today was my 7th day completing the workout and it works!!!! The fat on my arm went away most of it and now i can fit my arms into long sleeves shirts like never before. i gotta say this burns a lot but it was worth it at the end. i think ima continue doing this. thanks so much lily ly and have a good day!

I discovered your videos about a month or so ago & I'm seeing the best results I've every had on any challenge/workout plan etc. The trick has been that these are quick but effective workouts, which fit right into my schedule. Because of that, I've been able to stay consistent. I don't dread spending an hour+ at the gym anymore. Thank you!

Day 3:✅ it didnt burn that much this time, And i alleready see that my arms are more toned, and my arm fat has reduced! Day 4:✅ my arms are really tired but i can clearly see results! Day 5:✅ my arms have gotten much stronger. Day 6:✅ nearly done! Day 7:✅ finally done, i can clearly see changes. My arms are much more toned and my arm fat has reduced massively. End result: 19 cm.

GUYS THIS WORKS SO WELL I've only been doing this for a few days (1-2 times a day) along with some power band exercises for my back and I'VE LOST 1CM OF ARM FAT! I've always been insecure of my arms and this gives me so much hope, I swear to God. I'm in disbelief rn *shedding happy tears*. Thank you Lilly and guys you can do it!!!

Day 1 ✅✅the BURNN i love it!!!
Day 2 ✅ my arms feel like they gonna fall off anytime and I'm here for it!
Day 3 ✅ done. Tbh i personally don't see a difference but my friend said my arms look leaner idk
Day 4 ❌ rest day, but to make it up i did cardio
you help me alot i literally love you

day 1: ✅definitely burned a lot.
day 2:✅ was easier then yesterday.
day 3:✅ ITS GETTINF EASIER TO DO IT!!!!!!
day 4:✅i did it with my siblings it was fun!

Day 6✅️felt amazing today used water bottles (i dont have weights)and i did elevated pushups after
Day 7✅️ saw results
Going to just do pushups and bicep curls from now on everyday

day 3 - ✅ today i woke up with my armpits and arms hurting lol and i think its alr working im so happy!
day 4 - ✅ made it to day 4 omg!
day 5 - ✅ five days yayay
day 6 - ✅ doneee
day 7 - ✅ can proudly say i made it to SEVEN days OMG!
i can honestly say taht i see a slight change on my arms and im so happy! see yall after week two yayay!

Thanks you so much Lily.I will try this 18 August.I did your muffin top,smaller waist,hip fat and smaller inner thigh workout.
I started 20 July.My waist was 30 and thigh was 23 and half and weight is 142lb.
Now my waist is 28,thigh is 22 and half and weight is 135.I still doing that workout and end in 16 August.
