I agree, this workout really brings out my side butt muscles and create a nice curve from the waist and hip as opposed to creating deeper dimples like some of the other workouts I have tried. Bless your heart for sharing such great butt workouts!

I love all of Pams workouts so much. They make me feel great afterwards, happy, and rewarded that I actually completed them! I can also REALLY feel it in my muscles when I do her workouts. (Especially the ab ones!) And even after just a few days of doing her workouts I’ve started to see definition in my ab muscles. So excited to see results in these as well.

After doing this my hips reaaaally hurt and my side booty was burning… felt great but am a little worried that my hips were hurting so much during the side lifts more than my side booty haha
I have exactly the same problem! My hip joints start hurting, especially in the fire hydrant movements. I don't think it is muscle pain because it lingers for some time after the excercise. Anyone has any tips for that? I don't mind pain but I don't want to hurt my joints...
@@marketanovotna9270 hi I am a certified fitness coach but of course no doctor. Here are just some ideas that might help. If you have pain then it means something isn't right. This can be wrong execution of the movement it also could be weak abdomen and back muscles. Make sure you keep your core tight and do the movements slow and controlled. Also VERY IMPORTANT stretch and take care of your muscles after the workout. Make sure you rest or even just have a day where you do deep stretching. If the pain doesn't go away I actually would see a doctor. Some moves are just not for every body this can also be caused through unbalance in the body etc. just be careful next time and check if you do the movement correctly and again stretch. I hope this helps. Not all pain is good pain.

Hi Pam! Thank you for this video: I injured my gluteus medius a few months ago while preparing a half-marathon, and I've been doing this workout regularly since then, and it definitely helped! My muscles are stronger now and can bring me much further without pain ;)
One of my go to vids and it works. I was already pretty blessed in the trunk but this helped tone to a new level for me and fast! I just kinda feel for my neighbors can only imagine what they think is going on over here with all the grunting, groaning and "oh god" noises that can be heard from over here as I attempt to complete this workout 🤣

✨WEEK 1✨
Day 1:✅ (I could feel the burn alot lol I only used resistance band for the fire hyrdants.)
Day 2:❎ (I didn't got time to do it so I took a rest day)
Day 3:✅ (Done this fully with resistance band took few breaks because it hurts so bad!)
Day 4:✅ (Didn't got alot of time today but still managed to do it)
Day 5: ✅ (I took few breaks with legpulses)
Day 6: ✅ (Already seeing rounder butt as result)
Day 7: ✅ (Done! My mom complimented my butt it looks greater than before)
Growth: 3 cm (1 inch)
Note: Let's start the next week good!:)
✨WEEK 2✨
Day 8: ✅ (It's been already a week and it still burns alot!)
Day 9:❎ (Rest day I have a test today so I'm going to take a break)
Day 10: ✅ (Did this with daisy keechs bubble butt)
Day 11: ✅ (This workout is still hard for me)
Day 12: ✅ (Done this in the morning!)
Day 13: ❎(Rest day I'm sick couldn't do it)
Day 14: ✅ (Yess I did it! The hurts so bad but it feels so good!)
Growth: 1cm
Note: I'm very skinny I don't gain alot of weight quick!
✨WEEK 3✨
Day 15: ✅ (The workout is getting easier for but it's still so hard!)
Day 16: ❎(Rest day I have an important sciencetest today so I didn't be able to do this)
Day 17: ✅ (Did this with her booty activition my booty shakes like hell!)
Day 18: ✅ (My butt shakes so bad!! it felt so soreeeehhhh)
Day 19: ✅ (Donee it’s looking amazing)
Day 20: ✅ (Felt so good after this!!!
Day 21: ✅(Yes finaly week is over!)
Growth: 0,5cm
Note: Isn't alot of progress... But I feel better after the workout so I'm already happy with that!

Day 23: ✅ (I feel so healthy and blessed! Got good grades too:)
Day 24: ✅ (Starting working out my arms too!)
Day 25: ❎ (I was so busy preparing for the next day didn't have time)
Day 26: ❎ (Going to Amsterdam today for a wedding don't have time for this!)
Day 27: ❎ (Didn't feel well)

Haven't measured this week but I can see difference!
Note: Took more rest days than planned. I got alot of tests and school is first:(.

I'm so happy with the journey my butt looks so different since I started y'all hyped me up I'm so gratfull for that I will def do this more often! Don't give up

I think this has GOT to be the absolute HARDEST Pam workout… it’s the only one I’ve done in the last two years that I’ve truly had to lower my legs on. An ouchy but a goody

After doing this my hips reaaaally hurt and my side booty was burning… felt great but am a little worried that my hips were hurting so much during the side lifts more than my side booty haha

I have exactly the same problem! My hip joints start hurting, especially in the fire hydrant movements. I don't think it is muscle pain because it lingers for some time after the excercise. Anyone has any tips for that? I don't mind pain but I don't want to hurt my joints...
@@marketanovotna9270 hi I am a certified fitness coach but of course no doctor. Here are just some ideas that might help. If you have pain then it means something isn't right. This can be wrong execution of the movement it also could be weak abdomen and back muscles. Make sure you keep your core tight and do the movements slow and controlled. Also VERY IMPORTANT stretch and take care of your muscles after the workout. Make sure you rest or even just have a day where you do deep stretching. If the pain doesn't go away I actually would see a doctor. Some moves are just not for every body this can also be caused through unbalance in the body etc. just be careful next time and check if you do the movement correctly and again stretch. I hope this helps. Not all pain is good pain.

Hi Pam! Thank you for this video: I injured my gluteus medius a few months ago while preparing a half-marathon, and I've been doing this workout regularly since then, and it definitely helped! My muscles are stronger now and can bring me much further without pain ;)

One of my go to vids and it works. I was already pretty blessed in the trunk but this helped tone to a new level for me and fast! I just kinda feel for my neighbors can only imagine what they think is going on over here with all the grunting, groaning and "oh god" noises that can be heard from over here as I attempt to complete this workout 🤣
Whoah 😲 During the slow mo lifts and diagonal movements, my legs were shaking as they never did before! Pretty sure I'll wake up with super sore legs and booty tomorrow morning and feel proud of myself😌

If anyone is wondering if this workout is effective, I think this proves it: the other day, my boyfriend, who doesn't know the specifics of my workouts, said “I always know when you're doing butt workouts because it gets bigger at the sides”

Okay wow - I honestly NEVER commented on a workout video before and I already did a lot ^^ but THIS ONE! hell yeah! I already did it once but I couldn't feel it. Today I tried again and yes I definitely felt it. And it was iiiiiintense. I was sweating, my legs and my booty were shaking. It was the best at home booty workout I did since I began. So good!
