This work out doesn't feel like 10 mins. It is so relaxing as well. I like the fact that I don't feel as if I am dying after HAHAHAHAHA so my brain does not despise it. It doesn't feel the need to protect me, on the otherhand it anticipates the relief and feel good sensation I will feel after. This is something I can do on a regularly basis. Thank you Lily!💜

I’ve been there but at 12 your body is shaping and shifting so much. You are absolutely not fat, I don’t even have to see you to know that. Pleas just be mindful, while exercise is good make sure you’re eating enough as well.
I'm 12 to and I know that I'm bigger than the people in my year and I would love to change but you are not fat at all because we are still growing but if you exercise it will go away when your are older ❤
i used to think the same way as you when i was 12 but now that im 15 i know that my body was still growing then and even now so love yourself for who are and work out to become a better version of yourself. You should also never feel ashamed for working out because its far better to work out secretly in ur room rather than not doing anything at all. you should be proud of yourself for choosing a healthy way to change rather than doing things like starving yourself. Doing this for 2 weeks! I'm 130 and I have a bit of stomach fat. Keep in mind I do 2 sports. Day 1: I had to take mini breaks. It burns.😅 Day 2: Burned 🔥 Day 3: Burned. Haven't seen any change yet. I wanna say that this is probably the most effective ab workout out there. If you do it corrently and consistently(minimum 3 months) you will definitely see results because Ive lost 30 kilos doing this as my workout routine coupled with some other workouts and I swear by consistency and hard work ❤

This is my first ab routine with you Lilly. You have planned the workout so so well literally you feel the vibrations while doing. Will be following up the pilates session for 8 weeks with you….let’s see where it takes me.
I’m going to do this for two weeks (14 days) on top of some cardio. I’m currently 143lbs. Day 1: kicked my ass but I feel good ✅ Day 2: Felt even better and the exercises felt shorter even after one day✅ Day 3: okay so I did slack these past days, but I did still do cardio. I did this workout today sooo✅ Day 4: still not getting used to that burn ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅
day 1-3: ✅did the 5 minute version day 4: ✅felt the burn. i get bored of workouts but this one is interesting and i feel proud of myself after it so im gonna hopefully continue it! day 5: ✅ was really tired and it was a late night but i forced myself to do it. still sore from yesterday but it was fine! shaking by the last exercise day 6: ✅ day 7: ✅ one week woo!! so hard to motivate myself day 8: ✅ passed the one week mark! starting to see a slight difference day 9: ✅ im gonna struggle to do it this week day 10: ❌ skipped because i didn’t get home until 10:30 pm and was tired day 11: ✅ honestly glad i skipped because this time i actually took my time and felt it a lot more day 12: ✅ it’s show week so i only had time for half day 13/14: ❌ shows were workout enough and didn’t get home till late day 15: ✅ back to it! day: 16-17: ❌ day 18: ✅

Doing this for 1 month! Day 1: ✅burned a little but not to bad. Had some motivation so I did another work out too Day 2:✅ burned way more than yesterday. Had a sore back so had to be careful! But it was good Day 3:✅ back was still hurting but got it done. Little bit of burning at first not bad

okay and how do you think she makes her money? ads are literally a youtubers way of income. there are plenty of adblockers that you can put on to stop them without her having to get rid of them in general. unfortunately with us getting these workouts for free on youtube this is what we deal with unless you want to pay for a subscription to her app

Ima weight lifter and have loved incorporated these 10 min pilates core into my upper body days. I lacked in training my core and these are so lovely to do def notice more definition and strength in my core squatting
I've just finished the lean transformation guide and so so pleased with my results. I'm currently on the recover pilates 1 week program, but wondering what guide would you suggest doing next? I really don't want to plato or lose my progress by doing something too easy!

I'm not gonna measure myself but I'll continue doing this until I see a visual change in my belly Day1: ✅ forgot to do some relaxation stretches and no pain so far Day2: ✅ did a little bit of after stretch and oh damn after 4 hours of the workout my stomach started hurting soooooo baddd like I couldn't even lay down properly 😭 Day3: ✅ felt so good my stomach stopped bloating as much but it still bloats tho Day4: ❎ Unfortunately, i couldn't do it. i woke up late and had to take a test. I thought of doing it in the evening but my stomach was too full Day5: ✅ feels good Day6: ✅ Day7: I felt bored so I did kazuha's 11 lined ab workout instead Okay I stopped updating because I stopped doing this for more than a week because my entrance exams and all but right now I've been doing this from a week I don't see any physical change (because my belly is big and I'm not following any kind of diet and only limiting my sugar intake) but apart from that my absence feel SOO GOOD which is a sign that soon I will be achieving my goals! I love how this exercise is improving my core strength and I will update soon!

I am gonna do this twice a day for 14 days 🥹 wish me 🍀 Before workout: Stomach 76 mm Waist 80 mm Day 1: first day checking in! I skipped the sit up cuz I just can’t manage it but I manage to get through the whole routine. It doesn’t burn as much as I expected ( maybe cuz my form might not be correct ) but my legs were shaking during the exercise. Day2: checking in for day two, so I did 3 sets today cuz I ate lots of carb n fried food today. I take my word back this exercise burnnnn 🔥 🔥. I don’t feel the burn until this morning and it hurts even when m bending. My stomach was killing me. But I’ll continue to do it until day 14. 🍀 Day3: signing in, I only did one set today 😢 too tired from the day. Maybe cuz ytd I did 3 today it didn’t burn as much. But I don’t restrict my diet like today I had hotpot 😂. I did notice I loss 0.5kg although it was not my intention to lose weight 😂 Day4: I did it only once again😢 but it’s less painful on my stomach now tho my leg still hurt

Staring on July 13th Day 1 ✅ burned a lot Day 2✅ something but feels good day 3✅ burneddddd day 4✅ burned but felt a bit easier day 5✅ no results but I just started so day 6 ✅ core is stronger! workout was easier day 7 ✅ soooo much easier core stronger!! day 8✅ wowwww it is sooooooooooo much easier! core is stronger. seeing results day 9❌ way to busy but you need to take breaks. core is still strong day 10✅ started my period so prob won't see results but core is def stronger day 11✅ easier and core is stronger. again I won't see results due to my period 🫠 Day 12❌ need to take breaks not good to do it everyday
im gonna do this work out every day for 2 weeks and ill come back and let you know how it goes! Update: Ngl I gave up but Im back at it. I like this workout because when I wake up my waste looks super slim and I did start noticing my core get a lot stronger and it was looking toned. Im going to try to be consistent with it now.

day 5: ✅ was really tired and it was a late night but i forced myself to do it. still sore from yesterday but it was fine! shaking by the last exercise

day 7: ✅ one week woo!! so hard to motivate myself
day 8: ✅ passed the one week mark! starting to see a slight difference

day 10: ❌ skipped because i didn’t get home until 10:30 pm and was tired
day 11: ✅ honestly glad i skipped because this time i actually took my time and felt it a lot more

Day 3:❎ it was too hot when I woke up and I slept in for rest it's okay
Day 4: ✅ back on track. It was really hard this time. I can't even do the one with flattening the legs back. But overall I love this workout

@@Tilly-ms2tp I was already in a calorie deficit before I started doing this workout, so that helped with results, but it’s gonna be different for everyone!

day 2 - it was a lot harder than yesterday! i didn’t wake up feeling sore but i hope it’s working! ✅

I’ve been doing this workout for a few days now, and I have to say I really feel the burn after it and I can see the changes a bit. My only problem is with the ads that interrupt the video. I would really appreciate it you could see to it that there are no ads in your videos. Keep up with the good work! ✨
okay and how do you think she makes her money? ads are literally a youtubers way of income. there are plenty of adblockers that you can put on to stop them without her having to get rid of them in general. unfortunately with us getting these workouts for free on youtube this is what we deal with unless you want to pay for a subscription to her app

Ima weight lifter and have loved incorporated these 10 min pilates core into my upper body days. I lacked in training my core and these are so lovely to do def notice more definition and strength in my core squatting

I've just finished the lean transformation guide and so so pleased with my results. I'm currently on the recover pilates 1 week program, but wondering what guide would you suggest doing next? I really don't want to plato or lose my progress by doing something too easy!

Okay I stopped updating because I stopped doing this for more than a week because my entrance exams and all but right now I've been doing this from a week I don't see any physical change (because my belly is big and I'm not following any kind of diet and only limiting my sugar intake) but apart from that my absence feel SOO GOOD which is a sign that soon I will be achieving my goals! I love how this exercise is improving my core strength and I will update soon!

Day 1: first day checking in! I skipped the sit up cuz I just can’t manage it but I manage to get through the whole routine. It doesn’t burn as much as I expected ( maybe cuz my form might not be correct ) but my legs were shaking during the exercise.
Day2: checking in for day two, so I did 3 sets today cuz I ate lots of carb n fried food today. I take my word back this exercise burnnnn 🔥 🔥. I don’t feel the burn until this morning and it hurts even when m bending. My stomach was killing me. But I’ll continue to do it until day 14. 🍀
Day3: signing in, I only did one set today 😢 too tired from the day. Maybe cuz ytd I did 3 today it didn’t burn as much. But I don’t restrict my diet like today I had hotpot 😂. I did notice I loss 0.5kg although it was not my intention to lose weight 😂
Day4: I did it only once again😢 but it’s less painful on my stomach now tho my leg still hurt

Update: Ngl I gave up but Im back at it. I like this workout because when I wake up my waste looks super slim and I did start noticing my core get a lot stronger and it was looking toned. Im going to try to be consistent with it now.
