I'm going to begin doing this every day, starting now. For the weights, I filled two water jugs with water about half way equally, and it worked! I will update this comment as I go. I don't know for how long, but I'm planning on it for a few weeks to a month or so. Day 1 (April 9): Completed! Felt the burn all the way! Day 2 (April 10): Completed! Felt the burn, especially near the end. I was a bit sore, but nothing terrible. Day 3 (April 11): Completed! Easier than yesterday, but still felt the burn! Day 4 (April 12): Day 4 (April 12): A rest day, but I work outside lifting and hauling brush and heavy things, so it is almost like a workout. I will continue tomorrow! Day 4 (April 13): Completed! Felt the burn, still, but easier than usual. Only took 2 short breaks! Day 5-7 (April 13-15): not very motivated, but that's going to change! Day 8 (April 16): Completed! Felt the burn, especially towards the end. Like to remind me!
I love how Lilly doesn't pretend to be some fitness god and truly admits when the exercise is getting to her, hence the "my arms are on fire today!" makes me feel better about myself
This woman's workouts are literally the best!! I wanted a slimmer sculpted body and in just 1-2 weeks i got what i wanted and my psychology was way better!! My hands now look 10x better and sexier as my whole body❤❤
Im not a beginner, i used to do weight lifting but after taking 2.5 year break doing this 8 min workout with 5kg dumbbells was really refreshing and the burn was amazing, my hands are still shaking

Best workout! I always had problems with my arms as I used to eat a lot of carbs, no fruits, no vegetables. A few years ago I changed my diet, nevertheless I couldn't get rid of my bat wings. I tried out fasting and did workout however I had the impression that instead of getting my arms slim they grew even bigger. Lilly, with you help I could manage to tone my arms, they look great and I am very thankful to you and Teddy :)

It's my third day and tbh it was difficult than the first two days, I somehow completed the workout but the pain in arms and back is worth. Imma start this and just to see my progress im doing this 2x a week because i work on different stuff of my body on different days. I currently use 2 5 pound weight . Motivation: Im 186 rn but my goal weight is 150 since my mom was that weight around my age n brags tf out of it. Oh and me n my bf in love DEEP so tht happy weight has been adding up i usually fluctuate between 178-180 but thats gonna change this month. I want keep going since ive been gaining weight since freshman or middle school but i used to be skinny so it caught me of guard how much i gained without noticing, n i wanna look sexy inna swimsuit or any off guard photos cuz thts usually my thing i dont like how i look in photos tht other ppl take so i havent been posting alot cuz of over thinking/getting in my head. Background info: I have a problem with binge eating so i am restricting myself and tryna eat relatively healthy and eating around noon or dinner ( i dont recommend anyone to stop eating all day causing major health issues this is what works for me ) im trying to go off also instinctively so if im feeling full just sitting with the feeling so i can get used to it since i have a binging disorder. Im mexican so alot of meat n greasy food but i love aguacate, n alot of veggies and boiled eggs have been helping on my journey i have yet to see my weight and im prob going to stick to tht so i can see the progress in a mirror instead of the scale Day 1: Felt the burn even started sweating Meal: Pack of blueberry’s and Chicken n broccoli Day 2: Felt the burn no weights! You can't lose fat in a certain area by training it but it help your shoulders to get more strong and by that maybe more defined🥰

@@nabeelabegum6115 so? I know it will not burn fat from ur arms, but it helps them getting stronger, of course if ur not using weights its not so easy + not possible to be super muscular
