    I've been doing this workout for two months now and GUYS. GUYS. THIS IS A GOLDEN WORKOUT. I will continue to do this FOREVER. And if YOU see this comment and feel like you can't do it, well, you better not give up. Your goal can only come true if you decide to put in the work.

    Doing this workout everyday until I slim my legs down a bit!
    (I’m also gonna do 1 maybe 2 other workouts for my legs along with this!)

      My thighs didn’t slim down a whole bunch since during the workout I forgot to also do cardio to help burn the fat,but it did still tone my legs a lot! And slimmed them down a bit.If your wanting to try it I would recommend doing this workout 1-3x a day,with a mixture of cardio throughout the week!!

    Okay so !
    I have been doing this workout plus front thigh plus calves plus love handles workouts all workouts are about of 10 mins i have been doing every exercise from mizi's account except the love handles one
    And tbh i see insane results in my inner thigh just in 2 weeks i am sooo sooo glad to have these results i have been trying do hard since 2 years but nothing had happened i just love these workouts
    I didn't see much results in my front thigh or calves but these were soo effective

    I wanted to ask what happens if u do it every day exept for Saturday and sunday but I continue on monday and the rest of the week and rest on Saturday and sunday, does it still work or do i need to do it on Saturday and sunday too?
