I’ve been doing these exercises since December and honestly, this is the best leg workout I’ve ever done! I would lie if I would say that it wasn’t hard at first, but trust me: consistency is key! I’ve been exercising for 4 years but I took it more seriously last year. No other workout made my legs so toned! I don’t know who needs to hear this, but don’t workout because you do not feel confident enough- workout because you love your body! What I’ve learned throughout my journey is that ‘health over looks’ is an essential principle that you must take into account. Discipline is key🤍 stay positive!! YOU got this!!

IMPORTANT NOTES!!!!! Yes!!! I did this workout for 12 days and there are literally drastic changes... -my legs definitely got thinner! -my legs got tight and fit (they don't jiggle) -affected my outer thigh the most. Didn't really affect my inner thigh... But this is a great exercise to begin with... Now I'll find some inner thigh workout. Note - your leg will drastically slim down!

And then my fat burned off and now my legs are slim... *So it won't bulk your legs* ... Because this exercise actually is for cutting down the fat and having trained muscles rather then big bulky muscles

this workout is lowkey the best one ive ever used and it actually gave me results in under 2 weeks ,, i already had a thigh gap but it made it wayyy more toned and my legs look great tysm🤞
today ive done that for twice, one in morning and one in rn, 9 pm. Its quite effective yet doesnt make you count seconds, you dont even realise that 15 mins had passed. So imma try to do this exercise 2 times every morning until the end of the year, lets see how this is gonna turn out!
I’ve been doing this exercise on and off and I have to admit when paired with a calorie deficit and some cardio you’ll be able to see some results even after a week of full commitment!

i do indoor cycling for over an hour + walk 8 km everyday and do hiit regularly so i assumed i'd be able to manage this. lord was i wrong i tapped out at the cou de pied. my mission in life now is to get through this workout.

i did pilates workout from lidia mera (beginner level for 2 weeks) now I moved to eylem’s channel day 1: 10-3-2024 didn’t pause at all gave it a single go, it burns outer thighs the most (which I’m targeting) I’m very positive this is effective pilates of all time. tip: go 0.75x if y’all feel vid goes faster (i do it 1x) day 2: felt some mild cramps in my right hips, burning sensation felt good day 3: felt so much easier, improved breathing techniques, and strengthening core muscles. (still felt cramps but not as bad on day2)
This workout is amazing I did it for only one week I already have skinny legs but I’ve had a bit fat in my outer thighs and inner thighs and my outer things got way smaller in only one week so it does work my inner thingt fat is also almost gone!
I tried this to get back in shape after my baby was 3 months old. It took me 1 week to follow the whole vid. I could do better moves at week 2. I saw a clear result then, but this was not the only thing I did to get that. I also jump rope 800-1000 times 😅😅😅 I also changed my diet. Now I eat less carb and I dont drink milk-tea every day as I used to. I still have Vietnamese condensed milk eve.day. Now I will try her updated exercise. This is quite good, I have been doing this for a while now and it gets easier obviously. I do see results (again obviously) but I didn't take any measurements. I suggest this workout for it you are feeling like you want something a little harder

updating every day for a week: day one : done! did it in the afternoon and could definetly feel the burn day two : done! i did it twice today because i had nothing else to do, one in the afternoon and one at night. definetly felt the burn again, and already seeing results! my legs used to fully touch when i put my ankles together but now there is a thigh gap halfway up my thighs day three : done! i did half of the workout in the morning and once more in the evening. only 1/3 of my thighs touch now. (disclaimer : i used to have a b!nge 3ating disorder and have been using this workout to distract myself from mindlessly eating so while that was definetly part of my results, i also think that this workout has been helping a LOT to tone my legs as i can definetly feel a burn every time that i do it) day four : done! today i weighed myself and usually i'm around 127-124 and today i was 120! could definetly feel the burn today day five :

The fact that this was pilates (which I'm already quite accustomed to), combined with the very "elegant" aesthetic presented in the thumbnail, I DID NOT expect this workout to go anywhere near AS HARD as it did..... I was pleasantly surprised, honestly, because the incredible amount of PAIN I felt in every single muscle in my legs and thighs, while doing this workout, DEFINITELY tells me that it'll be IMPOSSIBLE to do this regularly and NOT see a difference..... lol..... wow

Day 7: all the workout felt super hard today omg, I kinda recommend u to alternate and not do this every single day! Day 8: done done Weeell guys I will be very busy in the next couple of days so I'll wrap it up! I've done many of this workouts before so I knew what to expect, and I wasn't disappointed! Left thigh: 22.8 in Right thigh: 23 in around half an inch down (if you're european, a centimeter) It may seem like a little, but it's only been a week! half an inch during 4 weeks equals around 2 inches! which is def noticeable! so be sure to include this on your routine A little advice is to eat healthy and pair this with some cardio or any other workout! I did this while on my weight loss journey so I feel like that's crucial to see some good results! Anyway, good luck with your healthy journeys!

This is quite good, I have been doing this for a while now and it gets easier obviously. I do see results (again obviously) but I didn't take any measurements. I suggest this workout for it you are feeling like you want something a little harder

updating every day for a week:
day one : done! did it in the afternoon and could definetly feel the burn
day two : done! i did it twice today because i had nothing else to do, one in the afternoon and one at night. definetly felt the burn again, and already seeing results! my legs used to fully touch when i put my ankles together but now there is a thigh gap halfway up my thighs
day three : done! i did half of the workout in the morning and once more in the evening. only 1/3 of my thighs touch now. (disclaimer : i used to have a b!nge 3ating disorder and have been using this workout to distract myself from mindlessly eating so while that was definetly part of my results, i also think that this workout has been helping a LOT to tone my legs as i can definetly feel a burn every time that i do it)
day four : done! today i weighed myself and usually i'm around 127-124 and today i was 120! could definetly feel the burn today

The fact that this was pilates (which I'm already quite accustomed to), combined with the very "elegant" aesthetic presented in the thumbnail, I DID NOT expect this workout to go anywhere near AS HARD as it did.....
I was pleasantly surprised, honestly, because the incredible amount of PAIN I felt in every single muscle in my legs and thighs, while doing this workout, DEFINITELY tells me that it'll be IMPOSSIBLE to do this regularly and NOT see a difference..... lol..... wow

Thanks for coining up this program, it helped me activate some muscles I haven’t been using and I felt the burn! Previously I sprained my ankle and I’ve been trying to heal my legs from it. Couldn’t do a lot of HIIT and workouts that involve standing. Your video helped me to strengthen my legs and reduce the strain. Anyway, it was just right for me. Thanks a lot!

around half an inch down (if you're european, a centimeter)
It may seem like a little, but it's only been a week! half an inch during 4 weeks equals around 2 inches! which is def noticeable! so be sure to include this on your routine
A little advice is to eat healthy and pair this with some cardio or any other workout! I did this while on my weight loss journey so I feel like that's crucial to see some good results! Anyway, good luck with your healthy journeys!
