      I don’t know why but I had the worst pain in my leg ever and I wouldn’t go away. I’m going to stick with the abs workouts for now.

    Will do this for 30 days! I will do other workouts too, I will occasionally take recovery days, they are necessary. I also walk everyday (3k-6k steps) I now weight 59 kg
    Day 1: 👍 done + Pamela Reif bubble but workout
    Day 2: 👍 done + 5 min cardio + Lilly Sabri inner thighs pilates
    Day 3: rest day
    Day 4: 👍 done + Lilly Sabri hourglass abs (UPDATE I weight 57.5 kg!) + Lilly Sabri inner thighs pilates

    I’m 2 weeks in to doing a variety of your slim thighs workouts….just measured my thighs…left is down 0.75 inches and right is down 1 inch already!

    Trying this for a month!
    ( i will also be in calorie deficit, running for a couple times a week)

    okay imma do this workout for 10 days AND I WILL ACTUALLY UPDATE UNLIKE SOME
    Day 1: ✅
    Day 2: ✅
    Day 3: ✅
    Day 4: ✅ that last exercise is by far the hardest
    Day 5: skipped cause i did other workouts
    Day 6: skipped cause felt sick!
    Day 7: ✅
    Day 8: ✅ to be honest i dont really think this is working but i havent looked at my before pictures in while so idk
    Day 9: ✅ I added a resistance band and i def think ill keep it

      I noticed some of the workouts listed for the day are almost an hour if not more. Are you breaking this up, or going to grind through and complete each exercise for the day listed? I wanted to start tomorrow but was overwhelmed by the times lol

    Will be doing this for about a month!
    Day 1: ✅ did okay!! I feel like I did a few of them wrong but shall learn from my mistakes next time!!
    Day 2: ✅ managed them all! Thighs burning! Still feel as if I’m doing the cross legged ones wrong tho
    Day 3: ❌ had a bad shift at work ☹️
    Day 4: ✅ felt the burn a lot today!

    Guys!!! Its okay if at first you dont get how it works/are confused! I love her ab workouts and wanted to try leg pilates (less knee pain), but i was stressed and confused. Go find another video/creator with a diff angle/POV and then come back here! I did that, and a bonus is that i did double workouts lol
