I wish I’d measured myself but I’ve lost inches on my hips, thighs and waist. My arms are toned and the flabby bingo wings are slowly disappearing. What is that they say about excellence is consistency over time. Because these are so short and don’t require going to the gym or excess equipment, it’s so easy to fit them in - even when you have a very busy and full on job. From my experience I feel like when i stop doing these videos for long periods of time it's soo hard to get back to doing them but once I do, I feel amazing and it makes me want to keep going. Especially when I'm seeing results ❤
Update! I’ve been doing this for abt 4 days now and not only do I see improvement in my glutes but my overall legs and abs! This workout is definitely best for getting lean and a pump!
I’ve done this consistently for a couple months now and I can confirm this will snatch you up. It has tightened up my core a lot and slowly it’s getting easier which I’m feeling more proud of myself for. I think soon I’ll be able to do two sets of this, I’m excited.

As an ex ballerina dancer who also did pre point and a year of point I can confirm lots of these work you just have to put a lot of time into it when I quit after doing it for 8 years I was still in really good shape but over time I lost that so I do recommend these videos!

I'm gonna do this for a week starting today (sunday) and give results every day! I also want to add that im doing an 8 minute thigh workout after this with a 3 time break in between the workouts. Sun: cant walk straight, almost cried and literally shaking (i have another workout to do and will be crying within the next 10 minutes) Mon: had to take multiple breaks inbetween, and thats okay. I finished it, still burns a whole bunch, but at least it's done. I don't see a difference yet, but again I am horrendously flat. Tues: I did it but forgot to update lol it burned but not as bad as yesterday Wed: Skipped. Remember to take breaks when starting a new workout! (I did another new work out, the 5 minute hip one of lilly's)

Oh I did the rest of the workout and I forgot to update you😇So it went great and I got a pretty noticeable difference but I would recommend doing it for double the time for the best result😎

day 1 : as someone who is coming back to workouts it was so painful but i was proud of myself as i finished
day 2 : little bit easier, took some breaks but was good

As an ex ballerina dancer who also did pre point and a year of point I can confirm lots of these work you just have to put a lot of time into it when I quit after doing it for 8 years I was still in really good shape but over time I lost that so I do recommend these videos!

I'm gonna do this for a week starting today (sunday) and give results every day! I also want to add that im doing an 8 minute thigh workout after this with a 3 time break in between the workouts.
Sun: cant walk straight, almost cried and literally shaking (i have another workout to do and will be crying within the next 10 minutes)
Mon: had to take multiple breaks inbetween, and thats okay. I finished it, still burns a whole bunch, but at least it's done. I don't see a difference yet, but again I am horrendously flat.
Tues: I did it but forgot to update lol it burned but not as bad as yesterday
Wed: Skipped. Remember to take breaks when starting a new workout! (I did another new work out, the 5 minute hip one of lilly's)
