  • This one is the last video of our Bikini Body series.♥︎ This workout targets your total leg muscles - inner and outer thighs and calves. It helps you to slim, tone and shape your legs and get rid of cellulite. And we perform all exercises on the floor - so there are no squats, lunges or jumps included. Do this workout regularly to see the results quick. :)

      I just push off the floor with my knee, like im holding my body weight up with it. Definitely feel it. Hip barely comes off the floor so you can't spot it on here. Lmk if I'm wrong Eylem:)

    Oops even my strong legs are feeling the burn i can feel tighness in thighs already. Like these workouts work so much like i see my thighs transforming and can see the thighs toning and shaping goood keep going also guys im getting muscles in legs which i never got even with hard workout❤

    I love training where you do one leg first and then the other because when you get halfway through you realize that it's difficult, you can't go back and you have to do it on the other leg too 😅

    Eylem hanım sizi yeni keşfettim ve egzersizlerinizi uygulamak için sabırsızlanıyorum. Benim bacaklarım çok kalın, biraz genetik faktörlerde var fakat uzun bir zamandır sınava hazırlanıyordum ve bu süre de daha da fazla kalınlaştılar. İnceltmek için egzersiz yapmak istiyorum, ama günde ne kadar süre yapmalıyım pek bilmiyorum. Yorumumu görüp cevap verirseniz çok mutlu olurum

    I really enjoy your exercises. THANK YOU FOR THE STANDING EXERCISE VIDEO. With you I have been able to activate myself at home. My only regret is that you haven't appeared to me since Jully 2022, maybe I would have a back like yours 😂. I hope to achieve it, it's only been 4 months and I've noticed changes.

    Girl I just started working out again and by the 3:00 mark I could NOT keep my top leg lifted anymore, my hip locked in and I couldn't lift my leg! Please tell me it gets better with time?

    Hemen yaptım çok iyi bir video son videolar süper zaten. Birde soru cevap video su yapsan sporla ilgili çok kafama yakılanlar var.mesela bu yaptığımız spor tam olarak fitness mı? Kilo verme sürecinde yoğun olarak kalori yakımı kardiomu yoksa senin videoların mı? Ben bazen harmanlıyorum 20 dk seni yapıp peşine zumba yapıyorum acaba doğru mu?

      @@ela2025 Kesinlikle ben kendi adıma söylersem vücudum büyük ölçüde toparlandı. Haftalık paylaştığı workoutlardan kendime uygun olanı düzenli yaptıkça faydasını daha çok gördüm. Bence kendine uygun olanla başlayıp düzenli bir şekilde ilerlersen vücudunda istediğin değişimleri almaya başlayabilirsin. Instagram da her pazar akşam paylaşıyor oradan rahatça ulaşabilirsin :) ^-^
