GUYS!! IVE BEEN DOING THESE FOR THREE MONTHS AND IVE LOST SO MUCH THIGH FAT FROM EVERY ANGLE! I did these exercises everyday day with one rest day a week and I immediately saw changes. This REALLY does work and I recommend using this vid along with a healthy diet and A LOT of water.

I’ve been doing another thigh workout from a different video for about 2 weeks now and i haven’t really seen much change so I’m trying this out starting today Day 1- ✔️ the plank was very hard but I’m not really sore at all because I’ve been doing another video to stay in shape Day 2- ✔️ the plank was hard for me again and I couldn’t stay up the whole time like lily did on the right side. On the left side I told myself that I could do it and I stayed up the whole time for the left side plank!! Day 3- ✔️ I didn’t want to take my socks off so my feet kept sliding when I was trying to do the side plank and I couldn’t stay up the whole time on either side but I tried my best. Day 4- ✔️ I was really tired today and kind of unmotivated but I did the workouts anyway. The second workout and the last one were the worst Day 5- ✔️ I was not in the mood to workout at all today but I did it anyway because I really want slimmer legs Day 6- ✔️ I was feeling stronger today and I stayed up almost the whole time for the side plank so I’m really proud of my progress today!! Day 7- ✔️ I dont know if it’s just my mind but I feel like my thighs are already getting slimmer!! I did the workouts pretty well and stayed up almost the whole time on each side for the side plank! Day 8- ✔️ I’m really trying Day 9- ❌ today is christmas so I didn’t do the exercises today but I will do 2 sets tomorrow to make up for it Day 10- ✔️ I did the whole video of workouts and then tried to do them a second time but felt like I was going to pass out and my vision was starting to partially black out so I had to stop and not do it a second time to make up for yesterday and go eat something instead. Day 11- ✔️/ ✔️ I did half of the video because I got dizzy half way through and my heart was beating way faster than it should Day 12- ✔️ I looked in the mirror at my legs today and I definitely do see a difference so far. I don’t have the thigh gap that lily sabri has right now but I can definitely tell that the fat on the inner part of my thighs has been reduced! Also thank you to all the people that liked my comment or commented because I’m a lot more motivated to do this workout because I know that there are people wanting to see the results I got from it :) Day 13- ✔️ I did the side plank really well today I’m really proud of myself and already feeling a bit more confident in my legs!! I know the title of the video says 14 days but I think I’m going to keep doing this every day until the inner thigh fat I have is skimmed down a lot more Day 14- ✔️ I think if I keep doing this workout for another 14 days I’ll have my legs looking like I want them to but right now I’m starting to get a thigh gap!! Day 15- ✔️ the workout feels like its getting easier and easier each day so I know it’s working Day 16- ✔️ today is the first day of the new year so I’m feeling a lot more motivated to keep exercising and knowing that it’s working helps a lot!! Day 17- ✔️/ ✔️ I did up to the leg pumps where you squeeze your thighs together and then stopped because I had to go do something Day 18- ❌ I felt like I needed a break day Day 19- ✔️ I got broken up with today and am feeling really shitty but the good thing is that I was so focused on thinking about my breakup that the workouts seemed easier Day 20- ✔️ I did up until 6 mins and then stopped bc I had to get ready for school Day 21- ❌ I’m angry and sad but also starting to feel better but I didn’t do the workout today because I really didn’t feel like it but hopefully I’ll have the motivation to do it tomorrow Day 22- ✔️ I’m starting to get over my ex and had more motivation to workout today. I originally started working out to get thinner because I was so insecure about my size because my ex gf was really skinny and I wanted to look like that too. She used to make jokes about bigger people and it made me really insecure about my body. Now I realize that my goal of losing weight is for myself not anyone else. Day 23- ❌ I just didn’t have time to do the video today and I might not tomorrow either but I’ll keep trying Day 24- ❌ so I’ve realized that just doing this leg workout isn’t helping my overall weight as much as working my whole body would so I’m going to try lily sabri’s full body fat burn and if I’m doing alright with it I’ll add these leg workouts onto it. But for now I’m going to take another break day tomorrow and then start with the full body workout on Monday. Guys this one definitely works, losing thigh fat is really difficult for me, but I lost around 1.5 inches in just a week of doing this thigh workout. I also follow a healthy diet.

I just wanna say I have been doing this workout plus one of her ab slim waist workouts, AND IM BLOWN AWAY. I got my results in only a month, I never was fat, but I just wanted to be a healthier person. I didn't expect this much change tho. All I did was just cut out foods like chips, cookies, cakes, and instead made my homemade cakes. I barley changed my diet, but I'm trying to drink more water. Just do this workout once a day and take a before and after pic I promise u will feel better! (Btw I'm only 13) I'm at my growing stage so I will for sure not be eating less calories, cause I still need to grow

And I will say in the beginning of quarantine I lost the curve of my thighs:( but I started working out to your videos and the curve is back, and I definitely lost fat on my inner thighs and just my thighs in general. And I will continue to do it, so for anyone wondering if it works. YES!! I workout for and hour and a half 5 days a week:)
Update!: hi! Still doing them 5 days a week. And my legs have gotten slimmer still, and I can feel the muscle! And see it ina Way. It’s not that it will make your legs bulky, it will just Shape them and turn the fat into muscle. I recommend to do her workouts if you’re an real results!!!!❤️❤️
trying this for 1 week straight! day 1: burn so bad, felt powerful, didnt do any extra breaks, couldnt do the side plank but tried hard to day 2: burnt bad again, no breaks extra, couldnt do the side plank cause i barely tried its so harddd day 3: burnt but a bit better, no extra breaks, can feel my legs become stronger, tried the side plank and just decided to skip it on the next days cause i barely keep my balance day 4: gave up on trying for the side plank, did it all and felt some difference! day 5: took a break! day 6: did it and no side plank, saw my inner thigh part being smaller and my legs stronger!!

I've done these exercises for more than a week, they really work. I can't believe my thighs have become small. Do these exercises with Kazuha abdominal exercises and I followed a low-calorie diet, but I had open days to eat everything I want to get a result, just be imptent, I wish you success 💗

Day2:MY legs was sore after the workout yesterday but today the workout was easier and I had cramps in the beginning.Tbh my inner thighs feels slimmer and I think I see difference..idk but everything takes time. Hey ya'll. Okay imma do this for 7-14 days (it starts with small goals at a time!). I have small saddlebags and I am really trying to get them down since the last 5 months I have been almost sedentary due to an extremely busy schedule. 😅😬 To Note: I am also doing two other 5 minute slim thigh workouts up to day 10 off and on each day along with this video. ----- Upper thigh: R 19 L19 Thigh: R 18 L18 ----- Day 1 ✅: Such Shakey Legs afterwards hard to walk. Felt the good burn. Day 2 ✅: Sweat, feels good. Drinking lots of water. Day 3 ✅: Legs hurt so much; difficult to get up from sitting. Feel much stronger during the workouts. Day 4 ✅: Feels much stronger. Day 5✅: x2 Day 6: ✅ Area around Knee looks slightly slimmer. Day 7✅: Made it to my first mini Goal! 🥳7 dayss!! Happy Thanksgiving! (legs burn just as much as day one 😂) Day 8✅: Did it Day 9✅: Notice knee looking slimmer and calves looking toner. No noticable different on thighs yet. Day 10 ✅: Did it (I also started her 7 day ab challenge) Day 11 ✅: Did it. (Also started her slim waist + run on elliptical 10 min + dumbbells 5min) Day 12 ✅: Did it. Calves and knees look slight toner the same as last time. I'm almost there wow! Day 13: ✅ Day 14: 🎉✅ Felt the strongest, and pushed through till the end! Whoo hoo I'm finished! One the first challenges I ever completed. Results: I did not see any results to my thighs, they are still the same. Although I do feel stronger and my knee and calf's look toner despite losing any cm's on them. This workout helped me gain strength to now do the other workouts I am doing. (I am going to try out her other slim thigh video as well). 🗒️Note: In General I eat pretty healthy and avoid sugars. I don't eat Gluten/Dairy/Soda; due to sensitivity.

i have done this for 2 weeks and lost 4 kg! of course in addition to putting myself in calorie deficit by eating a bit less and more healthy foods it was medium hard the first time and the next few days had been an absolute hell but then after maybe 2 or 3 days of fighting through the soreness, i feel completely fine now, dare i say, better!

GUYS!! IVE BEEN DOING THESE FOR THREE MONTHS AND IVE LOST SO MUCH THIGH FAT FROM EVERY ANGLE! I did these exercises everyday day with one rest day a week and I immediately saw changes. This REALLY does work and I recommend using this vid along with a healthy diet and A LOT of water.

I’ve been doing another thigh workout from a different video for about 2 weeks now and i haven’t really seen much change so I’m trying this out starting today
Day 1- ✔️ the plank was very hard but I’m not really sore at all because I’ve been doing another video to stay in shape
Day 2- ✔️ the plank was hard for me again and I couldn’t stay up the whole time like lily did on the right side. On the left side I told myself that I could do it and I stayed up the whole time for the left side plank!!
Day 3- ✔️ I didn’t want to take my socks off so my feet kept sliding when I was trying to do the side plank and I couldn’t stay up the whole time on either side but I tried my best.
Day 4- ✔️ I was really tired today and kind of unmotivated but I did the workouts anyway. The second workout and the last one were the worst
Day 5- ✔️ I was not in the mood to workout at all today but I did it anyway because I really want slimmer legs
Day 6- ✔️ I was feeling stronger today and I stayed up almost the whole time for the side plank so I’m really proud of my progress today!!
Day 7- ✔️ I dont know if it’s just my mind but I feel like my thighs are already getting slimmer!! I did the workouts pretty well and stayed up almost the whole time on each side for the side plank!
Day 8- ✔️ I’m really trying
Day 9- ❌ today is christmas so I didn’t do the exercises today but I will do 2 sets tomorrow to make up for it
Day 10- ✔️ I did the whole video of workouts and then tried to do them a second time but felt like I was going to pass out and my vision was starting to partially black out so I had to stop and not do it a second time to make up for yesterday and go eat something instead.
Day 11- ✔️/ ✔️ I did half of the video because I got dizzy half way through and my heart was beating way faster than it should
Day 12- ✔️ I looked in the mirror at my legs today and I definitely do see a difference so far. I don’t have the thigh gap that lily sabri has right now but I can definitely tell that the fat on the inner part of my thighs has been reduced! Also thank you to all the people that liked my comment or commented because I’m a lot more motivated to do this workout because I know that there are people wanting to see the results I got from it :)
Day 13- ✔️ I did the side plank really well today I’m really proud of myself and already feeling a bit more confident in my legs!! I know the title of the video says 14 days but I think I’m going to keep doing this every day until the inner thigh fat I have is skimmed down a lot more
Day 14- ✔️ I think if I keep doing this workout for another 14 days I’ll have my legs looking like I want them to but right now I’m starting to get a thigh gap!!
Day 15- ✔️ the workout feels like its getting easier and easier each day so I know it’s working
Day 16- ✔️ today is the first day of the new year so I’m feeling a lot more motivated to keep exercising and knowing that it’s working helps a lot!!

Day 19- ✔️ I got broken up with today and am feeling really shitty but the good thing is that I was so focused on thinking about my breakup that the workouts seemed easier
Day 20- ✔️ I did up until 6 mins and then stopped bc I had to get ready for school
Day 21- ❌ I’m angry and sad but also starting to feel better but I didn’t do the workout today because I really didn’t feel like it but hopefully I’ll have the motivation to do it tomorrow
Day 22- ✔️ I’m starting to get over my ex and had more motivation to workout today. I originally started working out to get thinner because I was so insecure about my size because my ex gf was really skinny and I wanted to look like that too. She used to make jokes about bigger people and it made me really insecure about my body. Now I realize that my goal of losing weight is for myself not anyone else.
Day 23- ❌ I just didn’t have time to do the video today and I might not tomorrow either but I’ll keep trying
Day 24- ❌ so I’ve realized that just doing this leg workout isn’t helping my overall weight as much as working my whole body would so I’m going to try lily sabri’s full body fat burn and if I’m doing alright with it I’ll add these leg workouts onto it. But for now I’m going to take another break day tomorrow and then start with the full body workout on Monday. I’ll post my results every day on her other video that I’ll be doing Monday so if you want to keep up with the results I’ll still be posting them. Thank you all so much for the support!!

honestly, i had trouble at first too what helped for me was, shoes with gripping soles and switching to either tile or carpet for that part!!
honestly i cant either. What i do instead is one similar like the slide plank but instead of pumping i go up and down.
Try it without shoes/barefoot. It worked for me😊

Hello guys! Its been a while and I've actually completed more then 30 days but I was just too lazy to keep writing lol . But anyways I wanna be brutally honest, this workout did NOT decreases my thigh size which wasn't surprising for me atleast. The only thing that changed is that I've got alot of muscle built in my thighs which is as much as rewarding. I actually like my thighs rn with muscles and the thigh gap thingy , ye I couldn't care less . Just remember you don't need to have a specific body feature to be beautiful ❤️ after this journey I've learned that myself

I just wanna say I have been doing this workout plus one of her ab slim waist workouts, AND IM BLOWN AWAY. I got my results in only a month, I never was fat, but I just wanted to be a healthier person. I didn't expect this much change tho. All I did was just cut out foods like chips, cookies, cakes, and instead made my homemade cakes. I barley changed my diet, but I'm trying to drink more water. Just do this workout once a day and take a before and after pic I promise u will feel better! (Btw I'm only 13) I'm at my growing stage so I will for sure not be eating less calories, cause I still need to grow

Hi! I’ve been doing your inner thigh workout for about a month now. And I will say in the beginning of quarantine I lost the curve of my thighs:( but I started working out to your videos and the curve is back, and I definitely lost fat on my inner thighs and just my thighs in general. And I will continue to do it, so for anyone wondering if it works. YES!! I workout for and hour and a half 5 days a week:)

Update!: hi! Still doing them 5 days a week. And my legs have gotten slimmer still, and I can feel the muscle! And see it ina Way. It’s not that it will make your legs bulky, it will just Shape them and turn the fat into muscle. I recommend to do her workouts if you’re an real results!!!!❤️❤️

day 1: burn so bad, felt powerful, didnt do any extra breaks, couldnt do the side plank but tried hard to
day 2: burnt bad again, no breaks extra, couldnt do the side plank cause i barely tried its so harddd
day 3: burnt but a bit better, no extra breaks, can feel my legs become stronger, tried the side plank and just decided to skip it on the next days cause i barely keep my balance
day 4: gave up on trying for the side plank, did it all and felt some difference!
day 5: took a break!
day 6: did it and no side plank, saw my inner thigh part being smaller and my legs stronger!!

I've done these exercises for more than a week, they really work. I can't believe my thighs have become small.

day one:✅ it burneddd, did workout twice today but couldnt do the side plank properly either time
day two:✅ its going great, burns whenever i sit down but theres a tinyy gap between my thighs so far, my legs burned all day but while doing this the second time today i saw my thigh gap had gotten bigger which was worth the pain :))
day three:✅ starting to see a real hourglass figure forming, got some extra exercise done when i went paddle boating.
day four:✅ going food, starting to get much easier but hard to find motivation

THIS WORKS!!! i rlly reccommend doing this for leg workouts. I have seen results in my inner thieghs, outer thieghs, calvs, and likr my whole leg got more in shape. im rlly happy with the results all i need to do now is maintain my shape

Day1:My legs was shaking and burning.The balancing was kinda hard and i was sweating.
Day2:MY legs was sore after the workout yesterday but today the workout was easier and I had cramps in the beginning.Tbh my inner thighs feels slimmer and I think I see difference..idk but everything takes time.
Day3:I was sweating alot,It was alot easier so I made it harder for myself.Doing the stand up workouts hurts the most and I feel like it's the best(sumo squats etc etc).This time it felt faster, I definitely do feel differences and my legs are still sore,first workout hurted the most.
Everyone has different body types.I have mesomoph body type,I gain & lose quickly.

It is important to know your OWN bodytype,So you can know what to put in your body etc etc.
Day4:Tbh it's been confusing doing it especially the planks workouts ones,but I still did it and tried doing what she does(pov).It made me sweat and I did felt the burning and pain,My bottom thighs seems skinnier.The Level of balance is the same as yesterday.

Day6:School day,couldn't do it. Plus it's really hot upstairs and I only workout there for privacy. I actually forgot to do it I think but I fell asleep once I got home because we got sent home late,the school was big and confusing.

Ebbene con questo esercizio ho perso 4 centimetri(2centimetri per gamba) dal girocoscia ( la parte più grossa della gamba)per intenderci.Prima non avevo lo spazio tra le gambe...quando univo le gambe ,queste ultime si toccavano...ora invece ho il "famoso" spazio tra le gambe! Non so se mi sono spiegata in modo chiaro. Questi esercizi funzionano...ho un corpo nuovo...Resisti e non mollare mai....è la costanza di farlo tutti i giorni che da i risultati!😁

Day 1 ✅: Such Shakey Legs afterwards hard to walk. Felt the good burn.
Day 2 ✅: Sweat, feels good. Drinking lots of water.
Day 3 ✅: Legs hurt so much; difficult to get up from sitting. Feel much stronger during the workouts.
Day 4 ✅: Feels much stronger.
Day 5✅: x2
Day 6: ✅ Area around Knee looks slightly slimmer.
Day 7✅: Made it to my first mini Goal! 🥳7 dayss!! Happy Thanksgiving! (legs burn just as much as day one 😂)
Day 8✅: Did it
Day 9✅: Notice knee looking slimmer and calves looking toner. No noticable different on thighs yet.
Day 10 ✅: Did it (I also started her 7 day ab challenge)
Day 11 ✅: Did it. (Also started her slim waist + run on elliptical 10 min + dumbbells 5min)
Day 12 ✅: Did it. Calves and knees look slight toner the same as last time. I'm almost there wow!

Day 14: 🎉✅ Felt the strongest, and pushed through till the end! Whoo hoo I'm finished! One the first challenges I ever completed.
Results: I did not see any results to my thighs, they are still the same. Although I do feel stronger and my knee and calf's look toner despite losing any cm's on them.
This workout helped me gain strength to now do the other workouts I am doing. (I am going to try out her other slim thigh video as well).
🗒️Note: In General I eat pretty healthy and avoid sugars. I don't eat Gluten/Dairy/Soda; due to sensitivity.
I am going to do this routine for two weeks along with another video sometimes give it a like to remember

i have done this for 2 weeks and lost 4 kg!
of course in addition to putting myself in calorie deficit by eating a bit less and more healthy foods
it was medium hard the first time and the next few days had been an absolute hell but then after maybe 2 or 3 days of fighting through the soreness, i feel completely fine now, dare i say, better!
I missed this workout! Back in 2022 I was in a toxic relationship and did this workout and changed my diet. I lost 20lbs really quick! (Less than 3 months) Now I’m back at doing this workout again, now in a very healthy relationship ❤

I am also eating healthier and trying to be in a calorie deficit and drinking a lot of water . Know that before these exercises I did others for 24 days, after 20 days (without a break) you had to have thinner legs than before, I had no results, even with the extra days.
So I immediately changed my training and opted for this one, it's been a total of 39 days, I have no results, not 1 gram lost, no physical change, I did everything for nothing.
I eat very little sugar, I take 1 or 2 meals a day (sometimes 3 but it's rare) I take small amounts.
I walk, I run, I even muscle my arms with 17 kg dumbbells (37.48 Ibs)
I take cold, very cold showers.
So after all these efforts, I have NO results! Why? What did I do wrong?

Another great workout! Got to get rid of flabby inner thigh! Thank you again Lilly! I like the variety in your routines. The "wonder what is next" attitude makes the time fly and more encouraging to continue!

day 4: my legs are not hurting as much, workouts are more easier! Leg is still 17 inches because I ate McDonald’s this morning so I am not surprised but I will still do workouts!
