Whenever I meet people who workout with my videos & ask them which one they like most they ALWAYS say: "your Sixpack Workout!".
After 1.5 years it might be time for a new one then haha!
MY OPINION: burns even more, makes me sweat more and gives me such a good feeling in my abs! Maybe it's also because I'm not as "used" to this exercise combination yet. In any way: you should definitely give it a try :)

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you're used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed :) If you need a break tho - take it! Just don't quit!
The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

Ikr. First day I felt my tummy burning, hard to laugh or sneeze lol. I never had a workout that did that in just the first try! And under 15 mins, but I pushed myself to make it to day two! Glad I did!

To anyone who’s wondering…I’ve been doing this workout just about every day for 3 weeks (I think I didn’t for maybe 2 days) and I can relatively breeze through it now. Still difficult but I don’t stop the whole time. Definitely noticed a flatter and tighter stomach though I’m not going for looks as much as strength.
Stay committed and you’ll see results! There’s 1,440 minutes in a day. Spare 10 to this and it’ll be worth it!

Maybe When you are more used to do this workout you can drop to 1 break day but never 2 straight day it will be counterproductive

@@naomicampbell6778 Actually it felt like a relief to me, but I made sure I was doing everything right. I guess it's just different to everyone. It often feels easier when I do exercises that require movement, like bicycle crunch, instead of for example ab hold, where you just lie still.
I’ve been doing this workout for two years now and it’s my only ab workout! I have a pretty defined 6 pack now :) thank you Pam!!! Best workout on RUclips by far
If you add weight (even just a heavy water bottle in your hands or shoes that are heavy) youll get definition quicker
Hi! How often do you do this workout every day?
Started with 2,2 lbs on each ankle, can't wait to complete the session correctly
Guys seriously, DO THIS. If you want to get abs and get your core 10x stronger this workout is amazing. I spent months trying to figure out the best ab workout and this one after one month of 5x a week doing this workout I now have toned abs. Starting to become visible and I’m so proud of it. Keep reading if you want to know some tips I learned while doing this.
**do it slow. Seriously if you spend more time focusing on the exercise you will do less of them in the 30 seconds but you will see results faster
**try not to take breaks. This is the hardest part I know! It hurts so bad, but if you work on not taking breaks that’s what makes you burn and makes the exercises worth it
**be consistent. I know this is said a lot but it’s true, if I only had done this for 2 weeks I would have felt stronger but I dont think I would have seen much change.
**also I didn’t really change what I ate, I am pretty healthy but I did start eating a lot more protein since about 2 ish weeks later I started lifting.
YOU CAN DO THIS!! Just know it’s so worth it and you will feel so much stronger. ❤️❤️

I actually stopped doing this specific routine a few months after I posted this comment… Instead, I started doing hanging up circuits. Those helped tremendously (for example leg lifts or toe touches to the bar) I started learning to treat the abdominal muscles like any other muscle group where if you want them to be more visible, you need to train them with heavier weight in a progressive overload.
My abs are not as visible now (but they still are prominent if I flex) as I gained some weight this winter bulking for weightlifting, but my core is stronger than ever, and I know that once I lower my body fat percentage again my abs will be a lot more visible and prominent since I have strengthened the muscle doing those circuits. (After you do this video for a few months you will need to move to something harder on the body to continue making progress)
It’s important to remember that no matter what if you want visible abs, you will need a lower body fat percentage and there’s no magic way to do that other than pretty much a calorie deficit, but just having a strong core in itself can be very helpful with back pain and every day tasks (or weightlifting).

DAY 1: ✅ It was okay had to modify the workouts so I could do it more easily (like folding the leg a bit and all that) Completed the whole workout without any big breaks.

DAY 4: ✅ My belly still hurts from doing the workout for the first day

If your neck hurts, its because A) you are holding with you upper body (neck, head, chest) more than with your stomach. You really have to concentrate on pull in your abs when you lift your body.
And B) maybe this exercises are to hard for you ( I have really strong abs, and for me, this is quite challenching) so maybe you should modify some of them, and so little by little, you are going to start having stronger core :).

This is the only ab workout video I’ve used for 3+ years, and I have a defined core because of it. Pamela Reif single handedly gave me abs! If you try this for even five days a week, you’re going to notice a large, awesome difference in your core!

I have seen some people posting abt their progress on here so just thought I would share mine. I’m on day 10 today and you guys - it has gotten so much easier!! It’s definitely worth sticking to! Once I got to day 8 I was finally able to hold the hold before the plank without any break or support from my arms and feel super proud! I will start doing daily updates now bc it kinda feels like a little journal and diary and I’m excited to share my experience. Other than it feeling easier I have noticed definition and can now feel my abs when I feel my stomach! I do still have a slight layer of fat on my stomach but I have also lost some. Once I get rid of that layer I won’t only have useable abs but also visible abs! Another thing, - ik I’m rambling - I started doing this daily because I wanted to feel most confident in my body during my upcoming spring break trip to Florida but recently I have fallen into a habit and it actually bring me joy to do it. You got this, keep pushing! Share your progress too below!!
Day 11: still difficult to extend legs all the way down when doing exercises like leg lift or jack knives. Overall still doing good and sticking with it!
Day 12: much easier just had trouble getting myself to do it
Day 13: almost two weeks! Going strong
Day 14/15: missed yesterday(14) bc of a bday party so maybe it up today(15) - you’d be surprised at how missing one day would make it so much more difficult - still going tho!

YT Rainz yeah they are visible but keep in mind you also have to lose weight to see abs because belly fat is covering them, i went on a not very strict diet and it worked, litterly all you have to do is not eat fatty foods and use common sense on what your putting in your body

I've been doing this every day for 2 weeks now and it's my favorite ab workout ever! I literally wake up and crave this workout because it's the only workout that actually helps me wake up with a flatter, tighter stomach the next day. I've already lost an inch off my waist but I'm going to do this workout for a month and see what results I get.
I haven’t done workout for several months. This exercise really helps me get that toned-abs again faster than that one of Chloe Ting. However, if you want that hourglass shape, then i highly recommend the 2 weeks challenge of Chloe Ting. Plus, i have followed these challenges of Chloe since 4yrs ago and that makes me have a foundation to upgrade to a harder level workout like Pamela’s🌝

Starting my ab workout journey (for 30 days), I’ll document it all here! I’ll let you know how it goes! ;)
Day 1 ✅: I just finished, I feel refreshed, and I am excited to tone up! I can’t wait to see the results!
Day 2 ✅: I completed it after my HITT class at the gym, and I am feeling the BURN! I got this >:)
Day 3 ✅: DONE AND DONE! 3 days going strong, it’s becoming a habit LOL! Had a long day and almost broke my
streak but thank God I didn’t 💪🏼

Day 5 ✅: going strong!
day 6 ❌: couldn't fit it into my busy day and I'm disappointed omg (might extend my days to 31 just for the heck of it)

Starting this workout again 1/16/24! Have a little bit of a hormonal/mom tummy from PCOS and I’ve been a wee bit sad after my older sister passed away in a violent manner, so I have not been eating great.
Gained at least 30 lbs in the past year and my goal this year is to lose it and get myself back. To be confident in my body! We can all do this!! Don’t give up ❤

Try to do it in your oen pace and try to concentrate on your self not on her. She is a professional, some of us are more like beginners. Do it in your own pace and slow, after some days you will realize that it gets easier and easier and you'll be able to make the exercices faster💪🏻🔥🔥🔥:3. Well that's how I did it 🔥🔥but u got this💪🏻🔥🔥🔥

✅1 day: that was HARD, i took lots of 3-5 seconds breaks.
✅2 day: still hard, my abs hurt, but this time i could keep my legs in the air straight while laying on the floor🫣guess i’ve got little stronger?
✅3 day: INSANE, i did it
✅4 day: that was little hard, because i was fasting this day, but i did it! i guess i will add more workouts , cause i feel like i’m getting used to it 😙
✅5 day: i did stretching before the workout…also i did this workout little later after waking up and having breakfast, so it wasn’t easy at all
✅6 day: i was tired due to passing the standards for jumping, running, stretching, abs, push-ups and throwing equipment at the stadium(my muscles still hurt terribly), then ate A LOT and then I slept for 4 hours, but still did this workout!!! feels crazy
7 day: i didn't do the workout today because I have indigestion and have been feeling nauseous all day, also ALL my muscles are really sore. I feel like I've been beaten.
I decided that this workout is not suitable for me, since there are no breaks in it, and they are important☺️ bye-bye!
The more I follow her workouts the more I'm convinced she is actually a cyborg designed to be more powerful than humans.

Day 1 - im dead, no change ofc
Day 2- Got a little easy, (i added a couple of breaks) no change
Day 3- I see a slight change, not too much (no breaks this time)
Day 4- **Im also on a lil diet so I can see the change
Day 5- Going strong, it gets easier and Im not doing any breaks. I do notice a bit of a change in my abs and they asre slightly visible! Come back for the next day

Starting a 1 month consistency challenge! This belly fat must go🤣
Day 1: Did it without any breaks but also did simpler versions because my days it’s difficult. I haven’t worked out in 8 months due to back sprain and I’ve become sedentary in my movements.
Day 2: took a lot of breaks. Simplifies fewer exercises. The breaks were due to replying to texts as I worked out.
Day 3: I’m pretty sure I took a tiny bit more breaks and simplified some because I’m not superwoman! My body hurts so much from the other two days 😂. Will be better next time. I really can’t wait for me to give myself a rest day. That’s all for now folks
Day 4: (Happy new year!) skipped because I needed to recover
Day 5: insomnia was kicking my ass so I lacked energy all day! We’ll continue tomorrow!💕
