    이 운동 5개월 넘게 일주일에 두 세번씩 실행하고 허벅지랑이 엄청 탄탄해지고 날렵해졌어요.
    워낙 마른 몸이 였는데 근육이 생기고 이쁘게 자리잡았습니다~~

    My thighs have been sore from Day 1, but once again, no pain no gain. If you want change, then you have to do it.
    Day 4 :- Done
    Couldn't do it previous five days because of work but I am back to this routine now. My mouth feels dry after working out.

    Just found your channel and your workouts look great and easy to follow. The only feedback I would give is to stop stating “lose fat in X amount of days” in a certain body part. This is not factual and misleading.

    Hello Everyone!
    I will be starting this workout from today. I will update my progress everyday. And I will share the results after a week. So let's get it!
    ✅Day 1:- Completed
    Weight: 65.5 kg
    Thigh Measurements: 27 inches
    Pain: My legs are literally shivering right now. They hurt a lot. I doubt if i can walk properly or not. But on the other side of the coin, this is gonna be worth it. All this pain is for the good!
    ✅ Day 2:- Completed! - I swear the pain was real. Yesterday only legs shaked. Now even hands shake. Let's get it girls and boys!
    lol i took a very long break. let us go from day 1.

    Day 3-I was late for home nd I had my dnr so I didn't but I did 15-20 min walk

    Just started my first exercise from MIZI. Before this I did other exercises for thigh already, so its not that hard to complete this. Overall i manage to burn 104 kcal from this exercise. will continue for the rest of the week!

    달리기 하러 가려는데 갑자기 비가 와서 이 운동을 따라했어요.
    16분이라 가볍게 따라 했는데도 머리에서 땀이 뚝뚝 흐릅니다.
    스티레칭 되는 자세가 많아서
    러닝후 이완 및 하체 훈련용으로 따라하면 좋겠어요^^ 감사합니다♡

    토끼 미지님 추운 겨울에도 항상 실내 운동 열심히 하느라 넘 고생 많으시고 오늘은 약간 보디빌더 느낌으로 레깅스를 입으셨는데 넘 잘 어울리십니당🧡 오늘은 상체가 아닌 하체 위주의 운동을 보여주셨는데 전 동작도 잘 숙지가 되지만 미지님의 꿀벅지랑 단단한 종아리에 완전 반했습니당💙 오늘 넘넘 잘 배우고 가요~!❤️ 미지님 덕분에 제가 더 건강해지고 있는 거 같습니당🐰🌸

    Day 1 =Completed my thighs felt sore and thats a good thing
    Day 2= i went for a long walk today so i did this but took an extra 10 seconds before i started the next exercise (personally i do see a difference my thighs look more toned and slimer already ill keep u updated:)
    Day 4=REST day
    Day 5= Completed I sweated alot but it was alot easier to complete
    Day 6=Completed burned a bit but was good

      Ps- I don’t follow any diet. I try to eat less carb to my limit 😅

    day 01 completed it wasnnnt easy i was shacking fr but it worth it ...
    i had a long walk the day after so get ride of the soreness
    day 02 completed it was easier than the first time but still shacking and sweating
    day 03 i take few breaks butt it was waaaay easier than the first time
    day 04 it was easy i never thought i would ever say that but i didnt skip any
    day 05 i took a break for few seconds honestly but i made it
    day 06 easy easy

      It actually depends on your BMI. But they say it takes about 14 days.

    Doing this workout everyday! For atleast a month so I can see the results 💕
    Day 1: ✅ (my thighs were shaking by the end though)
    Day 2: ✅ I feel very accomplished lol (didn’t feel as tough as yesterday, maybe because I started my workout from this particular program)
    Day 3: ✅ I was feeling lazy but I still did it! Seems like it’s getting easier day by day

      @@tripti1205 I forgot to update but I’ve been doing this along with the 30 min belly fat workout from mizi everyday. I just skipped on Sunday because it’s my rest and cheat day. I’ve been also watching my calories but it’s been just a week and the results aren’t really visible yet but I totally feel lighter after the workout and my friends say I’ve been looking skinnier although my weight hasn’t dropped yet. I’ll keep doing this for a month and update the results
