I have the hardest time doing planks. I remember those from playing basketball in high school. I didn't get along with planks then and I apparently still don't get along with them lol.
Yepp it was easier 😂 took me 6 months ..but now I can hold for 90 sec easily 😊 (no need to push hard ... everyone has a different timing) It may take someone 3 months or even 3 years too 😊 so.. keep fighting 💪🏻 you got it gurl ❤️🔥❤️🔥
But many people doesnt know the proper way to enganging the abs, theres so many comment their neck is hurting. She should tell how to enganging the abs at least
Okay lets give this a go for 30 days: ✅ Day 1: Wanted to quit half-way but I stuck to it and did it. Will see how my abs feel tomorrow. :D Also did before pics of my body, so I could compare. ✅ Day 2: Was quite motivated to do it today. Felt my abs from yesterday's practice. Good burn today. Till tomorrow! ✅ Day 3: It was a little more difficult to find the motivation today, but I did it! Thank you for those 2 likes ;) ✅ Day 4: 7 likes - thanks everyone! Did this literally before bedtime - cannot miss a day! Good burn, not so much sweat anymore. ✅ Day 5: Did it first thing in the morning, oh boy I am not a morning person :D. Did fast mountain climber instead of slow. Also trying to make the rest times shorter. ✅ Day 6: Done and dusted! Btw I do this workout on my kitchen floor on a rug, so there really are no excuses. ✅ Day 7: ONE WEEK DONE! Exercises are getting a lot easier. Thank you for the support - 17 likes! ✅ Day 8: You already guessed it, day 8 done! Cannot stop now, I wouldn't let only myself down but all of you who are supporting me! Massive thanks! ✅ Day 9: I keep completing this exercise in the mornings now just to be 100% sure it's done. Cold shower and nice breakfast are the rewards ;) ✅ Day 10: I guess it is time for a little update. No abs are visibly showing, but we cannot expect this in just 10 days. I do however have this lower belly fat or pooch or whatever it is called. Will see if the 30 days will make an effect on it. Overall I feel much more stronger and I can do these exercises more and more meaningfully - holding the core strong/activated etc. I am super proud of myself for being able to keep up with it so far. Documenting my days here also helps a lot! ✅ Day 11: Done, done, done. I am transitioning from one exercise to another way faster now so the resting times are minimal. During the last plank I was shaking :D ✅ Day 12: I have had this intense lower belly pain for 2 days now (nothing to do with the exercising just lady things), but I feel like taking a break might kill this good streak that I have going on. So I keep pushing forward. ✅ Day 13: It's almost midnight, but I did it. I'm super proud of myself. Despite the hot temperatures and still the same pain as yesterday I was still able to come and finish this. ✅ Day 14: Done :) ✅ Day 15: Half of this challenge done! Cannot believe, I feel so much stronger! And that is a powerful feeling. ✅ Day 16: Been leaving this workout for the end of the day these past couple of days, that’s not really good. ✅ Day 17: Did it first thing in the morning, evening will be carefree now. 85 likes - thank you all for keeping me accountable. ✅ Day 18: Didn’t take any rest time, goood burn. Heart rate went up. ❌ Day 19: I was out of town so I wasn't able to do the workout - very very bad. ✅ Day 20: Did the workout without any brakes. Gashh I feel strongg. 2/3 done already. ✅ Day 21: No pauses, I am shakingg. Honestly I am excited about doing some harder exercises/videos. ✅ Day 22: 104 likes - unbelievable, I never would have thought that so many people would be here to support me. It’s past 1 at night but here I am doing this workout because I wouldn’t sleep in peace otherwise. ❌ Day 23: Had a busy day but that’s no excuse. ✅ Day 24: Completed it with no pauses. I should also start working on my arms’ strength. ✅ Day 25: Done and dusted. No problem going through this video without taking any brakes. ✅ Day 26: Done, it has become quite easy by now. JOINED THE GYM! Doing these exercises gave such a good base, I feel so strong and powerful in the group workout sessions! To everyone thinking of doing this - I definitely recommend! You will feel unstoppable!

i’ve been doing this for almost three weeks now, only resting on weekends. my stomach/ab area is noticeably flatter and i’ve dropped five pounds. you can do it!! it gets easier!! remember, this isn’t a punishment for yourself. this is self love and helping your body be the best it can be. you got this. stay strong❤.
@@Gsr3096nope! i do already eat generally healthy though. if you aren’t eating healthy i’d recommend integrating lots of fruits and vegetables into your diet, along with meat like chicken, fish, or steak (not fried in fatty oils)

To anyone who is trying to glow up, don’t give up. This is not a punishment to your body, it’s your love to it. I’ve been doing this exercise for 2 weeks, you do get stronger every day. I used to not be able to keep my legs straight in abs hold, it’s a piece of cake for me now
As someone how just started, im not even close to getting my legs to be straight in that position and legs were the part that actually burned the most after doing this twice. Im not giving up tho, back to it after resting a bit.
just did this workout for almost 2 weeks. I swear at first it’s really hard & i’m dying. But I keep practicing day by day and now it’s getting easier! Believe me it works. At the beginning of quarantine, I did this workout as a beginner, and let me tell you, IT WORKS. I saw results very quickly and now I am able to do Pamela's harder ab workouts now. But keep in mind everyone's bodies are different so you might get results quicker or slower than me. She has by far has the best ab workouts. Also remember to workout because you love your body and want to take care of it, not because you hate it :)
Hey! I'm going to do this workout for 2weeks Every morning with an empty stomach I'm going to update you how it goes weight: 54.7 kg Height: 5'4 Measurements: Waist: 27in / 68cm Hips: 35.5in / 91.5cm No diets I eat what I like to eat but I avoid over eating. I also do intermittent fasting 8/16 I haven't done workouts for about 2 months now the last one I did was Chloe ting's two week shred. I also have no physical activities and such due to online classes and community quarantine. I'm doing this to encourage myself and also to motivate everyone who wants to try this workout Day 1 I enjoyed the workout It's a lot easier and breathable than chloe ting's (no hates, I also love chloe ting's). I completed day 1 without struggle Day 2 My abs are sore due to the workout yesterday but still I manage to finish this workout. I did struggle a little bit because it hurts. T.T, My neck did sore this time Day 3 Yey day 3, abs are still sore, my neck kinda sore too, but I manage to finish the workout. Day 4 My body is getting used to the routine. My abs doesn't hurt as much as yesterday, didn't even sweat today. I've practiced doing it slowly but with the right posture so my neck does not hurt and give my abs the squeeze it needs. I still don't see visible changes but I feel a lot stronger than not working out Day 5 Today I had my monthly period, so I felt lazy, but, I motivated myself that I should do it and put inside my thought that it'll all be worth it once it's done. I did my day 5 and surprisingly, today was the easiest. My body is used to the routine so my abs doesn't sore anymore. Still seeing no visible results but I'm feeling way better. Day 6 I woke up really late today. Did my workout immediately because I still have online class to attend good thing it's just 10 mins. The workout was a lot easier. and I can feel my waist getting smaller and my abs getting leaner. YEHEY. 8 more days. Day 7 Skipped :< ughhh I had to run errands for the day and wasn't able to do a workout. Also, I started drinking black coffee Day 8 Done with Day 8, as a punishment for myself I had my coffee black today without any sugar nor honey. I also did my routine twice :> you got to do what you got to do for that fitness goal you have to achieve. I can feel my obliques showing. Day 9 Done with Day 9! surprisingly I got really exhausted with today's workout, considering it is my 9th day already. But I also concluded that maybe I got tired easily because I haven't slept well 2 days ago. Starting my day with my workout helps me a lot to boost my energy. 5 more days I really am excited for the results, although I'm not expecting much of a difference in just 2 weeks. Day 10 Done! Did it much earlier than usual today. Also I'm planning to add some of pamela reif routines because I don't sweat that much, but I want to finish this workout first within 2 weeks to see its effectiveness alone. Maybe I'll add them once 2 weeks is done Day 11 Skipped this workout but I did cardio, I decided to do cardio first before this routine but then I got too exhausted and dizzy so I had to skip T.T having a high intensity cardio before breaking your fast is not a good idea. Learn from my mistakes! Atleast have something to eat to boost your energy but not a full meal :) drink your energy drink or have one granola bar. 🤗 Day 12 Tried doing cardio again, ended up finishing this ab workout halfway only. I was so tired my legs are shaking and I cannot continue the other half. My endurance is still not that great. I hope I can complete a cardio and ab workout by tomorrow. Day 13 Done with the workout my body sores, because of the cardio I did yesterday I only did ab workout today.the only visible changes I can see is that my obliques are defining. Day 14 Last Day!! Done with my workout routine, I only did my ab workout. I'm so excited for this results: weight: 55 kg Measurements: Waist: 25.5in / 64.77cm Hips: 35.5in / 91.5cm WAHHH I love the results, although I did gain weight, maybe it's because I gained muscle mass. But my waist went from 27in to 25.5in with no diets at all. I'm going to continue this workout and if you want a weekly results please let me know. Thank you for your support :)

Heyy I'm going to do this workout every day for two weeks and see how it goes . Measurements (before) : - waist : 84cm - hips : 112cm . 1st day (June 9th 2020) : I almost gave up but I pushed myself to do it.. it was kinda hard and (for the first time) I really felt my abs (well, my belly) burning.. I couldn't do the hip raises because I'm too fat 😐 2nd day (June 10th 2020) : took a lot of breaks because it burned so bad.. my abs are so sore from yesterdays' workout 3rd day (June 11th 2020) : it still burns but it was easier to do.. I don't know if it's just me, but my stomach is kinda more flat.. btw thanks for the likes 😁 4th day (June 12th 2020) : it's even easier than yesterday haha.. but it still burns.. my mom started to notice that my stomach is a little bit more flat and I'm so excited to see how I'll look after these 2 weeks 😁 5th day (June 13th 2020) : rest day 😉 6th day (June 14th 2020) : today, I didn't really have the motivation to do the workout but I did it anyway.. and thank you so much for supporting me guys, it means a lot to me ❤️ 7th day (June 15th 2020) : it's been a week and I lost 0.5 kg/1 lbs without doing any diet (i ate what I wanted but I didn't overeat).. @@Tsion-13 I'd recommend checking out Naomi Kong's beginner ab workout. It's a set of just four simple moves that are actually achievable even if you don't have a strong core and there's plenty of rest breaks lol.

So I’m gonna keep a track of improvements Day 1: abs on fire, took breaks in between, out of breath Day 2: abs on fire, didn’t take too many breaks, a little out of breath Day 3: abs hurting, took one 15 second break, a little out of breath Day 4: abs hurting a lil, didn’t take any extra breaks, a little out of breath Day 5: abs don’t hurt but I’m tired(caught a cold), didn’t take any extra breaks, a little out of breath _~was sick for 2 days~_ Day 6: didn’t feel any ab pain, didn’t take extra breaks, not out of breath did the workout easily Day 7: same as day 6 Day 8: same as day 7 but felt more tired (periods are a bitch) Day 9: workout is easy for the most part now but my stomach is bloated af cause of periods Day 10: it feels much easier now I had fun doing it (: Day 11: it ended so soon- Day 12: my stomach looks much smaller Day 20(?): most of my tummy fat, gone✨ It’s been more than a month, I don’t have abs yet but my belly fat ain’t there anymore my tummy is flat I haven’t worked out for more than month because of exams and vacation...but I’m gonna start working out again from today :) Fuck exams. Okay I got this. I’m gonna make this work. Also I’ve opted to a full body workout twice a week along with this, I’m doing this one thrice a week, alternative days :)
Your workouts are supposed to feel hard. Not easy. That’s how muscles grow. And no, you don’t lose belly fat by doing ab workouts. You lose it by lifting weights and working muscles throughout your body.

I’m 12 & love this!! Everyone says I’m too young to work out, but I completely disagree. You can never be too young. If anyone else here is a kid, good for you!! & if you are Older, never stop moving! You only get old when you stop moving! Idk if anyone will see this but, keep going! 💙
If you already have a flat stomach then you see big changes after about 7-15 days this is great. Also if you need to take breaks dont feel discouraged because the people who make these videos have been doing this for years and on about the fourth day you dont need breaks anymore. Your amazing and Im so proud of anyone who tried this no matter how far they got or how many breaks they had. I love the workout community on youtube because we are all here for the same reasons and everyone is always so kind and supportive ❤️
i can confirm this! I don’t have a flat stomach but i do exercise regularly, roughly 2-3 times a week, but i NEVER trained abs. I started doing this workout 5 days ago, and although it’s only been 5 days, I started catching up at her rhythm (i used to do it at a slow pace) and didn’t take any breaks! So whoever is reading this comment, i assure you, what you work for will be worth it!
i can definitely confirm this i have a flat stomach and saw a teeny tiny result right after the first time i tried it! it definitely doesnt take months but just 2/3 weeks and maybe even days for some people!
@@ريماريما-ش7ب i had that problem too, but if it hurts on ur back and neck it’s because you’re doing it wrong. you’re supposed to pull yourself up with ur abs instead of ur upper body and neck! it’ll take time to get used to it
Hi, Pamela ~ I'm a 64-year young grandmother and just discovered your workouts. Love your short workouts with the timer! If I cannot do every rep, I will stretch until the next set appears while building strength and endurance. Great workout for any age!
Day 1: I was able to finish it but i took waaay more breaks than her between the exercises Day 2 : I took less breaks between exercises Day 3 : I was able to finish it without taking more breaks Day 4 : I did this set of exercises 2 times in a row without dying Day 5 : I had to rest Day 6 : Done it twice a day Day 7 : Already seeing a difference Day 8 : Done this twice + some extra workouts, i'm able to do even a 40 minutes workout now Sorry guys, forgot to update. So basically I just kept on doing this beside other workouts. I definetly see a difference! After 2 weeks I tried out some other abs workouts, more difficult than this, simply because I felt stronger. So yeah, this workout is 100% useful to get started, I can assure you that after the first week you will feel more motivated than ever. Just please don't give up the 1st or 2nd day! I promise you it gets easier everyday. Keep in mind that I'm not some sporty girl or anything, I'm exactly the opposite. I got into it because I was quarantine-bored and now, after seeing some results I can't go more than 2 days without workouts! :)

I have been doing this exercise since the year 2023. What I have noticed is no matter how regular you do this exercise, if you dont control your sugar and diet for dinner, you will still see your tummy growing especially for women who have given birth to child. Next, the plank causes skin darkening near elbow area..Then, I started to have knee pain. So i have already skipped plank and going to skip exercise that involves so much of knee movement. The good thing following this exercise is it helps to correct my posture, especially back bone. I feel im taller than before. I feel more fit near arms..
I really wanna start doing this more since the coronavirus is keeping everyone indoors so hopefully if people keep commenting I can keep it up Day 1: Check Day 2: Check Day 3: Check Day 4: Check Day 5: Rest Day ❤️ Day 6: Check! Do you know if this work out will make your waist bigger? I have some belly fat but I like my waist the way it is if that makes sense, I just wanna get rid of the belly fat
@@alyhavin I just recently started doing this so I havent seen any results yet I wouldn't know if it makes your waist bigger, but I'm pretty sure this will tone you right up all the other workouts I've done haven't made me this sore and my core is tight which tells me it's working

Hi guys, I wanted to say to anyone who wants to know about the results and if it really works, then YES. I do it almost a month twice a day, sometimes I took a break and sometimes I did it once a day, anyway I definitely see results, my stomach has become much flatter and I already have a start of six-pack (: As for food- I did not eat healthy, I ate Pizzas, burgers, and even desserts and in the end I still saw the change no matter how much I ate my stomach stayed flat with the start of six-pack. I believe that if I had eaten healthier, the results would have been faster Now- I do this twice a day + I started a diet, there is a certain exercise that I kept skipping because I was not able to do it .. THANK YOU SO MUCH PAMELA! YOU ARE AMAZING! ♥︎ sorry about my bad English:(

Results . Day 1 -it felt amazing ❤️. Loved the feel of burning ❤️,no sweating Day 2 it was a little harder but that's ok but not felt that burn . Day 3 - nice feeling ,but i dont have little abs also now 😂. But I will prefer to be patient . 😀 Not that hard today and I had a lot of junk food today I drank coke today ,last night and the day before last night. . Doing it again . Hi! I really feel insecure of my body. So I'm going to do this workout everyday for 1 month! Day 1: It was too hard for me. But I did it. I didn't give up. I hope I'll give some fats and have the body I dream of! Day 2: It was much easier now! I felt my abs (my fat tummy) burning 😭😭 I'm so proud of me! I hope I'll have a more healthy body after 28 days!
I've been doing this for a week now and I actually notice some progress! My stomach is flatter than it was when I started. It still burns when I do the workout so I know it is still working so yes everyone this one works! Update: within two weeks of doing this workout I have lost three pounds off of my stomach, I do this every day after school.

Day 1✅: feels like hell. it just feels like i’m doing every workout wrong and it doesn’t LOOK EASY. still coming back tmrw cuz im GETTING THESE ABS BRO. Day 2✅: that was super hard but it felt easier than yesterday so that’s a start. I took a lot of breaks so my goal for this week is to do the workouts for the full 30 seconds without falling onto the floor lol 😭. My abs literally felt on FIRE the whole time i’m not even exaggerating. I really enjoyed the pain though. It also went by super fast (way faster than yesterday lol) so im glad my body is adjusting to it this quickly! Good day! Day 5✅: ALMOST ONE WEEK YALL!! this gets easier and easier everyday- so thankful genuinely 🙏. did burn today so i’m not sure what was going on yesterday. Day 6✅: finished early and didn’t complete every workout- idk my body wasn’t feeling it but i got till the end and still tried out every workout! i’ll see yall tmrw it’s been a week!! honestly a really good workout for beginners - you should also watch out for your diet if you want better results. I do eat healthy but i have my moments. i got way leaner and my friends said it looked like i lost some weight! this wasn’t completely independent tho i also walked everyday and got around 10k steps in. like i said before, it also relies on your diet and i think that if i were to cut out all the foods i love ( i wont- just not interested in doing that rn) i would def see some more definition. It’ll just a lil longer for me to see results and im ok w that!!

Ok I'm gonna start doing it now every day and see what happens. I'm also going to limit my sugar intake to max 20 grams of added (unnatural) sugars. Day 1: I didn't finish it. I'm currently dead on the floor. Absolutely exhausted and probably not gonna get up in the next 10 minutes. Day 2: I nearly finished it once again I'm a dying fish. Day 3: I didn't do it cos I started my period and was already a dying fish without the workouts. Day 4 and 5: sorry y'all my period was killing me I promise I'll start again tomorrow. Day 6: I finished it but I'm exhausted now Day 7: Starting to find it a bit easier but I still struggle to finish it Day 8: I DID IT!!! My stomach is burning but I'm super proud of myself for finishing it.
If you're finding this hard, trust me after 3 or 4 days of doing this it gets easier I started this 3 days back and today I could do it much easier Day 1- hard my abs were on fire Day 2- same as day 1 Day 3- I could do all the workouts better than the last 2 days! shaking fr... day one complete. literally almost cried halfway through due to how difficult i found these workouts day two done!! still super duper hard goddd those planks had me DEAD and SHAKING but i pushed through day three: WHY DID THIS HURT MORE THAN YESTERDAY UGHHHH almost didnt finish... i can feel the hardness of my abs beneath my stomach fat though like genuinely woah day four: been doing this every morning so far and actually find myself looking forward to it despite the difficulty? still really hard, but not as bad as it was on day 1!! i find myself actually correcting my posture on some of the exercises and managing to do them correctly (day 1 ab holds were not straight... my flexibility has slightly improved so i am able to straighted my legs now) no visible results so far, but i dont expect that immediately :) day five: idk why but this was the hardest day yet for me... burnt so bad... whatevs!!! im gonna continue pushing thru day six: i didnt do this workout today and instead did a growwithjo as a break since my back was killing me day seven: done!!! i feel super good after this, definitely has increased my flexibility so far!! my stomach feels even harder than it did previously although of course there is still fat i feel incredible!! was so much easier today but still physically challenging. im actually noticing my waist has gotten a little smaller too day eight: ooofffff the workouts are getting easier but those PLANKS!!!! they still burn so baddd omgg 😭 done though!! day nine: its so hot today literally 36 degrees C but i managed to push through!!! extra exhausted after today due to the weather ughhh 😭😭literally had a spray bottle on standby for the end of my workout day ten!!!: its cooled down quite a bit, but wasnt feeling very motivated today. still finished though!! i have slimmed down a little, still fat lol, but wow i can really feel the hardness beneath it all now! im doing this workout along with an hourglass figure pilates workout and i think its going amazingly 🙂❤️its so cool to feel the difference when i complete this workout, as the exercises have become much more tolerable and my form has become a lot better too! day eleven: rlly low energy today, im exhausted...... only did half. ill probably return to this later today though because i really want to finish!

Okay lets give this a go for 30 days:
✅ Day 1: Wanted to quit half-way but I stuck to it and did it. Will see how my abs feel tomorrow. :D Also did before pics of my body, so I could compare.
✅ Day 2: Was quite motivated to do it today. Felt my abs from yesterday's practice. Good burn today. Till tomorrow!
✅ Day 3: It was a little more difficult to find the motivation today, but I did it! Thank you for those 2 likes ;)
✅ Day 4: 7 likes - thanks everyone! Did this literally before bedtime - cannot miss a day! Good burn, not so much sweat anymore.
✅ Day 5: Did it first thing in the morning, oh boy I am not a morning person :D. Did fast mountain climber instead of slow. Also trying to make the rest times shorter.
✅ Day 6: Done and dusted! Btw I do this workout on my kitchen floor on a rug, so there really are no excuses.
✅ Day 7: ONE WEEK DONE! Exercises are getting a lot easier. Thank you for the support - 17 likes!

✅ Day 10: I guess it is time for a little update. No abs are visibly showing, but we cannot expect this in just 10 days. I do however have this lower belly fat or pooch or whatever it is called. Will see if the 30 days will make an effect on it. Overall I feel much more stronger and I can do these exercises more and more meaningfully - holding the core strong/activated etc. I am super proud of myself for being able to keep up with it so far. Documenting my days here also helps a lot!
✅ Day 11: Done, done, done. I am transitioning from one exercise to another way faster now so the resting times are minimal. During the last plank I was shaking :D
✅ Day 12: I have had this intense lower belly pain for 2 days now (nothing to do with the exercising just lady things), but I feel like taking a break might kill this good streak that I have going on. So I keep pushing forward.
✅ Day 13: It's almost midnight, but I did it. I'm super proud of myself. Despite the hot temperatures and still the same pain as yesterday I was still able to come and finish this.
✅ Day 14: Done :)
✅ Day 15: Half of this challenge done! Cannot believe, I feel so much stronger! And that is a powerful feeling.
✅ Day 16: Been leaving this workout for the end of the day these past couple of days, that’s not really good.

@@Gsr3096nope! i do already eat generally healthy though. if you aren’t eating healthy i’d recommend integrating lots of fruits and vegetables into your diet, along with meat like chicken, fish, or steak (not fried in fatty oils)

At the beginning of quarantine, I did this workout as a beginner, and let me tell you, IT WORKS. I saw results very quickly and now I am able to do Pamela's harder ab workouts now. But keep in mind everyone's bodies are different so you might get results quicker or slower than me. She has by far has the best ab workouts. Also remember to workout because you love your body and want to take care of it, not because you hate it :)

I haven't done workouts for about 2 months now the last one I did was Chloe ting's two week shred.

I enjoyed the workout It's a lot easier and breathable than chloe ting's (no hates, I also love chloe ting's). I completed day 1 without struggle

My abs are sore due to the workout yesterday but still I manage to finish this workout. I did struggle a little bit because it hurts. T.T, My neck did sore this time

Yey day 3, abs are still sore, my neck kinda sore too, but I manage to finish the workout.
Day 4
My body is getting used to the routine. My abs doesn't hurt as much as yesterday, didn't even sweat today. I've practiced doing it slowly but with the right posture so my neck does not hurt and give my abs the squeeze it needs. I still don't see visible changes but I feel a lot stronger than not working out
Day 5
Today I had my monthly period, so I felt lazy, but, I motivated myself that I should do it and put inside my thought that it'll all be worth it once it's done. I did my day 5 and surprisingly, today was the easiest. My body is used to the routine so my abs doesn't sore anymore. Still seeing no visible results but I'm feeling way better.
Day 6
I woke up really late today. Did my workout immediately because I still have online class to attend good thing it's just 10 mins. The workout was a lot easier. and I can feel my waist getting smaller and my abs getting leaner. YEHEY. 8 more days.
Day 7
Skipped :< ughhh I had to run errands for the day and wasn't able to do a workout. Also, I started drinking black coffee
Day 8
Done with Day 8, as a punishment for myself I had my coffee black today without any sugar nor honey. I also did my routine twice :> you got to do what you got to do for that fitness goal you have to achieve. I can feel my obliques showing.
Day 9
Done with Day 9! surprisingly I got really exhausted with today's workout, considering it is my 9th day already. But I also concluded that maybe I got tired easily because I haven't slept well 2 days ago. Starting my day with my workout helps me a lot to boost my energy. 5 more days I really am excited for the results, although I'm not expecting much of a difference in just 2 weeks.
Day 10
Done! Did it much earlier than usual today. Also I'm planning to add some of pamela reif routines because I don't sweat that much, but I want to finish this workout first within 2 weeks to see its effectiveness alone. Maybe I'll add them once 2 weeks is done
Day 11
Skipped this workout but I did cardio, I decided to do cardio first before this routine but then I got too exhausted and dizzy so I had to skip T.T having a high intensity cardio before breaking your fast is not a good idea. Learn from my mistakes! Atleast have something to eat to boost your energy but not a full meal :) drink your energy drink or have one granola bar. 🤗
Day 12
Tried doing cardio again, ended up finishing this ab workout halfway only. I was so tired my legs are shaking and I cannot continue the other half. My endurance is still not that great. I hope I can complete a cardio and ab workout by tomorrow.
Day 13
Done with the workout my body sores, because of the cardio I did yesterday I only did ab workout today.the only visible changes I can see is that my obliques are defining.
Day 14
Last Day!! Done with my workout routine, I only did my ab workout. I'm so excited for this

WAHHH I love the results, although I did gain weight, maybe it's because I gained muscle mass. But my waist went from 27in to 25.5in with no diets at all. I'm going to continue this workout and if you want a weekly results please let me know. Thank you for your support :)

1st day (June 9th 2020) : I almost gave up but I pushed myself to do it.. it was kinda hard and (for the first time) I really felt my abs (well, my belly) burning.. I couldn't do the hip raises because I'm too fat 😐
2nd day (June 10th 2020) : took a lot of breaks because it burned so bad.. my abs are so sore from yesterdays' workout
3rd day (June 11th 2020) : it still burns but it was easier to do.. I don't know if it's just me, but my stomach is kinda more flat.. btw thanks for the likes 😁
4th day (June 12th 2020) : it's even easier than yesterday haha.. but it still burns.. my mom started to notice that my stomach is a little bit more flat and I'm so excited to see how I'll look after these 2 weeks 😁
5th day (June 13th 2020) : rest day 😉
6th day (June 14th 2020) : today, I didn't really have the motivation to do the workout but I did it anyway.. and thank you so much for supporting me guys, it means a lot to me ❤️
7th day (June 15th 2020) : it's been a week and I lost 0.5 kg/1 lbs without doing any diet (i ate what I wanted but I didn't overeat).. I'm so happy with the results so far 😁
8th day (June 16th 2020) : sooo I'm doing this at almost 10pm 😅 but it's fine.. I feel I'm getting better at this.. I finally did the entire workout without extra rests and I did all the exercises correctly (well, I think I did so).. anyway, I want to thank you all for your support, I love you so much ❤️ and remember : "No pain, no gain" 😉

11th day (June 19th 2020) : done 😉 soo yesterday I was at the beach with one of my mum's friend and she said "Wow you lost so much weight! Your stomach is so flat" and I was so happy that someone noticed my hard work 😁

Now my belly is more flat and I regained confidence in myself. When I went to the beach, some friends of mine told me that my belly is so flat and they asked me if they can have the workout I did 😁
It's a big difference for me. I'm so happy and I recommend this workout for everyone who wants to get rid of their belly.

If you already have a flat stomach then you see big changes after about 7-15 days this is great. Also if you need to take breaks dont feel discouraged because the people who make these videos have been doing this for years and on about the fourth day you dont need breaks anymore. Your amazing and Im so proud of anyone who tried this no matter how far they got or how many breaks they had. I love the workout community on youtube because we are all here for the same reasons and everyone is always so kind and supportive ❤️

i can confirm this! I don’t have a flat stomach but i do exercise regularly, roughly 2-3 times a week, but i NEVER trained abs. I started doing this workout 5 days ago, and although it’s only been 5 days, I started catching up at her rhythm (i used to do it at a slow pace) and didn’t take any breaks! So whoever is reading this comment, i assure you, what you work for will be worth it!
i can definitely confirm this i have a flat stomach and saw a teeny tiny result right after the first time i tried it! it definitely doesnt take months but just 2/3 weeks and maybe even days for some people!
My only problem is when I do this workout my neck and back of my head hurt me 😢

Day 2 : I took less breaks between exercises
Day 3 : I was able to finish it without taking more breaks
Day 4 : I did this set of exercises 2 times in a row without dying
Day 5 : I had to rest
Day 6 : Done it twice a day
Day 7 : Already seeing a difference
Day 8 : Done this twice + some extra workouts, i'm able to do even a 40 minutes workout now
Sorry guys, forgot to update. So basically I just kept on doing this beside other workouts. I definetly see a difference! After 2 weeks I tried out some other abs workouts, more difficult than this, simply because I felt stronger. So yeah, this workout is 100% useful to get started, I can assure you that after the first week you will feel more motivated than ever. Just please don't give up the 1st or 2nd day! I promise you it gets easier everyday. Keep in mind that I'm not some sporty girl or anything, I'm exactly the opposite. I got into it because I was quarantine-bored and now, after seeing some results I can't go more than 2 days without workouts! :)

I have been doing this exercise since the year 2023. What I have noticed is no matter how regular you do this exercise, if you dont control your sugar and diet for dinner, you will still see your tummy growing especially for women who have given birth to child. Next, the plank causes skin darkening near elbow area..Then, I started to have knee pain. So i have already skipped plank and going to skip exercise that involves so much of knee movement. The good thing following this exercise is it helps to correct my posture, especially back bone. I feel im taller than before. I feel more fit near arms..

As for food- I did not eat healthy, I ate Pizzas, burgers, and even desserts and in the end I still saw the
change no matter how much I ate my stomach stayed flat with the start of six-pack.
I believe that if I had eaten healthier, the results would have been faster
Now- I do this twice a day + I started a diet,
there is a certain exercise that I kept skipping because I was not able to do it

Hi! I really feel insecure of my body. So I'm going to do this workout everyday for 1 month!
Day 1: It was too hard for me. But I did it. I didn't give up. I hope I'll give some fats and have the body I dream of!

I've been doing this for a week now and I actually notice some progress! My stomach is flatter than it was when I started. It still burns when I do the workout so I know it is still working so yes everyone this one works!
Update: within two weeks of doing this workout I have lost three pounds off of my stomach, I do this every day after school.

Day 1✅: feels like hell. it just feels like i’m doing every workout wrong and it doesn’t LOOK EASY. still coming back tmrw cuz im GETTING THESE ABS BRO.
Day 2✅: that was super hard but it felt easier than yesterday so that’s a start. I took a lot of breaks so my goal for this week is to do the workouts for the full 30 seconds without falling onto the floor lol 😭. My abs literally felt on FIRE the whole time i’m not even exaggerating. I really enjoyed the pain though. It also went by super fast (way faster than yesterday lol) so im glad my body is adjusting to it this quickly! Good workout i’ll see yall tmrw 🙌🙌
Day 3✅: GOT IT DONE!! my abs were burning all day yesterday even after the workout and i’m not sure that’s a good thing but the workout felt super easy today but i also fell onto the floor a little more than i would’ve preferred lol😭. We did it- i’ll see yall tmrw 😜😜
Day 4✅: Nothing burned- nothing hurt so it was kinda boring? idk guys im not sure im doing the workouts right cuz it literally felt like i was doing nothing and i wanted to feel atleast some pain while working out so i cut some of the workouts short bc of how confused i was. tmrw ill try to figure out what i got wrong and complete the workout strong! Day 5✅: ALMOST ONE WEEK YALL!! this gets easier and easier everyday- so thankful genuinely 🙏. did burn today so i’m not sure what was going on yesterday. Overall- really great. see yall tmrw !!
Day 6✅: finished early and didn’t complete every workout- idk my body wasn’t feeling it but i got till the end and still tried out every workout! i’ll see yall tmrw it’s been a week!!
Day 7✅: ONE WEEK DONE WHOOOOOOOO!!! went way faster than i expected and it made me realize how important consistency is! so so happy to have made it to day 7 and overall it went by super quick! However, there are a few workouts i still haven’t perfected. i’m gonna write them down here and work to improve at them for the rest of this challenge.

honestly a really good workout for beginners - you should also watch out for your diet if you want better results. I do eat healthy but i have my moments. i got way leaner and my friends said it looked like i lost some weight! this wasn’t completely independent tho i also walked everyday and got around 10k steps in. like i said before, it also relies on your diet and i think that if i were to cut out all the foods i love ( i wont- just not interested in doing that rn) i would def see some more definition. It’ll just a lil longer for me to see results and im ok w that!!

Day 1: I didn't finish it. I'm currently dead on the floor. Absolutely exhausted and probably not gonna get up in the next 10 minutes.
Day 2: I nearly finished it once again I'm a dying fish.
Day 3: I didn't do it cos I started my period and was already a dying fish without the workouts.
Day 4 and 5: sorry y'all my period was killing me I promise I'll start again tomorrow.

Day 1- hard my abs were on fire
Day 2- same as day 1
Day 3- I could do all the workouts better than the last 2 days!
Day 4 - same as day 3 and I lost 0.4 kgs
Day 5 - ✅ I can see the ab line slightly coming

I was sick for 3 days

shaking fr... day one complete. literally almost cried halfway through due to how difficult i found these workouts
day two done!! still super duper hard goddd those planks had me DEAD and SHAKING but i pushed through
day three: WHY DID THIS HURT MORE THAN YESTERDAY UGHHHH almost didnt finish... i can feel the hardness of my abs beneath my stomach fat though like genuinely woah
day four: been doing this every morning so far and actually find myself looking forward to it despite the difficulty? still really hard, but not as bad as it was on day 1!! i find myself actually correcting my posture on some of the exercises and managing to do them correctly (day 1 ab holds were not straight... my flexibility has slightly improved so i am able to straighted my legs now) no visible results so far, but i dont expect that immediately :)
day five: idk why but this was the hardest day yet for me... burnt so bad... whatevs!!! im gonna continue pushing thru
day six: i didnt do this workout today and instead did a growwithjo as a break since my back was killing me
day seven: done!!! i feel super good after this, definitely has increased my flexibility so far!! my stomach feels even harder than it did previously although of course there is still fat i feel incredible!! was so much easier today but still physically challenging. im actually noticing my waist has gotten a little smaller too
day eight: ooofffff the workouts are getting easier but those PLANKS!!!! they still burn so baddd omgg 😭 done though!!
day nine: its so hot today literally 36 degrees C but i managed to push through!!! extra exhausted after today due to the weather ughhh 😭😭literally had a spray bottle on standby for the end of my workout
day ten!!!: its cooled down quite a bit, but wasnt feeling very motivated today. still finished though!! i have slimmed down a little, still fat lol, but wow i can really feel the hardness beneath it all now! im doing this workout along with an hourglass figure pilates workout and i think its going amazingly 🙂❤️its so cool to feel the difference when i complete this workout, as the exercises have become much more tolerable and my form has become a lot better too!
day eleven: rlly low energy today, im exhausted...... only did half. ill probably return to this later today though because i really want to finish!

Could you please describe the results you have gotten, it might help with motivation. I've done this workout twice.... well I paused at spider planks and still need to do them, but last time I couldn't do most things and this time I'm powering through.
