This routine starts with a concentrated and slow exercises: for lower abs, upper abs & side abs. We will continue with plank movements to increase our overall core strength and finish off with some high intensity exercises.. to break a little sweat!
I really hope you like this one :) .. because I definitely LOVE this new routine. It’s super challenging!
▸ I burned 85kcal in those 15min! That's more than I do for the other ab routines.
If you are taller or heavier than me (I'm 163cm), you will for sure burn more calories!

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you're used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed :) If you need a break tho - take it! Just don't quit!

the first couple of minutes BURN LIKE HELL - I know 😂 but it gets easier as soon the planks start.
By the way: why were you guys always complaining about Jack Knife (aka. Pam Knife) .. I think the Starfish is WAY harder!

My neck has better abs then my sixpack
If your neck is hurting you're doing it wrong. You've got to really use your abdominal muscles to control your movements not your neck. If your just using your neck to lift your head, your abs won't get any bigger or better. You've got to use your abdominal muscles to lift you're entire upper body. Not using your neck. Don't worry, my neck hurt when i started too but I eventually learned the proper form and you will too one day. Now when I do these workouts my abs hurt a lot more and my neck hurts a lot less. Which means I've improved on my form.

This workout WORKS!! i have been doing this for 3 months now and my waist is so snatched but also my core is so strong. Ive tried to mix it up with other ab workouts but i always come back to this one because it really is the perfect ab workout. Keep going and stick to this, the results are amazing.

@@Sophia-cb9vg I haven’t but that’s only because i have been distracted with studies. But when I was doing it everyday my abs were starting to form and there defined. If I had dedicated weighting into this I would of seen faster results.

i have been doing pams workout for 18 weeks, yes im on 18 week, and just today I was able to do the full workout without any pause and im so proud of myself for having improved on it and about my progress.
so dont feel bad or leave it bc you cant do it or you think its very hard. everything takes its time, so dont hurry it and enjoy the progress

The only thing that would cause waist expansion is most likely adding muscle. If you don't use weights when doing ab workouts, you will only lose inches, not gain any, because there's no weight to build muscle. Same rule for everywhere else in your body.

I was using my neck until I realised I wasn't trying to get abs there. Just use your abs to fold your body and you should be k.

This is by far the best workout for ABS ever, I have a tummy that months ago I considered impossible just because my body “wasn’t built like that”. LADIES DO IT THREE DAYS A WEEK AND YOU WILL SEE

I must say Pamela has the HARDEST MOST INTENSE workouts I’ve seen on RUclips. Like there are almost no breaks between exercises. And at the end, it looks like as if she just walked her dog

Kinda late, but i gotta say Pamela made me love planks cause they feel like a break haha
When I did this for the first time back in May, I started crying halfway through and felt like I couldn't finish it. I haven't done it since then until today and now I was able to finish it without any breaks and it didn't feel long at all!
I was doing the elbow plank....without knowing it was the last exercise....and I kneeled on the floor waiting for the next exercise, then i followed Pamela and waved at the phone thinking that it was the next exercise..

I LOVE the fact that she doesnt talk at all, sometimes it's really annoying when your training with other videos and the coach or whoever it's directing the excercises wont stop yelling at you to work harder when you're already dying .... but here it's just the music doing the motivation by itself and I really appreciate that

i already have abs and i’ve been doing many different work out to main tain them. this one was perfect for when you wanna do something everyday quickly before school or work or whatever. I can do it on the first day with Pamela but that’s because hard work pays of. Everyone here motivates me and u just want to tell everyone that you can reach your dreams not only to prove to other people that you can but to prove yourself wrong 🤍 never give up, I promise it’s worth it. You get one life, one choice to make a goal you want to achieve and succeed ❤️ we’re all in it together!

Male here, always considered my abs to be pretty strong. Saw Pamela and was like "pffft it's just a girly abs workout". Boy, was I wrong. Started struggling within the first 4min. PAMELA, YOU THE GIRL! Put me in my place.
Mate I was in exactly your frame of mind 7 months ago when my daughter introduced me to her daily Pam workouts. 7 months later I have never been in such good shape and these workout plans that my daughter gets from insta, 20 minute HIIT and jump rope I now have definition and visible abs for the first time in my life. Pam you a legend mate!

If your neck hurts, please take a 15 second break between each movement. Cause you core strength is not strong enough, your neck is trying to help so take some breaks so you don’t hurt your neck that much. Your core will be strong enough one day to do them without breaks. Good luck

Terisana Meikam at first when I started my weight loss journey my neck hurt more then anything but that’s because your not using your core or your not strong enough yet to use your core breath in and out and when you let all the air out suck in and you should feel the burn when your working out do that but keep breathing it really works

For mountain climbers you don't use your arms that much. When you use your arms you do it wrong. When you hold your arms in the right position you only use your belly muscles and don't need your arm muscles. When you need your arm muscles you do it wrong and have the wrong position of your shoulders over your arms.
The only hard part is the video's last 15 minutes.

try slightly bending your back, like you're trying to do a cat cow pose, that's when I definitely feel my abs more. Hope this helps!

Make sure your arms are directly under your shoulders, your entire core is engaged as well as your glutes. Meaning your core and glutes should be tight, to help hold your body weight. A lot of people may think they are doing planks but they are not doing planks properly which can lead to shoulder injuries and it really defeats the purpose of building your 6 pack.

Nice reminder. I think the video she post is so great but the music and sometimes her intimidating good looks regarding low belly fat makes me kind of not want to to follow her but rather Chloe since she look more normal and is also very strong and says motivating stuff. Sometimes Pam has just the over the top both sex appeal and beuty to make me feel comfortable just trying to follow her work out since i feel it is unrealistic that i could acheive such figure.

Okay guys, if you're reading comment section just to see if it is working: YES, IT IS. I've been doing this workout since the moment she posted it (for like a month) and yes, I have a sixpack right now. But before I was already slim, and now I can see segments. Keep working

Focus on always using your abs. I struggle with my arms, but honestly, I like training as many muscles as possible at once lol.
Think about that mind-muscle connection everybody is always talking about
It really works if you focus on your abs and think about only using them
I think it is becuz your arms are not strong enough to support yourself. I had those problems at past too but it is better now! As long as you exercise , you will feel you are able to support yourself!

For anyone wondering if this workout works I can assure you it does! I’ve been doing it since October around 3 times a week and have noticed a huge difference! I never comment on anything but just felt like letting everyone know to stick with it and you’ll see/feel the results!

For everyone who want to know how effective it is
1. I started her workouts two months ago. Before I used to follow Emi Wong. But then her workouts weren't that effective so I started looking for something new. Pam's workouts seemed like hell😓 for me in the beginning . But slowly everything got in pace.
2. I couldn't do side plank lifts at all . Couldn't even lift myself. ( not at all because I was fat) now I can hold it for a long time.
3. My core has become very strong. I can do 200 crunches at a stretch
Pam's first half of every workout is tougher , and it gets easier as time passes.

Honestly I prefer ethier Pam or Bailey Brown. With the Chloe ones I couldn't stand the constant up and down. Like 2 exercises on the mat, and then immediately hop up within 5 seconds to like mountain climbers. Always made me feel so defeated.. wasn't a fan
