to pay off!
    Day 6: It's really getting easier, only did this butt workout today today tho
    Day 7: I'm really starting to enjoy this!
    Day 8: Combined with Lillys full body fat burning workout which i did first and then went through with this, so i got really sweaty but i enjoyed it
    Day 9: Done it!

    Holy moly 😅
    I ALMOST QUIT DURING DAY ONE! More than once, lol. I am feeling so proud and encouraged today.
    I’m hurting head to toe, that’s for sure, but I was much more steady/controlled today 👍🏼
    I didn’t sweat as profusely as I did the first three days, but boy- my butt, legs, arms, core, everything is on fire.
    I’m ready for tomorrow! 💪🏼

    Lost about 2 inches around the butt after losing 4-5 kgs weight. I'm trying to gain it back. Wish me luck guys!!
    Starting: 85cm
    Results:
    Day 1✅ phew I don't remember the last time I felt a burn like that in my glutes. Had a hard time engaging the core and glutes but I hope it'll get better.
    Day 2✅ well this isn't getting any easier
    Day 3✅took lesser breaks between the exercises but the side booty ones still get me. Gonna take a rest tommorrow.
    Day 4✅ added some resistance today and omg it burnt!! I'm still having trouble enagaging the right muscles tbh.
    Day 5✅ I do 40 minutes to 1 hour of workout everyday and I'm really tired so I'll be taking a full rest day tomorrow.
    Day 6✅ idk if my butt has grown bigger but I think there are some visible changes. My butt looks more lifted.
    Day 7✅ I did about 40 minutes of glutes workout today amd omfg my butt was on fire.
    Day 8✅ was busy so I didn't do it but I'm back on track now
    Day 9✅ increased the resistance today and wow felt the burn from the very start.
    Day 10✅ my butt is in pain :')
    Day 11✅ it's difficult to keep the consistency when your exams are approaching :(
    Tips:
    1) remember to do some glute activation exercises before and stretches after the workout. Helps with the results and cramps.
    2) take rest days every once in a while. Over exerting your muscles may decrease the effectiveness of the workout and it can cause them to shrink as well.
    3) make sure to intake enough calories and protein in your diet as you're building muscle instead of fat in your glutes.

    day 7: completed. today I noticed it got fairly easier. guys, don't forget to rest if you feel too tired or sore. these rest days are what allow me to keep going.

    I lost a ton about 50 lbs due to having lung cancer; I feel like 30 of it was all in my butt! Lol. I've been wanting to fix this area so Im not looking/feeling so "saggy" anymore and I came across this video while searching. This one seems so well explained & I really appreciate that you did the whole thing through rather than just show one thing quick then say "do 10 reps of that" or whatever. It makes it feel more attainable watching you do the whole routine the way we should be doing it. I'm looking forward to starting this tomorrow morning; planning on trying it every other day. Hopefully I can get through the whole 15 minutes the first time around. Lol.

    don't mind me I'm just gonna keep track
    day 1: I did it and now my butt hurts SO badd 😭😭✅
    day 2: felt a little bit easier but my butt is still shaking😔✅
    day 3: was a lot less burning but I popped my hip out of it's place earlier so it really hurt at one point😑✅
    day 4: I'm starting to see results but still burns a little✅
    day 5: Did it with my mom, she gave up half way lol but it was a lot easier✅
    day 6: had a mental breakdown didn't do it😀❌
    day 7: forced myself to do it and now I feel a lot better✅
    day 8: did it with my mom again but this time she didn't give up✅
    day 9: I'm not sure why but it really burned in the beginning but didn't give up✅

    Day 1: WOW!!
    Day 2: added a lightweight band for the first two exercises on each leg. I had to take a rest halfway through the workout.
    Day 3: used band on the first two exercises on each leg. This seems harder today than yesterday.
    Rest
    Day 4: used the band until the rainbow moves. I'm getting stronger.
    Day 5: no bands today, still challenging, sweating like crazy.
    Rest
    Day 6: used band on all exercises. I love this challenge.

    Day 7: used band made it through the whole workout. I don't think it gets easier.
    Day 8: the light band doesn't feel challenging enough. Switching to medium tomorrow.

    day 1-✅i feel amazing my butt was burning so bad but i loved it❤

    alright, nobody will see this but let’s do a daily update :) hopefully i don’t forget lmao
    day 1: i’m used to chloe ting workouts, but this one was a tough one.🥵 I definitely felt the burn at the end!
    day 2: at the beginning, i was like hell nah i’m not going to survive this workout today. 😩 i focused more on my form and at the end, i feel like it was not as hard as yesterday. 🤝
    day 3: don’t worry i definitely did it 😌 (lies)... i didn’t have the motivation today :(
    day 4: the fact that i skipped yesterday made it harder today 😭 i didn’t focus on my form as much as i wanted, and i don’t feel like it was any easier than the days before lol. i could definitely feel that burn at the end 🥵
    day 5: IS IT GOING TO GET ANY EASIER. I swear it feels like it’s just getting harder lmao. I really focused on my form today though!
    day 6: somehow, it got easier near the end but it was definitely just as hard i’m the first half than the days before. i almost quit lmao but i got through it!
    day 7: i was at the beach all day so i took a break lol
    day 8: went surprisingly better. it was easier than usual and i really focused on my form this time!!
    day 9: i got my vaccine today so i couldn’t workout 😾
    day 10: definitely getting easier everyday. it didn’t burn as much?? 🤔
    day 11: it’s definitely way easier now and my form is great. i think i’ll stop here because this isn’t as much as a challenge now. i can also notice some amazing changes on my butt. it’s way more round and also my legs have a better shape idk. If you’re looking for an hourglass shape, I recommend this workout (+some abs)!!
    I’ll keep doing this workout regularly because I really like the exercises :)

    Сделала 1 тренировку, трясутся ноги😂 Мне было с себя смешно, так как в тренировке задействованы те мышцы, которые у меня не работали вообще. Очень круто, я думала, что не дотерплю, а это оказалось возможно🦾

    Day 2-✅ - повторила через 2 дня после первой тренировки. Ноги стали трястись только к концу тренировки. В первом блоке горит опорная нога, а не рабочая.

    [Challenge] I'm doing this challenge with 2 other challenge of Lilly (Lose stubborn lower belly fat 5mn doing it twice a day and I add daily 15mn pilate videos depending on my mood).
    Day 1: ✅ wow this was so difficult to follow, I can feel the burn in every set. i only did the first 8mn + other 20 pilates challenge
    Day 2: ❌I took a break today because it was sunday and didn't had time to exercice and did the 5mn lose lower belly fat video instead
    Day 3: ✅It still burns but i did it entirely + 2 other workout vids.
    Day 4: ✅I did it and it felt better + 2 other workout vids (abs mainly)
    Day 5: ✅ I can feel the burn in every set. But today my booty feels stronger and I feel like I have less visible cellulite, or is it just me?
    Day 6: ✅Felt great today !!!!
    Day 7: ✅ morning workout was amazing and I've even added a fourth leg training video.🔥
    Day 8: ✅ today I completed this challenge and the other two I'm doing outdoors, all in a group, which was great! I had to set an example for the others, so I was even more focused. Feels amazing :)
    Day 9: ✅ Today I started with pilate (15 mins), a leg workout (14 mins) and the fat-burning exercise (5 mins), so I didn't do the butt workout but I had a good session!
    Day 10: ❌break today I didn't wake up well and I had a lot of work to do, but wow I can already see the abs and much more rounded butt!
    Day 11: ✅excellent session today, pilate (15mn), fat burner x2 (10mn total) and butt workout!!! I sweated a lot but I loved it and the exercises are getting easier and easier at the beginning I was in pain now I'm used to it and I know the whole session
    I recommend these exercises so much, at first I was skeptical but what's 15 minutes in your day?

      Good luck to you! Because you said you aren't skinny yet, I recommend a balanced diet full of veggies, nuts, whole grains, eggs, lean meats, fruits, cook with healthy oils like olive oil, avocado oil, etc. I make all my food at home, I completely cut out sugar, refined white flour and all processed food, it has made a world of difference!

      Just to clarify I added « i’m not skinny » meaning I was not much into sports since 2/3 years so I didn’t look tone ;) but I have leftover from when I exercised more that is why these workouts are great for me after few days (my muscles remember). Ps : I’m French sorry if I’m not using the right words

    The BEST!! Thank you Lilly!! I love how you guide us through the video. It helps hearing the instructions so I don’t have to keep looking at my device to see what to do. I Know I’m getting results because I’m starting to get compliments 😆.     Starting again! It's a super busy and hard period for me, exams are coming, studying for 4-7 hours a day+ lasses. Commiting to do this every other day, abs and arm workouts in between.
    Day 1 finished this with my medium band!!! Tried some glute bridges with weights afterwards but I was too tired, couldnt do them properly. So happy I started, I want to feel stronger!

    Day 2. Was sore this morning so it was harder to keep up than yesterday. Definitely sticking to one challenge at a time, swapping with a different workout of yours is too difficult. Sweating profusely
    Day 3: those beginning ones are super hard on the shoulders, sweating still but easier than yesterday and not sore
    Day 4: Did this one first instead of after the abs. A LOT easier but still challenging. That burn wow
    Day 5: It's intense but I like it now lol. Those songs are so bomb I looked up the artist she goes by Qveen
    Day 6: what it's almost been a week?! Yeah no this still kills especially in the beginning but not as much as initially
    Day 7: loved it ❤
    Day 8: did it with my timer
    Day 9: done. It still burns
    Day 10: the way this is still not easy

    Everyone if you want to use resistance bands but you didn't bought them yet, you can take sweatpants and put the waist elastic band on your thighs
