She clearly explained on her website that 2 weeks results depends on your current body situation. 1 video won't give u results so she has programs where she recommends 3 to 4 video for each day. Doing only one video for 2 weeks doesn't work. Those single videos are part of her routine And also some people are using it but I'm not talking about them

Guys, dont arch your back. Squeeze the abs to prevent that and dont push too high because this will mess up your lower back. The exercises work too with a straight back, a hell good booty squeeze, without pushing them too high. I used to do this and my lower back felt soo hurt for a big piece of time So take care!

For someone who doesn't say a word in her videos there was a lot of directions and it was easy to follow! Having to watch hand movements for direction also helped me ignore the timer as my booty and thighs screamed for mercy.

Completing the workout until the one-leg bridges and holds is the most challenging thing. Once you’ve overcome it, the rest is pretty doable… though it remains such a challenging workout !! Thanks Pamela !!

for everyone who relates to this comment, a slightly more doable modification would be to cross the outstretched leg over the knee of the leg that's holding you up! pam does it temporarily in the video a couple times, and it's basically a less demanding one-leg bridge.

I used to work out with Pamela every day but life had other plans. I now go to the gym and work out with a trainer once a week. My wedding is coming up soon. When I heard I needed to lose weight and get rid of my cellulite my first thought, apart from dieting, was to start exercising regularly with Pamela. ❤️

@@emmasbs683 a little but not by just this workout. i do other activation and weighted glute workouts and do this as a finisher. i use 4kg weight for this one and my butt gets super swollen afterwards
@@emmasbs683 not exactly. your muscles swell when you work them hard due to microtears in them which heal eventually, so my butt looks the same but just swells when i work my glutes. you can try activation exercises before jumping into your glute routine while accomodating weights with this video, that way im sure you'll see some changes
If your back hurts during bridges- use a stronger resistance band! I didnt even realize I out grew my medium level band and that it was time to move on to the heaviest ! Helped with lower back pain I started getting while doing bridges.

Hi pam and everyone wanted to say that u helped me very much i started this year and did ur workouts and i burned fat on my belly! Just did 15 min boxing cardio and 12 min ed sheeran dance workout+ plank for 1 min x2 im so proud of myself!!!
I’m gonna try doing this consistently Day 1: 1:37 started shaking hard and had to take a break…I stopped to write this comment so now I’ll restart. 4:01 sweating balls… Second week: I saw results!!! I used to have some really deep hip dips and now it’s fuller. It’s not completely gone but it’s less noticeable. My butt is more plumped. Also there was no change to my diet except a couple of muscle milks every now and then. My diet usually consists of McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Popeyes, snacks and candy. Unhealthy I know please don’t blast me. I’m here for a good time not a long time 😂 I used to shake a lot and now it has decreased. My movements were more controlled.

Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I´m following dietarizee fat loss meal plan for three weeks now and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body 😊Great video Pamela, keep up the good work!!
Yeah you shouldn't need a special "diet" for your partner to like the way you look. Also, stop promoting weight loss plans. They don't work and they just make you feel like crap at the end of it all. Eat healthy, stay active, and you'll be happy. Diet culture needs to stop.
I've been doing this consistently for seven months now, 3-4 times a week combined with other workouts and weights added. Results are very good. Much more toned, can only recommend. Keep going it's worth it😊🏋️♀️
Pam this video is my favorite video among aaaaaall of the other videos for 4 reason: 1. the amazing view (i cant help not looking at the video bc of the view) 2. the amazing songs (i cant help not playing the video only to hear the songs) 3. your amazing outfit (you chose the best colors that also matches the view. beautiful!) 4. the actual exercises! (all on the mat, and no need to stand up. i love it!)
I broke down today, as to why should I do stupid exercises when other people are just... Blessed... I cried and cried and had to remind myself with the blessings I have, Never realised how mentally strong the people who exercise regularly.. 7th: done 8th: done 9th Sept: done 11th: I really didn't want to do it today, but I did, lil booty is shaking 12th: shaking 😭 15th : done 9 min
fun fact; the resistance band makes it harder, but not necessarily more effective because there is only more pressure on your ankels. Im not a professional but i have watched a very interesting video from a professional fitness choach, who explains that your booty muscle basically does the same work; with or without the band so don’t feel bad because if your goal is gaining muscle, then its really not a problem to leave away the boody band. You have do do the exercises properly tho. As Pamela always says; SQEEZE!

I have a 🥞 booty cuz of genetics and I have tried millions of booty workouts, and let me tell you this is the best one so far! 😊 (I highly recommend using a band, helps to put the “pressure” to your butt instead of ur thighs.)
Today is the first time I've done this workout with no rest whatsoever! (I've done it maybe ~10 times) I've got a very high resistance band so I'm really happy with this small achievement!
I've been using this as my booty activation for a week now. After a week I gain half an inch damn I'm so amazed and happy every pain are worth it. When I was starting out I only got that result after a month of following a program but now damn in just a week where I only workout for 5 days -4 days butt workout and 1 day for abs and upper workout. @@emmasbs683 hi! i do mary braun 20 min butt lift for a week after this, no actually more like 4 days if i remember it right and pam's booty burn or sometimes bubble butt and just stretches after.
@@emmasbs683 it grew half an inch in just a week. Just to add, I used hip bands and i think ate a lot during that week, maybe that helps too since my aim is to really gain since I'm kind of skinny. If you are just starting out, growing your glutes will be a lot easier.

I used to work out with Pamela every day but life had other plans. I now go to the gym and work out with a trainer once a week. My wedding is coming up soon. When I heard I needed to lose weight and get rid of my cellulite my first thought, apart from dieting, was to start exercising regularly with Pamela. ❤️

@@youngmikim2282 actually i lost overall fat and my booty after many years of train got a little bit bigger. But thanks to pamela I feel so much stronger. In order to make your muscles grow bigger you will need more time maybe even years and protein powder for sure. Good luck with your journey.

@@emmasbs683 a little but not by just this workout. i do other activation and weighted glute workouts and do this as a finisher. i use 4kg weight for this one and my butt gets super swollen afterwards

@@emmasbs683 not exactly. your muscles swell when you work them hard due to microtears in them which heal eventually, so my butt looks the same but just swells when i work my glutes. you can try activation exercises before jumping into your glute routine while accomodating weights with this video, that way im sure you'll see some changes
If your back hurts during bridges- use a stronger resistance band! I didnt even realize I out grew my medium level band and that it was time to move on to the heaviest ! Helped with lower back pain I started getting while doing bridges.

Day 1: 1:37 started shaking hard and had to take a break…I stopped to write this comment so now I’ll restart. 4:01 sweating balls…
Second week: I saw results!!! I used to have some really deep hip dips and now it’s fuller. It’s not completely gone but it’s less noticeable. My butt is more plumped. Also there was no change to my diet except a couple of muscle milks every now and then. My diet usually consists of McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Popeyes, snacks and candy. Unhealthy I know please don’t blast me. I’m here for a good time not a long time 😂
I used to shake a lot and now it has decreased. My movements were more controlled.

Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I´m following dietarizee fat loss meal plan for three weeks now and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body 😊Great video Pamela, keep up the good work!!

Yeah you shouldn't need a special "diet" for your partner to like the way you look. Also, stop promoting weight loss plans. They don't work and they just make you feel like crap at the end of it all. Eat healthy, stay active, and you'll be happy. Diet culture needs to stop.

I've been doing this consistently for seven months now, 3-4 times a week combined with other workouts and weights added. Results are very good. Much more toned, can only recommend.

Even without a resistance band, this workout is very tough for me. Can’t imagine if I used it tho ☠️💀
fun fact; the resistance band makes it harder, but not necessarily more effective because there is only more pressure on your ankels. Im not a professional but i have watched a very interesting video from a professional fitness choach, who explains that your booty muscle basically does the same work; with or without the band so don’t feel bad because if your goal is gaining muscle, then its really not a problem to leave away the boody band. You have do do the exercises properly tho. As Pamela always says; SQEEZE!

(I highly recommend using a band, helps to put the “pressure” to your butt instead of ur thighs.)

I've been using this as my booty activation for a week now. After a week I gain half an inch damn I'm so amazed and happy every pain are worth it. When I was starting out I only got that result after a month of following a program but now damn in just a week where I only workout for 5 days -4 days butt workout and 1 day for abs and upper workout. @@emmasbs683 hi! i do mary braun 20 min butt lift for a week after this, no actually more like 4 days if i remember it right and pam's booty burn or sometimes bubble butt and just stretches after.

@@emmasbs683 it grew half an inch in just a week. Just to add, I used hip bands and i think ate a lot during that week, maybe that helps too since my aim is to really gain since I'm kind of skinny. If you are just starting out, growing your glutes will be a lot easier.
