heyy!! i did this for about 2 weeks now, and I see big results! I paired this workout with her 5-min snatched waist workout, and my body now looks like an hourglass. My hips are finally even, AND I don't have hip dips anymore! From now on, i only trust lily with workouts 😅

Hey Hey, just a thing for everyone who does this workout more than just once..alway switch which side (left or right) starts the workout maybe start with the right side on day one and on day two with the left side. because I have been doing this workout out four days now and alway started with the left side..now the left booty muscle is growing fast and the right one isn't. Its normal to get tired throughout workouts so you obviously give it your all in the beginning and loose focus to the towards the end.. its just a tip for everyone who's starting this workout. And this workout really works perfectly and I'm so happy with the results! I will now start only on the right side so that I can build this Sind as well. Lots of love and you can do it!!
i’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks now and i can say i see some results :) they’re not huge but the results are mainly in how i feel, i can rlly feel the difference. i’m sure if i keep up with this for a few more months i’ll see major results!! reminder that even tho it’s intimidating that u may not see results fast, consistency is key!!! weather or not you continue to workout, you’re going to be in the same place in a few months. only difference being you looking the same as u do now and complaining abt it, or actually doing somthing abt it and havjng ur results
I have been doing this workout every other day for a month or so now. In my 40’s & trying to build back muscle. I love watching Lily because she is so beautiful, and well spoken. She feels authentic and real to me. Both gorgeous on the outside as hopefully as I see the inside. These workouts are GREAT for women who are larger women with curves and want to tone it all up to feel young and beautiful again! 🎉 I’ve shared this video with a lot of friends because I think they are super helpful, short, and fun, it has some “sexy” risk’ay music in the background, which makes it more great to do ALONE…in your living room, bedroom or wherever. 😊

I love how she always has a smile on her face it honestly really motivates me to keep going,I’ve been doing this workout for quite awhile now and trust me you’ll see a difference if you stay consistent with it,all bodies are different so on some people it may start to show later then others but best thing to do is stay active a lot AND DRINK WATER!!! I’m 15 btw :)

This workout has become my routine. It burns like hell. Initially it was hard for me to keep up all the exercise at once. So i used to take break. But with time i started getting strength. Ily Lily. You are an awesome trainer. Hopefully i will start seeing the results soon.
Same for me too. I've been doin this exercise for probably like 5 days and expecting to see results. But I can't see any visible changes yet. 😞 But I definitely feel something fleshy on my hipdips, dk if it's really something or is it just me (lol). Today my hips really were shaking cuz I've done the leg round thing and completed it for the first time. 😀
@thepinkpanthera after 2 weeks. Now I can say, I am able to see the visible changes in my butt. You must include appropriate protein in your diet along with this exercise. Remember that consistency is the key.

I’ve been doing this every other day (sometimes just once a week) for a year and have worked my way up from no band, to my heaviest band and it always burns, but my hips and booty have never looked better. I’ve always had hip dips my whole life and I can confidently say, this is the strongest (and hottest) my body has ever been. Post pregnancy no less. Lilly is the bombshell we all need in our lives. I would love an updated side booty floor routine but for now! I’ll stick with this as my religion.
ive been doing this for two weeks or so in total, not counting the ot her 7 or 8 days I skipped for other personal problems, but it has amazing results, very fast, Iv'e already allmost gotten rid of my hip dips. I plan to do this for another week or two, keep u updated on my results :) It's been a total of 2 weeks without doing any booty routine, ill start updating from today for the next 15 days. Day1: burned like hell, specially exercises 6 & 7, Iv'e allso realised that exercises 1, 2, 8 & 9 really work when u really lift ur waist so it doesen't touch the matt Day2: allmost gave up, and cried all the way through the routine bc of anxiety, but finally did it, it burned so bad Day3: wasn't going to do it, but still did it, it started to get easier Day4: i started to actually get motivated, allthogh it still burned Day5: its 23:00, i have to get up at 7:00 tomorrow, not the best hour to do it, but i couldn't just skip Day6: I did it twice this afternoon Day7: A week!!, i have very poor motivation, so for me this is a great achievement Day8: Had another anxiety relapse, not feeling great abt myself and i lost a lot of motivation, still found the energy to keep up the work in schedule and week planning. Day9: today i start with my evaluation exams, and combinedwith anxiety, not good, I still somehow managed to cheer myself up a bit. To anyone that is going through anxiety, poor self confidence, lack of motivation, etc, i know its difficult, but u can do it!! Day10: Just did the most complicated exam of the week, so thats some stress that i got rid of, i started to look for ways to motivate myself, and concluded that motivational sentences such as "every rich period comes after a dark and difficult one", and journaling my RESULTS, to concentrate in positive things. Day11: today's workout was so muchb easier than day 1, iv'e got to a point in wich this workout is like a game, the goal is to make it burn as much as possible, i'm allso handeling my anxiety a bit better. Day12: kinda same thing as yesterday, fun:) starting to loose that laziness that comes with the meet thought of working out Day13: practically finished my exams, so im happy, for the first time in a while now, feeli'n good today, its kinda late so workout was more complicated, but it was stil fun :)

this is my 3rd day of this and yes the first 2 days I wanted to give up but I read your comments and they encouraged me to keep trying, you said it had gotten better after the 3rd day and I can agree to that although it still burned it wasn't as intense as the first 2 days hopefully by Friday I can breeze through it without a break
I was so confident when I decided to do this yesterday after 2 weeks of working out and feeling stronger… i cried , i literally shed tears 😭😂😂 i felt my entire body burn , I definitely hated myself for allowing me to be this weak , “ Stop with the tears , wuss ! “😅😂 BUT ITS DEFINITELY ALL WORTH IT , 2 weeks of workin out has boosted my confidence, self esteem and Omg i feel so much better and stronger ! My clothes felt slighter around my waist and stomach and this motivates me and pushes me to work harder! I started doing this excersise for as long as I can remember and I have been seeing results I have been doing this 1week and some days and my booty had a rounder shape and look much better than how it was before! Omg muscles i never knew of were burning hard🔥🔥But will do this for two weeks ✅Day 1: I was literally screaming from the burn!! Hopefully gets easier..... ✅Day 2: Was a little bit easier- still hurt like hell ✅Day 3: It was surprisingly a lot easier!!-I recommend to do like a 10-20 min walk/jog before-not seeing much results yet thou (well obviously) ✅Day 4: Idk if I'm not trying as hard but it was a bit easier- went for an 1hr walk before so it really does help ✅Day 5: Kind of just the same as yesterday ✅Day 6: Oh god it doesn't get easier you just get stronger-since its getting near the halfway mark i might use a resistance band (a very weak one 😭) ✅Day 7: Was a bit harder today as i wasn't as motivated but still did it! - i definitely notice my hips filling out a bit but well see in another week!
Wow! I could barely finish this. I don't think I've ever worked out some of those muscles. Omg I'm addicted EDIT- I have done it for the last 2 days (twice a day). I can see a difference starting already in my butt, looking rounder and feeling juicier at the sides! It hurts a lot, i still have to stop a few times as i feel my bum cramping up. What a good workout. 👍

First of all I love laying down exercises,I don’t like squats because sometimes it increases my hip dips ,all I can say is that I super love this workout most especially because it’s all on the floor and still very effective

I am a male 62 and i started doing similar exercises in bed cause of low back & some hip inflammation and this type of exercises really make a difference for even a guy. So yes these are good for all females and males of all ages... If it is a burn,n,, keep doing them. 😊😊😊😊

I will write reviews that I hope will help you ! Currently my booty is 91 cm/36 inches but my hips look like a box and from back my booty has a rectangle shape which I don't like and I wanna change. Day 1:✅ the muscles under my hips were hurting when I finished but it made me feel "refresh" because I haven't trained in a long time. I also took a lot of breaks. Day 2 :❌ I took a rest day. Day 3 :✅ right after I finish, I see my hips look fuller for a short time and during the workout my shins were burning. Day 4 :✅ I took less breaks than the other days. Day 5 :✅ the exercises are a lot easier than when I start. Day 6 :❌ I took a rest day. Day 7 :✅ Day 8 :✅I didn't take any breaks! Day 9 :✅ Day 10 :✅ Day 11 :❌ I took a rest day but I walked and my booty still hurt. Day 12 :✅ Day 13 :❌ Day 14 :✅ After two weeks my butt has grown 1 cm and I don't see a big difference in my hips so I will continue this training until the result suits me. I'll also start another workout !
I do heavy weight lifting at the gym.. Romanian deadlifts.. Romanian split squats.. heavy weighted glute bridges.. 200x 2ft leg ups.. leg presses.. hip abductors.. and this literally KILLED my a$$.. gonna start adding this in everyday

I tried this workout and I'll give my update! Day 1: WOW that burns. I have been working out so the burn is kinda normal but this is a different kind of burnnnn! Day 2: It burns but it became a lot easier to me. I LOOOOVE THE BURN! Just finished for the first time and WOWWWW this burns like hell (that’s how you know it’s going to work) I didn’t give up really, I did stop on the second side for 3 seconds because my leg just fell down but I know I’ll get better and my form will improve a lot.
Day 2, last leg collapsed a couple times but I know it’ll get easier as I grow muscle! Other than that I think I did good. (Burns like hell once again)

I've stopped doing booty workouts for years since I was also trying to lose weight so it was a bit of useless to do so. I'm just restarting my workout journey again and so far this video seems to have the most positive comments so let me do this some weeks or months: Day1: I know I don't need a resistance band since my legs are too heavy to lift in the first place. I'll definitely feel this in my legs tomorrow 😂 Day2: Woke up with my hips really sore but my legs doin okay, so it seems like it's targeting the correct areas. Day 2 done and still had to stop several times coz it really burns lol. Day3: Done but why isn't it getting any easier 😂 Still really burns and still can't sleep comfortably on my sides coz they hurt but I can feel it's definitely working. Day4: Done! I stop at the 5sec mark and start at the 25sec mark to give myself a 10sec break. Really helped me instead of stopping halfway every new position coz it still burns even at the 4th day. Day5: 1 day rest coz I can no longer squeeze it in my schedule yesterday but was able to complete it today. Still doing the 10sec break per set. My sides are no longer sore though the work out still burns but not that much. Day6: Still doin the same routine as the prev days. Just wanna go through 2 wks of doin this once before doin 2 or 3 sets. Day7: Forgot to track but was able to finish yesterday. Day8: Reduced my breaks to 5secs and the burn is back! I thought I'm ready for resistance bands only to realize I haven't done this routine without breaks. Day9: Took a 2-day break coz I was too tired and on the next day I was swamped at work. Glad I was able to pick up again today. Still doin a 5-sec break in between. Day10: Had a family emergency so I was not able to track but was able to finish. Day11: Same as the previous day, I'm tracking all of these in 1 day. Day12: I actually took a 2-day break due to my workload and I just want to rest on a Sunday but I'm back again today 😂 Day13: Starting early, making sure I'll be able to finish today's set. Day14: Realizing that it should be my thighs lifting the weight not the toes directing. 😂 Day15: Just finished today's set, also started lifting the weight with my thighs instead of my toes directing the exercise.

heyy!! i did this for about 2 weeks now, and I see big results! I paired this workout with her 5-min snatched waist workout, and my body now looks like an hourglass. My hips are finally even, AND I don't have hip dips anymore! From now on, i only trust lily with workouts 😅

Hey Hey, just a thing for everyone who does this workout more than just once..alway switch which side (left or right) starts the workout maybe start with the right side on day one and on day two with the left side. because I have been doing this workout out four days now and alway started with the left side..now the left booty muscle is growing fast and the right one isn't. Its normal to get tired throughout workouts so you obviously give it your all in the beginning and loose focus to the towards the end.. its just a tip for everyone who's starting this workout. And this workout really works perfectly and I'm so happy with the results! I will now start only on the right side so that I can build this Sind as well. Lots of love and you can do it!!

I have been doing this workout every other day for a month or so now. In my 40’s & trying to build back muscle. I love watching Lily because she is so beautiful, and well spoken. She feels authentic and real to me. Both gorgeous on the outside as hopefully as I see the inside.

I love how she always has a smile on her face it honestly really motivates me to keep going,I’ve been doing this workout for quite awhile now and trust me you’ll see a difference if you stay consistent with it,all bodies are different so on some people it may start to show later then others but best thing to do is stay active a lot AND DRINK WATER!!! I’m 15 btw :)

This workout has become my routine. It burns like hell. Initially it was hard for me to keep up all the exercise at once. So i used to take break. But with time i started getting strength. Ily Lily. You are an awesome trainer. Hopefully i will start seeing the results soon.

I’ve been doing this every other day (sometimes just once a week) for a year and have worked my way up from no band, to my heaviest band and it always burns, but my hips and booty have never looked better. I’ve always had hip dips my whole life and I can confidently say, this is the strongest (and hottest) my body has ever been. Post pregnancy no less. Lilly is the bombshell we all need in our lives. I would love an updated side booty floor routine but for now! I’ll stick with this as my religion.
ive been doing this for two weeks or so in total, not counting the ot her 7 or 8 days I skipped for other personal problems, but it has amazing results, very fast, Iv'e already allmost gotten rid of my hip dips. I plan to do this for another week or two, keep u updated on my results :)
It's been a total of 2 weeks without doing any booty routine, ill start updating from today for the next 15 days.
Day1: burned like hell, specially exercises 6 & 7, Iv'e allso realised that exercises 1, 2, 8 & 9 really work when u really lift ur waist so it doesen't touch the matt
Day2: allmost gave up, and cried all the way through the routine bc of anxiety, but finally did it, it burned so bad
Day3: wasn't going to do it, but still did it, it started to get easier
Day4: i started to actually get motivated, allthogh it still burned
Day5: its 23:00, i have to get up at 7:00 tomorrow, not the best hour to do it, but i couldn't just skip
Day6: I did it twice this afternoon
Day7: A week!!, i have very poor motivation, so for me this is a great achievement
Day8: Had another anxiety relapse, not feeling great abt myself and i lost a lot of motivation, still found the energy to keep up the work in schedule and week planning.
Day9: today i start with my evaluation exams, and combinedwith anxiety, not good, I still somehow managed to cheer myself up a bit. To anyone that is going through anxiety, poor self confidence, lack of motivation, etc, i know its difficult, but u can do it!!
Day10: Just did the most complicated exam of the week, so thats some stress that i got rid of, i started to look for ways to motivate myself, and concluded that motivational sentences such as "every rich period comes after a dark and difficult one", and journaling my RESULTS, to concentrate in positive things.
Day11: today's workout was so muchb easier than day 1, iv'e got to a point in wich this workout is like a game, the goal is to make it burn as much as possible, i'm allso handeling my anxiety a bit better.
Day12: kinda same thing as yesterday, fun:) starting to loose that laziness that comes with the meet thought of working out
Day13: practically finished my exams, so im happy, for the first time in a while now, feeli'n good today, its kinda late so workout was more complicated, but it was stil fun :)

this is my 3rd day of this and yes the first 2 days I wanted to give up but I read your comments and they encouraged me to keep trying, you said it had gotten better after the 3rd day and I can agree to that although it still burned it wasn't as intense as the first 2 days hopefully by Friday I can breeze through it without a break
I was so confident when I decided to do this yesterday after 2 weeks of working out and feeling stronger… i cried , i literally shed tears 😭😂😂 i felt my entire body burn , I definitely hated myself for allowing me to be this weak , “ Stop with the tears , wuss ! “😅😂 BUT ITS DEFINITELY ALL WORTH IT , 2 weeks of workin out has boosted my confidence, self esteem and Omg i feel so much better and stronger ! I'm a little surprised that my thighs didn't get bigger, my hip dips are much less visible and over all I think this workout is really good!
I'm switching to a different workout routine for the next two weeks and I might be back to this later!

I do heavy weight lifting at the gym.. Romanian deadlifts.. Romanian split squats.. heavy weighted glute bridges.. 200x 2ft leg ups.. leg presses.. hip abductors.. and this literally KILLED my a$$.. gonna start adding this in everyday

🍑Day 1: couldn’t complete a full set for each workout, but I love the burn I felt on my side booty! I haven’t been able to target these muscles and it makes sense with how my glutes are shaped! I feel good about this and I’m looking forward to doing it again tomorrow! Will continue to record and do a video on the progress.

Love that this workout had traditional and new exercises! I’m working on holding my torso stable and my flexibility when bringing my leg forward👍 Booty cramped a couple of times but I stretched and kept going 😅

Been doing her hourglass workout for 6 months now, I notice amazing results. I’m going to start this one now and I’ll update it 2 weeks and then after I’ll update in 2 months.
Just finished for the first time and WOWWWW this burns like hell (that’s how you know it’s going to work) I didn’t give up really, I did stop on the second side for 3 seconds because my leg just fell down but I know I’ll get better and my form will improve a lot.
Day 2, last leg collapsed a couple times but I know it’ll get easier as I grow muscle! Other than that I think I did good. (Burns like hell once again)
Day 3, Today was really good. I didn’t take any breaks. That’s progress. Don’t give up.

I've stopped doing booty workouts for years since I was also trying to lose weight so it was a bit of useless to do so. I'm just restarting my workout journey again and so far this video seems to have the most positive comments so let me do this some weeks or months:
Day1: I know I don't need a resistance band since my legs are too heavy to lift in the first place. I'll definitely feel this in my legs tomorrow 😂
Day2: Woke up with my hips really sore but my legs doin okay, so it seems like it's targeting the correct areas. Day 2 done and still had to stop several times coz it really burns lol.
Day3: Done but why isn't it getting any easier 😂 Still really burns and still can't sleep comfortably on my sides coz they hurt but I can feel it's definitely working.
Day4: Done! I stop at the 5sec mark and start at the 25sec mark to give myself a 10sec break. Really helped me instead of stopping halfway every new position coz it still burns even at the 4th day.
Day5: 1 day rest coz I can no longer squeeze it in my schedule yesterday but was able to complete it today. Still doing the 10sec break per set. My sides are no longer sore though the work out still burns but not that much.
Day6: Still doin the same routine as the prev days. Just wanna go through 2 wks of doin this once before doin 2 or 3 sets.
Day7: Forgot to track but was able to finish yesterday.
Day8: Reduced my breaks to 5secs and the burn is back! I thought I'm ready for resistance bands only to realize I haven't done this routine without breaks.
Day9: Took a 2-day break coz I was too tired and on the next day I was swamped at work. Glad I was able to pick up again today. Still doin a 5-sec break in between.
Day10: Had a family emergency so I was not able to track but was able to finish.
Day11: Same as the previous day, I'm tracking all of these in 1 day.
Day12: I actually took a 2-day break due to my workload and I just want to rest on a Sunday but I'm back again today 😂
Day13: Starting early, making sure I'll be able to finish today's set.
Day14: Realizing that it should be my thighs lifting the weight not the toes directing. 😂
Day15: Just finished today's set, also started lifting the weight with my thighs instead of my toes directing the exercise.

I haven’t worked out in years! So going back to exercising is always hard and painful. I Started one of your belly fat workout today, it was easy to do, felt the burn for sure.
