Week 1: ✅ Hi so I’ve doing this workout consistently for 8 days by now and as expected I’m not seeing gigantic results yet, but my legs are definitely a little bit slimmer if I’m not just imagining things. I’ll stick with it for another week and update you afterwards 🙏 Week 2: (✅) Hi again, I have decided to alternate this workout with another inner thigh workout every other week and here is why -> after those first 8 days my muscles got used to the movement, so it didn’t feel as effective anymore. So the 2 week I did the inner and outer thigh model workout from Nina Dapper, just to let my thighs forget this workout for a bit. Now I’ll resume the Lilly Workout ❤

Feeling motivated!❤ Day 3: Getting better and closer to my goal. Day 4: When I started, my left thigh used to make cracked sound. Its gone!! Thighs are tired yet motivated Day 5: I used to make a peak out of my resting leg. Today I followed the exact position. Ngl it hurts!! My legs are burning more than it was in day 1 😂 Day 6: Did it just now, after my gym class. Legs are tired and burning as hell yet motivated. Waiting for tomorrow!! Day 7: I did it yesterday, just forgot to update the progress. It was wayyyy easier yesterday. Day 8: BREAK Day 9: It was easier to do but while starting it was a pain. Good workout DAY 3: It hurts more. Is that because I now have muscles there to hurt 😅 ? DAY 4: So strange it's still more spasmy than my first go. Took several days off due to travel DAY 5: The burn 🔥 DAY 6: ✅️ DAY 7: ✅️ DAY 8: It was much easier today! (sans jump rope) DAY 9: ✅️ DAY 10: ✅️ DAY 11: ✅️ Measured today and seeing lots of definition when working out my inner thigh. Measurement is 23.5 inches. I lost a half inch around each thigh. I'm eager to replace this with a full leg workout but 14 days is my rule of thumb so 3 days to go DAY 12: This exercise is super easy now. I’ve already been doing this for three weeks, but for some reason it won’t let me edit my comment anymore so here’s my new comment, I am 13 years old I am 5 feet tall and 110 pounds i’m doing this work out, her 11 line 11 minute ab workout, her 5 minute flat stomach workout, her booty lift workout, and i’m running a lot for conditioning for track season coming up. These workouts are great for runners. I’m 16 and run track too, and Lily Sabri is really good. Doing that for 3 weeks takes motivation, good job. Please be careful with the calorie deficit though. You need a lot of energy to run, and food to fuel that. Speaking from experience, a deficit can go wrong really fast. Keep running and I hope your season goes well

honest when i started this abt a month ago i could not understand how she could do it so easily with almost no breaks but ive been pretty consistent since then i do this every night obv gave it a miss sometimes but now i can literally do it so quickly and not much pain at all

Day 3--It was hard, my thighs hurt and burned, but I didn't give up and I did these exercises in the morning and in the evening (I tolerated the exercises a little better than on the first day)😃😃(I gave up cardio because I have severe asthma and I couldn't take it well😭😭)
Day 4-❌(I didn't have much time but I was active all day)

These workouts are great for runners. I’m 16 and run track too, and Lily Sabri is really good. Doing that for 3 weeks takes motivation, good job. Please be careful with the calorie deficit though. You need a lot of energy to run, and food to fuel that. Speaking from experience, a deficit can go wrong really fast. Keep running and I hope your season goes well

hi! i am going to be trying this workout to slim down my inner thighs. for me this has always been my biggest insecurity because my legs looked so out of proportion. from the middle of my thighs down, my legs were like sticks, but above that, they looked like triangles lol. 😂 i don’t know how long i want to do this workout for, but i am aiming for around a month (which gives me enough time before the summer)
