One time I'll do lilly's cardio vid/go for a walk/trampoline. Arm measurements(both): 29cm!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE! I measured my arms so many times to make sure! 😱😱😱 Day 8: ✅ (with cardio) Day 9: ✅ (with cardio) Rest day: it's good to recover your muscles especially if you're doing cardio on top. I don't wanna injure myself. ♥️ start again tmr Day 10: ✅ (with cardio) I'm going to increase the weights because I'm not feeling the burn as much today. I'm currently using 1kg weights Rest day: first day of my periods so very sore and fatigue (2 days)- light walking (cardio) because period pains Day 11: ✅ increased the weights from 1kg to 1.5kg and its worth the burn i feel stronger Day 12: ✅ Day 13:✅ Day 14:✅ Final results: 29cm (i lost in the total 2 weeks 1cm but it hasn't gone down since last week) however!!!!! In the 2nd week My arms became less jiggly and firmed up even when relaxed that never happend go me before. My shoulders visibly look more toned too. I think this is pretty realistic results considering the short amount of time and my arm fat having a hisory of being stubborn. I recommend doing this with cardio everyday instead of a few times a week, increasing the weight when it gets easier and eating healthy if you want best results. Don't just think that this alone will change you. This works! But not alone just like with any strength workout. Remember as well everyones metabolism is different. So different results. Dont just rely on tape measures and scales. Visible difference is important too as well as strength. I didnt realise this made me really strong too ❤️❤️ good luck and thank you for the motivation

Guys I highly recommend this workout! I was looking for something that would help me to gain lean muscle so my arms would look toned, and this totally worked! I did this workout 4 times a week for 3 months and now I have toned arms and I can see definition in my arms:) Thanks Lilly!

Everyone’s body is different but I’ve been doing this every other day for a month and a half now. At first I was just gaining muscle but not losing the fat but I’ve been consistent with it abs now definitely see my arms slimming down. Make sure to eat some protein. :)

Hii so good you can see the results. But i hv a question. Are u doing a calorie deficit too? Cause even i wanna lose fats from my body, but i cant do a calorie deficit. I m eating healthy and eating in a cycle of 10 hours.
@@theknowledge8769Hello! Well, during the time I was doing this workout I wasn’t really counting my calorie intake, or the ones I burned. But I used to walk A LOT, which helped me with losing some fat. I wasn’t really doing calorie deficit, but I ate little- or nothing. Don’t do the same mistake as me, because I was this far 🤏🏻 from fasting. But still, I recommend doing 16:8 fasting! You eat from 12pm to 8pm and it helps with losing weight and it’s a really healthy lifestyle! I hope I answered your question🫶🏻
I'm starting with this workout (together with another body/abs workout from the same channel) and hoping for good results, let's do this! Both arms are 26 cm (will update daily for the motivation) Day 1: done 2 times! Day 2: done 2 times! increased the weight a little for a good burn!! This was such a great workout! My arms were BURNING 🔥 in just these short 6 minutes with my 5 lb weights. I love how short and effective Lilly’s workouts all feel. Plus she’s super positive and has great music. Thank you so much for making the Lilly!❤️💪🏼😃
@@romymouhawej9521 Honestly I haven’t worked out much in the past 2 months and I’m not one to do a workout consistently. Even before when I was working out I just did a variety of Lilly’s workouts but never stuck to one specific one, I just did whichever one I felt like so I can’t really say if any of them did anything for me since I didn’t stick with any of them long enough. I still really enjoy her workouts, I’m just horrible at sticking at sticking to a schedule/routine 😅. Sorry I couldn’t be of any help. But if you’re able to handle the 5 lb weighs just fine throughout the workout then it should be a good weight for you to use and if it gets too easy or too hard then you can always go up or down in the weights that you’re using. It all depends on the person. But if you’re worried about bulking up too much I don’t think that would be an issue with 5 lb weights. The most that 5 lb weights could do would be to tone your arms over time I’d imagine. Only if you were to constantly keep increasing the weights then you would see more of an increase in muscle mass.

UPDATING FOR 2 WEEKS! I'm doing this with 5 pound weights. Day 1: ✅ In general I'm a pretty fit person, but my arms are soo weak. I'm actually surprised I made it through the whole workout, while doing the second exercise I was already struggling to continue, but I did it!
I've been doing this one for five days now, and I still need to pause the video after every exercise to give my arms a breather. But that's fine! The results are a little slow for me, and if it's slow for you too, there's nothing wrong with with that. All bodies are not the same. Don't feel bad if it isn't easy for you. You'll get there.

To anyone who's on weight loss journey/fitness journey, I've just completed this arm workout and it suddenly clicked to me that I should put this out there . See, whatever fitness goal you're trying to achieve you must remember that some fitness influencers will give you results, some won't because we all have different body types. For me, Lilly Sabri has always worked for me since day 1. I started with her booty workout and been 2 yrs, still following her. I tried Emi Wong and Chloe Ting, didn't work for me. Also, have patience throughout your journey. Most importantly, feed your body properly as I remember reducing my intake and my weight came to a plateau no matter how hard I excercised, now I'm again eating healthy portions and I'm losing weight . Lastly, yes this workout definitely works. I've been doing for a month I think and I can see definition. Stay strong people ❤ - from someone who has lost 20+ kgs
Okay. Beginning arm measurements: left arm 13 in right arm 12.5 inches Day 1. ✔️ done! It burned but not too bad, for the last tricep exercise I made it more challenging by doing a tricep hold for the full 30 seconds
I don't do this every day, I do other (easier) exercises instead because I am very weak, but this is my 4th time trying this with 2 kilo weights and it's the first time that I managed to do everything without taking too many breaks or dying of pain lol. I feel great!! Thank you so much!
Guys this girl is AMAZING- At the first 3 or 4 days i used 500gram waterbottles in each arm and today is day 12 and this ia AMAZING! Now im using 2 kilo weights in each arm and i have built up a tiny muscle!!! Also i have got rid of most of my arm fat crouch❤ GOD BLESS U
Trying this along with stomach and leg fat weight loss, Day 1: pretty easy didn’t really burn because of how little time it was but that just makes it better so I remind my self every time I do it that it’s not a long time and keep it going! Day 2: burnt a lot at some exercises but I kept reminding my self that I’m doing this so I can be confident in my own body and not have to hide it anymore so I pulled through and finished it!! Not gonna lie these actually worked for me. I was trying to fit into one of my old tops and had been dng this workout religiously every single day for 2 weeks straight(sometimes twice a week). I’m gonna try doing these again cause haven’t reached my goal yet
if you are someone who wants to have slim arms, here is my experience. 10 mins a day is not enough, do it 30 mins a day and at least 3 times a week and you will see the result after 40 days. I watched lilly and pamelas arm workouts. i was 28 cm and now i am 26.stay hydrated and try to reduce fat and sugar in your diet. good luck my friends.❤

My progress! I've seen a ton of people start these and never finish them so yeah I'm gonna update this every day after I do them. Starting measurements: (Just for reference I'm 5' 10", female, and weight 135 pounds right now. So I'm not expecting a HUGE difference but I do have some fat I'm trying to lose) Left arm thickest part of the upper arm: 10 inches Thickest part of the forearm: 9 1/2 inches Wrist: 6 inches Right arm Thickest part of the upper arm: 9 3/4th inches Thickest part of forearm: 9 3/4th inches Wrist: 6 1/4 I've doing this once every night along with these 2 other excercises this wonderful lady has created: •sexy legs in 7 days (8 minute one) •Intense abs and lose belly fat in 7 days! (8 minute video) Started November 9th, 2020 Day 1) Some of those excercises burned! I got through them though! Feeling pretty good. My shoulder blades sting from those last two! Make sure you really are SQUEEZING your shoulder blades together for those though, even though it really hurts :) Day 2) got it done. A little spider crawled across my floor though and so I took a break in the middle to catch it. I've also added a plank excercises video to my collection so I should've done that after. It made this workout even harder. Day 3) doing pretty good. That one where they're to the side in then going above your head are hard though! Day 4) the second and third one burned for some reason. UPDATING THIS EVERYDAY FOR THE NEXT MONTH 🎀 (I am using 4 lb weights (8 lbs together and I am doing this 2x a day. Once in the morning and once before bed Day 1: ✅ honestly burned my arms so bad but after it felt so good. This is super easy to follow and doesn’t take too much time. Needed a 30 second break at some point but other than that it was great!

Final results: 29cm (i lost in the total 2 weeks 1cm but it hasn't gone down since last week) however!!!!! In the 2nd week My arms became less jiggly and firmed up even when relaxed that never happend go me before. My shoulders visibly look more toned too. I think this is pretty realistic results considering the short amount of time and my arm fat having a hisory of being stubborn. I recommend doing this with cardio everyday instead of a few times a week, increasing the weight when it gets easier and eating healthy if you want best results. Don't just think that this alone will change you. This works! But not alone just like with any strength workout. Remember as well everyones metabolism is different. So different results. Dont just rely on tape measures and scales. Visible difference is important too as well as strength. I didnt realise this made me really strong too ❤️❤️ good luck and thank you for the motivation

@@theknowledge8769Hello! Well, during the time I was doing this workout I wasn’t really counting my calorie intake, or the ones I burned. But I used to walk A LOT, which helped me with losing some fat. I wasn’t really doing calorie deficit, but I ate little- or nothing. Don’t do the same mistake as me, because I was this far 🤏🏻 from fasting. But still, I recommend doing 16:8 fasting! You eat from 12pm to 8pm and it helps with losing weight and it’s a really healthy lifestyle! I hope I answered your question🫶🏻

@@romymouhawej9521 Honestly I haven’t worked out much in the past 2 months and I’m not one to do a workout consistently. Even before when I was working out I just did a variety of Lilly’s workouts but never stuck to one specific one, I just did whichever one I felt like so I can’t really say if any of them did anything for me since I didn’t stick with any of them long enough. I still really enjoy her workouts, I’m just horrible at sticking at sticking to a schedule/routine 😅. Sorry I couldn’t be of any help. But if you’re able to handle the 5 lb weighs just fine throughout the workout then it should be a good weight for you to use and if it gets too easy or too hard then you can always go up or down in the weights that you’re using. It all depends on the person. But if you’re worried about bulking up too much I don’t think that would be an issue with 5 lb weights. The most that 5 lb weights could do would be to tone your arms over time I’d imagine. Only if you were to constantly keep increasing the weights then you would see more of an increase in muscle mass.

Day 1: ✅ In general I'm a pretty fit person, but my arms are soo weak. I'm actually surprised I made it through the whole workout, while doing the second exercise I was already struggling to continue, but I did it!

I've been doing this one for five days now, and I still need to pause the video after every exercise to give my arms a breather. But that's fine! The results are a little slow for me, and if it's slow for you too, there's nothing wrong with with that. All bodies are not the same. Don't feel bad if it isn't easy for you. You'll get there.

To anyone who's on weight loss journey/fitness journey,
I've just completed this arm workout and it suddenly clicked to me that I should put this out there . See, whatever fitness goal you're trying to achieve you must remember that some fitness influencers will give you results, some won't because we all have different body types. For me, Lilly Sabri has always worked for me since day 1. I started with her booty workout and been 2 yrs, still following her. I tried Emi Wong and Chloe Ting, didn't work for me. Also, have patience throughout your journey. Most importantly, feed your body properly as I remember reducing my intake and my weight came to a plateau no matter how hard I excercised, now I'm again eating healthy portions and I'm losing weight . Lastly, yes this workout definitely works. I've been doing for a month I think and I can see definition. Stay strong people ❤

Day 1: pretty easy didn’t really burn because of how little time it was but that just makes it better so I remind my self every time I do it that it’s not a long time and keep it going!
Day 2: burnt a lot at some exercises but I kept reminding my self that I’m doing this so I can be confident in my own body and not have to hide it anymore so I pulled through and finished it!! Amazing I did 3 other workout videos along with this one and it felt amazing to accomplish them all once again I’m sweating like crazy but that’s a good sign! Let you guys know how it goes on day 3!!

I've tried several arm workouts of Lilly and I would say THIS IS THE HARDEST SO FAR. AND IT'S REALLY BURNING.

Doing this for 2 weeks or more, So Here we go!
Day 1 ✅️: Hurts so bad!! Lol but i carried it.
Day 2✅️: Still hurts (I also did her other arm workouts)
Day 3✅️: The pain still there but im getting used to it.
(I see some difference a little bit, my shoulder are getting toned and my biceps and triceps are getting visible slightly)

I was updating my results but when i was trying to post it I kept getting an error message. Anyway...I didn’t see a lot of change but my arms are definitely WAYY stronger than before😁 maybe its bcs I didn’t change the way i ate idk

Not gonna lie these actually worked for me. I was trying to fit into one of my old tops and had been dng this workout religiously every single day for 2 weeks straight(sometimes twice a week). I’m gonna try doing these again cause haven’t reached my goal yet
I most definitely need to do this my arms are so flabby from weightloss and I didn't know what to do. Til now, I'll try this.❤ thanks!
if you are someone who wants to have slim arms, here is my experience. 10 mins a day is not enough, do it 30 mins a day and at least 3 times a week and you will see the result after 40 days. I watched lilly and pamelas arm workouts. i was 28 cm and now i am 26.stay hydrated and try to reduce fat and sugar in your diet. good luck my friends.❤

(Just for reference I'm 5' 10", female, and weight 135 pounds right now. So I'm not expecting a HUGE difference but I do have some fat I'm trying to lose)

I've doing this once every night along with these 2 other excercises this wonderful lady has created:
•sexy legs in 7 days (8 minute one)
•Intense abs and lose belly fat in 7 days! (8 minute video)
Started November 9th, 2020
Day 1) Some of those excercises burned! I got through them though! Feeling pretty good. My shoulder blades sting from those last two! Make sure you really are SQUEEZING your shoulder blades together for those though, even though it really hurts :)
Day 2) got it done. A little spider crawled across my floor though and so I took a break in the middle to catch it. I've also added a plank excercises video to my collection so I should've done that after. It made this workout even harder.
Day 3) doing pretty good. That one where they're to the side in then going above your head are hard though!
Day 4) the second and third one burned for some reason. But I did it!

Love this workout! It’s very fast and I definitely felt the burn 🔥 I took before & after pics and whoa it’s been only 1 week but I saw a difference. My arms lost a bit more flabbiness & looks more toned. Thank you Lilly!
