    My journey (started February 07):
    Waist is 75 cm.
    Hips are 100 cm.
    ✅ Day 1: everything was OK until the planks.
    ✅ Day 2: did it before going to bed. It was easier than yesterday because I already knew how the routine was (thanks to the person who liked this comment for reminding me).
    ✅ Day 3: did it after waking up (it was a little bit more difficult) and added 10 min jumping rope.
    ✅ Day 4: I was so busy at work but I'm committed, so I did it in the early morning of Day 5 lol (thanks for the likes guys).
    ❌ Day 5: so busy 😓
    ✅ Day 6: did it twice (once after waking up, and another one after lunch).
    ✅ Day 7: done! Tomorrow I'm going to update my measurements.
    Ok guys. Been doing this for a week and I can see improvement, not only in my shape but in my resistance. Thanks for the likes 😘
    Waist is 72,5 cm (lost 1,5 cm)
    Hips are 98 cm (lost 2 cm)
    ✅ Day 8: done! I noticed that is easier for me to do it after lunch!
    ✅ Day 9: DONE!
    ✅ Day 10: Done (and planks are getting easier)
    ✅ Day 11: Done!

    alright imma do this for 2 weeks straight, starting today! i’ll update every day :):)
    day 1🤍: completed! it wasn’t too hard for me but sheesh it burned
    day 2🤍: i was so sore when i woke up 😭 but ya girl completed day 2
    day 3🤍: the burn wasn’t as intense this time around, also figured out i hate side planks with a passion ✌️🤪 but i’ve finished day 3! also might start doing it multiple times a day, maybe once when i get home from school then another near when i go to sleep (also thank you all so much for the kindest replies!!

    Day 3: sore and tired but completed! Today was a little harder to get motivated after having a long day
    Day 4: completed! My body is less sore after the workout and is getting through it easier. I also did a deep core workout!
    Day 5: completed! I had to double up today because yesterday I was busy
    Day 6: completed!
    Day 7: complete (halfway woo!)
    Day 8: completed!
    Day 9: completed! My waist, abs, and hips are starting to feel a little tighter! Also, it’s noticeable my easier to get through the workout!

    Guys, trust the process! I know it can be hard, but do not quit, the workouts will become easier as your body gets used to excercising! I've been doing Lilly's workouts for eight days now, and it feels great! Its the first time for me to actually stick to some routine and I could'nt be more proud of myself.
    You do not have to wait for Monday or new month, you can literally start ANYTIME YOU DECIDE to change your habits. Dont be hard on yourself, you've got this

    I want to write my progress here for a little motivation lol.
    Waist Line: 30 inch
    Goal : 28 inch
    Day: 1 was yesterday and I completed it was a little challenging as I haven't workout in awhile. But, the happiness I felt after I completed omgg :)))
    Day 2: Completed. Woke up a little sore but managed to completed :)
    Day: 3 Completed :))) It was a little struggle today because I had a long day at work but I did ittt :)
    Day:4 Completed :) Yayy =) Today I feel good almost did every single one of them for the 45 sec. I can feel my body getting stronger and my stomach getting more toner.
    Day 5: Completed. I must say it is getting a little easier now and i am so happy because my first day of doing this workout was a STRUGGLE lol

    This is DAY 1 for me! I did well, every exercise, except the last one! I tried, but no way! It was impossible. However, I'll keep working on it and eventually probably I will. The exercises are really cool, and there is no reason to do them just for 14 days! They should be done every day! I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated. Can't wait for the next morning to do it again. Now I will go and take my dog for a walk

      @@denewaz5515 uh.. I got Covid 19 three times (yes, three times, lol) since I wrote this comment 😀 I had recurring pneumonia and chronic fatigue so I had to quit. Then I started again around two weeks ago, but I still didn't regain my strength. I am thinking to modify and start only with mild exercises until I fully recover.
      But they are really good - I remember they activated all my muscles so it can only be beneficial. You can also combine with other youtube exercises for other parts of body for the best result.
      Can't wait to fully recover ti get back to this 😁

    I started today. My waist: 67 cm, lower belly: 81.5 cm, butt: 96 cm, right hip: 58 cm, left hip: 59 cm.
    Day 1: done✅
    Day 2: didn't have time today, sorry
    Day 3: done✅
    Day 4: done✅
    Day 5: done✅
    Day 6: I feel sick today, so I didn't train🤒
    Day 7: I'm still a little sick, so I'm not likely to train. Today I measured my parameters. So, after a week of training, I have the following parameters:
    •Waist: 66 cm
    •Lower belly: 80,5 cm
    •Butt: 97 cm
    •Right hip: 57 cm
    •Left hip: 58 cm
    I think the results could have been better if I had trained all 6 days and if I had followed a proper diet.
    Well, I will train more, trying to comply with this, will see if the results improve. By the way, I am not only working on this video, but also on another video for slimmer legs from Lilly and a video for the butt from Chloe Ting.
    Day 8: done✅
    Day 9: didn't ❌
    Day 10: didn't ❌
    Day 11: sorry guys, I missed 2 days😞, so today I had to work hard, and I added a high-intensity 20 min running to my regular training.
    Day 12: done✅+20 min running again
    Day 13: didn't ❌(because of my period)

    I used to do this video 2 times a day last year for about 3 months and i had such nice abs! I stopped cause of work and school but still one year later you can see the abs, thank you Lilly for your amazing videos❤️

    I've just started my Day1 of this workout together with 11 line abs workout and they are so amazing and I feel the pain. More 13 days to go, keep going!!!

    guys, I totally recommend her workouts, I love the short ones where I can just do a bunch for 30min or her live workouts, tho I'm not able to attend them cause they start as my classes start I so I do them the next day.

    hey guys! so i’ve been doing lilly’s workouts for a while and i’m actually gonna document this one here, because i think it helps seeing someone else’s results! so here we go!!!
    Day1- as usual it was tough the first day! but i got through it although my bum was killing!!
    Day2- so i’m quite achy but not as bad as i expected, completed it ! my neck is growing abs i stg
    Day3- idk if its the workout but my core felt tighter, in a good way! still quite achy but its getting easier
    Day4- feel like i smashed it today, still hate the expertise at the end lol, but defo easier today!

    This workout WORKS. I've been doing it for almost 3 weeks now and I can definitely see a difference on my waist and I can't even tell I have hip dips, I'm going to do 1 more week of this workout and I'll tell you guys the final results!!!!!❤️❤️

    Description: It was a bit hard and it seemed impossible at first, but I managed to do it! 😄 I ate candy tho but I'm really proud of myself! 💕 I did this twice, in the morning and the afternoon 🥰
    (Today was Thursday)
    Day 2 💚
    Description: Woke up early, at 6:30a.m, ate some cereal with milk and started my workout routine 😄 I'm so proud of myself for waking up early at once, because I had more time for other things too! 💕 Today it burned aswell, a slight difference from Day 1, I did give up at some point but after resting a bit I managed to finish it all! I might actually try to do it a couple times a day!

    Day 3💚 (yes i'm late) Today I only did the workout in the morning. I think it was pretty easy compared to the other days!
    (Today was Saturday)
    Day 4💚 I didn't work out in the morning because I had to do homework but I will try to do it when I go to sleep. I will tell you guys if it was succesful 😄 (it was AMAZING, for some reason I live the burn, am I the only one or...? 😅
    (Today was Sunday)
    Day 5 💚I did it guyssss! I enjoy the burn idk why lolz. I did it în the evening again, I have school in the morning and I need to pay attention so yeah. Good news is that the weekend is coming soon... not really 😅 Side planks have gotten easier. It feels like I'm holding the power of Earth lol 😂 The normal plank with double hip dip and seasaw is my worst enemy🥲

    Day 6 💚I only did the easier excercises today because yesterday my stomach got very very very big, sore and hard for some reason and I got so scared and I don't wanna repeat that lol. Idk what happened but I just wanna stay safe 😅
    Also idk if I should give you guys an update from 5 days to 5 days I guess so you know how this works on me because I was slim before too so idk if the results will be the same as other people but please read other people's comments on this in case you're interested in that.

    Day 7 💚I'm late on this one but I did it 3 times and I'm really proud! I can really see results, I'm a swimmer irl and it's gotten easier for me wich I absolutely adore ❤ Ily Lilly!

    Day 8 💚I'm back at it again! Today I did other workouts too in the morning and then in the afternoon before going running I did this workout, so yay! 😁🥰

    I've started doing 6 of your workouts alternating 3 a day to lose some much needed weight. I'm on day 10 and i already see a huge difference thank you so much I've struggled to love my body because I've always been bigger than all my friends and in only 13. starting weight 162lbs and finally at 156 (not all from these videos) and still going thank you so much❤

      @Jewell Rain I do her Love handles , Slimmer thigh, Small waist, chest and back, Intense Silm thighs, and hourglass abs. It usually takes me a hour a day in the morning. Alot to do with it is how you eat as well as the workouts you do. Thank you, Good luck you've got this❤ :))

      @@maisabispo9625 I didn’t actually do this regularly but I definitely see results. My waist is so much smaller now. Also I’ve been doing emi wongs smaller waist bed workout and these two were really effective for me. Don’t forget, if you feel your muscles while doing workouts and if you stick to it, you will see results definitely :)) Also do vacuum too.

    trying to do this for two weeks
    day 1- hard but not to sore after
    day 2- harder and was more tired after
    day 3- not motivated at all to do it but I did it and it was good
    day 4- was super hard today because my muscles are sore!
    took a day off bc I was really tired
    day 5- Im already seeing a little difference in the way my body looks!
    day 6- was way easier today and I love this workout video:)
    day 7- the workout is getting easier now that I've been doing it a lot and I don't have to take as much breaks
    took a day off
    day 8- today was really easy compared to normal! I was listening to Sarah baska's & caitlyn's podcast and I love them so much!
    (also I'm getting more of a hourglass figure instead of a box which I'm happy about)
    day 9- I need to stop doing these workouts at midnight because it makes me tired but my waist has almost shortened an inch
    day 10- my outer hips area was really sore but I'm proud of myself I finished the video
    day 11- tbh I took a couple days off because I didn't have motivation to do it but I did it today and I'm definitely noticing my hips are rounder and not boxy.

    Okay, updates I’ll be doing it for two weeks!
    Start: waist = 29inch
    Day 1: hard, my whole abdomen is very tight and my neck is killing
    Day 2: definitely feeling yesterday’s workout, my waist KILLS
    Day 3: I took no breaks, I’m so proud!
    Day 4: wasn’t feeling as sore today but I did this at 10:30pm so I was exhausted
    Day 5: came into this tired, but at some point I got a sudden rush of energy and completed the workout the best I have so far!
    Day 6: no motivation today, it was a struggle to complete the workout but I did it anyways :)
    Day 7: a week! The longest I have kept up with a routine lmao, I also added one minute of the stomach vacuum!
    I took a break, it’s only one day because I was feeling bad and tired! I’ll resume tomorrow
    Day 8: felt so good getting back into this after a rest day! Took no breaks and whilst it still burns, it’s bearable!
    Day 9: definitely getter easier to do, I think my form is also improving
    Day 10: can’t believe I’ve made it so long, just 4 more days
    Took another break for personal issues 😃 I’ll double this tomorrow to make up for the lost time!

    Guys i’ve done this workout for 14 days whit another abs workout and whit 30 min of jump rope, I didn’t changed my diet that much, just tried to eating small portions
    AND LET ME TELL YOU my waist from 30 went to 26 and my weight from 60 to 58, YOU CAN DO IT TO just have to keep trying. ❤️

    day 1: ✅done, felt the burn 🔥 (especially since I did another workout before this)
    day 2: ✅done, easier than day 1!!
    day 3: took a break but still worked out a bit
    day 4: ✅DONE! felt the burn, especially my neck 😅
    day 5: ✅forgot to update but I did it and I can see a bit of different!! my stomach looks a bit more toned
    day 6: ✅the hip dips are way easier for me now but my neck is dead 💀
    day 7: took a break!
    day 8: HONESTLY gave up but I'm starting another ab workout by lily sabri as well. the final results were PRETTY GOOD, I can see a bit more curve and also my stomach seems more toned!
