    Hey Lilly, I'm just a 13-year-old girl, and I've been working out by following your videos for two months now. To tell you the truth, I used to be quite chubby before. But now, when I checked myself out in front of the mirror, you won't believe, my body has become quite toned than it used to be before. All your exercises burn like hell but they're so benificial.     today was my 7th day completing the workout and it works!!!! The fat on my arm went away most of it and now i can fit my arms into long sleeves shirts like never before. i gotta say this burns a lot but it was worth it at the end. i think ima continue doing this. thanks so much lily ly and have a good day!

    I discovered your videos about a month or so ago & I'm seeing the best results I've every had on any challenge/workout plan etc. The trick has been that these are quick but effective workouts, which fit right into my schedule. Because of that, I've been able to stay consistent. I don't dread spending an hour+ at the gym anymore. Thank you!

    Doing this for 7 days!
    Il post everything about the work out here:
    Starting point: my arms were 24 cm
    Day 1:✅ this burnt alot
    Day 2:✅ it feels like my arms are falling off.
    Day 3:✅ it didnt burn that much this time, And i alleready see that my arms are more toned, and my arm fat has reduced!
    Day 4:✅ my arms are really tired but i can clearly see results!
    Day 5:✅ my arms have gotten much stronger.
    Day 6:✅ nearly done!
    Day 7:✅ finally done, i can clearly see changes. My arms are much more toned and my arm fat has reduced massively.
    End result: 19 cm.

    started this workout today and gonna update!!!
    arm size : 11 inches
    day 1 : ✅ felt a lil sore but completed!
    day 2 : ✅ completed!
    day 3 : ✅ completed! i can see a slight difference. my arms look kinda toned!
    day 4: ✅ took a day off
    day 5: ✅ my arms feel too sore. can see a slight difference

    GUYS THIS WORKS SO WELL I've only been doing this for a few days (1-2 times a day) along with some power band exercises for my back and I'VE LOST 1CM OF ARM FAT! I've always been insecure of my arms and this gives me so much hope, I swear to God. I'm in disbelief rn *shedding happy tears*. Thank you Lilly and guys you can do it!!!

    Im going to this for 7 days! I did her other arm workout for 2 weeks and my arms went from 31-32 cm too *30-31 cm*
    Like to motivate me 💕💗

    Day 5:✅ I used to do chloe tings workouts but they never worked for me 😔 then I discovered lilly and I love her workouts! I really feel the burn in every one of her workouts no matter how long or short they are. I'm doing a flat stomach workout , lean legs workout , inner thigh workout and this arm workout everyday! Before i did her love handles exercise and then moved on to love handle and flat stomach but no matter what i do i always get results! I used to hate working out but now I like the feeling of completing it everyday! , thank you so much lilly 💕

    Firstly I LOVVEEDD how energetic Lilly was throughout the video. It made working out so fun, I was grooving when she was too.

    I literally hate my upper body. I don't look flattering in any shirts because I have arm & armpit fat, and so I have to wear hoodies a lot. But I've come to a realization that I can do something about my insecurities, and I can feel healthier and love how I look.

    water bottles or no weights
    Day 2✅️ it was easier than yesterday
    Day 3 ✅️way easier still burning a bit
    Day 4✅️ way easier than yesterday hardly burned

    Day 6✅️felt amazing today used water bottles (i dont have weights)and i did elevated pushups after

    Going to just do pushups and bicep curls from now on everyday

      Hi Yareli! Do you see many results? I am a man and just saw this lesson because my grandma does this lesson! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together! I feel really weak and unconfident. 😟

    starting to do this for 2 weeks before i leave for a vacation. i am 13 and i rlly hope i can do this bc ive hated my arms ever since i can remember! and also to everyone who's doing this i want u to know that i believe in you and u can do it! ❤ please like so i remember 💞
    - WEEK ONE -
    day 1 - ✅ my arms feel burnt and a lil sore hahah
    day 2 - ✅completed yayay!
    day 3 - ✅ today i woke up with my armpits and arms hurting lol and i think its alr working im so happy!
    day 4 - ✅ made it to day 4 omg!
    day 5 - ✅ five days yayay
    day 6 - ✅ doneee
    day 7 - ✅ can proudly say i made it to SEVEN days OMG!
    i can honestly say taht i see a slight change on my arms and im so happy! see yall after week two yayay!
    - WEEK TWO -
    day 1 - ✅ i guess? i was feeling a lil nauseous today so i couldnt do it properly so :(
    day 2 - ✅ yayy

      @@sumerburton sadly i left early and couldn't finish week two, but from what i did i definitely saw a little result and i feel like it would be better if i did the second week too lol. but i most definitely recommend doing this!!

    Thanks you so much Lily.I will try this 18 August.I did your muffin top,smaller waist,hip fat and smaller inner thigh workout.
    I started 20 July.My waist was 30 and thigh was 23 and half and weight is 142lb.
    Now my waist is 28,thigh is 22 and half and weight is 135.I still doing that workout and end in 16 August.
    Thanks a lot Lily.Please upload more videos.Especially for armpit fat.

      oh, thanks for asking.Yeap.Now my waist is 27,thigh is 21 and half and current weight is 129 lb.
      i'm so happy this results.but i have still saddlebags.I try another workouts for butt fat.
